Expert Drain Cleaning in Bella Vista, AR

I would not recommend Smith Brothers plumbing to work on a water leak in the house. They are parts plumbers I called them out to fix a manifold issue and my bathroom. They did great on that and to fix a water leak that was flooding my house every night, not during the day they did good work on fixing the manifold, very professional very courteous, but they did not fix my water leak matter of fact at the end I was told to look for it myself. Justin came out and did the manifold with Zack. And did a very nice job, but when it came to the water leak, they only concentrated on two old lines that I had discovered underneath my pantry just came out the following day. My water was shut off all night and proceeded to remove materials behind the pipes, this is in a slab he water tested them for leaks found they did not leak. I asked Justin to Cap them off I did not request for them to be capped off below the slab, which is what Justin did after he had finished that work. He did not bother to look through the root of the problem which was water backing up into my house every night I was told to watch the house and that he would schedule the pressure test guys to come out the following day which he did they showed up pressure tested everything could not find any leaks. House tested no leaks anywhere. This is in the waterlines themselves. I told the pressure test guys that it was leaking at night during heavy water usage. They told me to keep an eye on it once again now we have four professional plumbers who have not found the water leak in my house So I called aaryn smith The owner of Smith Brothers, and met with him at my house and described everything that I was going on and showed them everything that was done. He told me he couldn’t tell me anything except to do the legwork to find the leak on my own mind you I have paid good money to have this leak fixed and now this is five guys from the same company who have told me that they cannot find the leak so that was Thursday2/18/26 the other work was done on two 2/17/26 and 2/17/26 for the Shower work shower. So on 2/19/26 I Call them to show them where it was leaking. I was upset and told them that I would not be paying anymore to fix the problem being as I already paid them to fix it. They refuse to come out and fix the leak without further payment. I have since located the problem which was a drain that was less than 3 feet from where the two waterlines came up through the slab five professional plumbers missed this drain and it was leaking due to being tied to my current sink and that drainage line to the septic tank being plugged up. I cannot recommend the Smith Brothers for other than a parts plumber. If you know for sure what exactly is wrong they will come out and fix those parts. They will not diagnose your issue correctly and fix it. Also, I have huge issues with being told by a professional for any business as the client to find the problem myself and call them and they will return To fix it, this should’ve been fixed with the cost of the capping of the other two pipes, which, if they had looked, whatever resulted in cleaning out a septic line to break the materials out of it to allow it to run freely and unclog the drain I cannot with good heart recommend Smith Brothers for any fix to your plumbing The drain in question is literally underneath the corner of the linoleum by the wall less than 3 feet from where the pipes were

We are doing a kitchen remodel in our nearly 100 year old home and elected to relocate our kitchen sink and clean up old piping. Not only was Smith Bros quote half of what we were quoted from larger companies, but our plumber, Jared, was absolutely phenomenal. I had one plumber tell me he would have to charge to provide an estimate and enter our crawlspace... he eventually walked out. Jared, contrarily, voiced zero hesitation, navigated our tiny crawlspace, and provided an estimate I could fully trust because he took the time to do the work. When arriving for the job, Jared was extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the best plumbing service I could have asked for. Additionally, their front office/receptionist proved incredibly helpful, responsive, and warm. I would HIGHLY recommend and will use their business in the future.

Jarod, with Smith Bros. Plumbing, came out to fix a major water leak/broken water pipe, during our last snow. However, after review, and running a test on the water meter, he was able to determine it wasn’t my leak, but, Bella Vista’s water leak, (which they came and repaired). He didn’t charge me that day, because he said he didn’t do any work. So, I asked him to repair my Propane fireplace unit. I was able to schedule the appointment with Jarod, as soon as the new unit delivered. Jarod came back this morning to install it. It works perfectly and looks beautiful, he also cleaned up the work area before leaving. He is such an honest, prompt, efficient, well mannered and professional young guy! It’s been a real pleasure doing business with Jarod and Smith Brothers Plumb. Thank you!

I Called around 1 on Friday afternoon and they said that Tony Freed would be over between 2 and 4 for a clogged shower and 2 clogged toilets. Tony was prompt, arrived around 2:30. He was very professional and explained to me what he was going to do. We do not have a clean out access for the main pipe so he went through the stacks to power snake them clear. He was able to clear some of the blockages, but not completely. Luckily we have 2-1/2 bathrooms and the one in the front of the house was clear and working. Tony recommended another local company to finish clearing the pipes as he said we would need them to use a hydro jet and he doesn't have one. Tony is the type of professional that all should be, fair, honest, and understanding. We will recommended him to everyone.

We've had a great experience with It's Plumbing. Our office has a complicated plumbing system, and because we regularly host large gatherings, plumbing issues can have a big impact on our operations. Wow, they did a phenomenal job and were very reasonably priced. I had a cold water under slab leak that was identified by trenchless leak detection (another company). I called around looking for quotes and It’s Plumbing was 1/5 the price of Bud Anderson plumbing and 1/2 the price of Smith Brow and JoCo. I paid $1,050. The two gentleman were cordial, did quality work, validated that the repair solved the problem, then restored the slab. Couldn’t recommend more.

These guys really knew how to unclog my pipe. They did it better than anyone ever has before! I was so impressed at how great they did the job. I’ll never call anyone else to unclog my pipes. One lady that referred them to me said she was amazed at how well they layed the pipe too. Another boasted on their UNBELIEVABLE abilities and how it was the best service she’s ever had. This is the only plumber I’d recommend to anyone that has issues with their current pipe or anyone that needs some new pipe.

Truly amazed at how honest and fast he came out. Was able to make it out the day after I called for a free service call. He spent over 3 hours cleaning out my drains of tree roots and debris. After all of that, he ran into a spot that was going to need major repairs, so he didn’t even charge for any of the work he did. Didn’t try to upsell me on any expensive services. Just an extremely honest business owner that I’ll be using from here on out.

Clint came out today and tried to solve my issue, when he wasn’t able to, he recommended someone else for the job and did not charge me for a service call or anything. Once this first part of the issue is taken care of, I will be Ali g him to comeback for the rest of it. He was friendly and trustworthy. I will recommend him to everyone!

I moved into an older home in downtown Rogers. About a month later, we realized that our sewer line needed to be replaced. Jack and crew did an excellent, professional job while not overcharging for this large project. I’ve since called him on other plumbing related issues and he has done great work. I would recommend Morretto to anyone in NWA with plumbing projects large or small. They can be trusted to do a great job and charge a fair price.

My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of having Jack Moretto recently complete several plumbing services at our home. I had contacted Moretto Plumbing based on the strong recommendation of one of our previous neighbors. Jack repaired a split pipe on one of our outdoor hose connections (including replacing the backflow preventer), as well as installing a replacement disposal under our kitchen sink. His work was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. Additionally, his manner and personality were engaging and friendly, and we felt like we had known him for years by the time we was done. When my aging water heater finally kicked the bucket, Moretto Plumbing replaced it with a much nicer model at a price several hundred dollars cheaper than I expected. The whole installation took only a couple of hours, and I'm perfectly satisfied with the results. I'll definitely think of Moretto first for any future plumbing needs.

I was concerned about leaking endotoxins into my home as I have felt unwell.. my suspicions were correct and found by this company by doing what I requested a thing called a plumbers smoke test that looks for sewer gases seeping out of pipes etc endotoxins do not always carry the odor people expect so this is a sneaky toxic exposure that can lead to many health issues and symptoms .. our vent stack that is supposed to carry the sewer gases out of the home through the roof wasn’t even connected!!!!!!! Thank you for finding this quickly and repairing it at the same time!

John at Davis Plumbing was so professional, replaced a section of leaking pex pipe that we were told needed more done by a technician from Bud Anderson. We didn’t feel like we were getting scammed or up charged on the service call. Definitely gained more information in the 10 minutes he was here!! Already called and complimented him to Davis Plumbing representative as he was leaving our driveway!!

My hot water heater stopped working this afternoon. The plumber I've used for decades retired a few years ago so I called T&C. They were able to get a tech to my house that afternoon. The plumber, Joe, was extremely helpful with my plumbing issue, but what impressed me most was that he removed his shoes before coming inside my home. I'm a little embarrassed to admit the problem with not with my heater, but with my own inability to follow the pilot lighting instructions. Joe relit the pilot and, because the pilot light did go out, he gave my 20+ year old heater a thorough inspection and gave me some easy maintenance tips. He also provided me a comprehensive quote for a new unit, which considering how old the water heater is, will probably come in handy sooner than later. This may get Joe in trouble, but he refused to charge me for the service call. That has never happened to me, ever. I'd gladly of paid for his time and expertise. Fact is, Joe sold me a new water heater today, with installation probably in the not too distant future. I also want to recognize the T&C associate who took my initial call and helped get a plumber dispatched so promptly. I'm sorry to not have noted her name. When I first called, she had no open appointments for the next couple of days, but promised to advise me of any cancellations that would get someone out sooner. I was pleasantly surprised when she called me back a few minutes later to ask if this afternoon would be ok. This is something else I've never experienced with a home service provider. I apologize for the length of my review, but it's honest and it felt pretty good to write up the experience of dealing with some good folks. Thank you!

All Calls Plumbing was called when I began to have my sewer back up for a second time. I had called another company 2 months prior and they assured me that cleaning out my sewer pipe was complete. The first company did not have the same level of machine tools that David used. I felt at home because David is local and a certified Master Plumber. His secretary was pleasant and encouraging that first day in a stressful situation. He was responsive and professional and worked with me to determine a couple of options. David was communicative every step of the way. He gave me an estimate and was honest with not doing more than my pipe system needed. One is kind of at the mercy of folks being honest, professional and nice along the way. Plumber have a messy job and professional work like David did is appreciated! I hope to never need his service again but for those that do can feel confident that All Calls Plumbing is top rate!

I have dealt with countless plumbing companies that have resulted in many disappointments. I am not an individual that writes reviews but I would not feel right if I didn’t let everyone know. Real professionals that made us feel extremely comfortable. After getting 3 bids this company was not the cheapest but not the most expensive but the only company that explained exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to correct and maintain our new water heater. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Went above and beyond after installation to make sure everything worked like it should.
