We had tree roots growing in our main line. Roto Rooter had great response time considering it was the weekend and had numerous other emergency calls. Brandon (our technician) was great! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and quick to solve our problem.

Brandon and Mack were great! After being unsuccessful the first day, they came back with bigger equipment to attempt to clear a seemingly impossible main drain. After utilizing various cutting heads and equipment, they were able to clear it without problem. Their willingness to go above and beyond ended up saving me thousands of dollars digging up my yard and replacing the pipe. Thank you both, once again!

When the floor drained in my basement, backed up on christmas eve, Joe and every person I dealt with at roto-rooter, was amazing. They were here, fixed the problem quickly, and left no trace when they left. Reasonable prices, fast service, and professional employees... I can't say enough about this team!

When you have the right tools for the job it doesn’t take long to unclog a 4” drain pipe from the house to the holding tank!!! 30 minutes all it took for setup and packed back up!!

I’ll give 2 stars instead of 1 because of the other positive reviews. Had a sewer drain clog in basement, this happens every couple years. Thought we would give them a try this time based on the positive reviews. Called and left message 3 days in a row along with a text. Never called back. Called Ric’s and they were to our house within a few hours. If they couldn’t do the job a simple text back would go a long way.

Service needed was for water backing up from main sewer line in basement. They absolutely will not give any idea of cost before they come do an assessment. In my opinion, a base price could at least be provided. Cost was significantly more than I expected. The technician that came to the house was great. Personable, knowledgeable and efficient.

My Carrier furnace, which was 23 years old started having issues Sunday before Thanksgiving. On Monday, a technician came out to check out the furnace found it had a heat exchanger that was going bad. The heat exchanger was under warranty and they would have replaced it for me if I wanted to go that route. I elected to replace the furnace with a new Carrier because I felt I definitely got the life expectancy from the previous furnace. A new furnace was ordered and was scheduled to be installed on December 1. They sent a technician out prior to that time with three portable heaters at no charge that I was able to use while waiting for the new furnace. I found Southport to be very competitive in pricing. They explained all of the energy star rebates, and all of the rebates that they had available as well. I did have a quote from another furnace company in Wausau and found their quote was not as competitive and lacking necessary information to make an informed decision, Everyone I dealt with at Southport was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive to my needs. On December 1, when the furnace was installed, the technicians covered the stairway with cloth to prevent any scratching or damage. The technicians were very knowledgeable, and they completed the work in approximately five hours. they covered how to program the new thermostat as well as how the new furnace would be functioning. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC work.

Had Luke come over for furnace inspection.Watched the whole thing and was very impressed with his knowledge of the furnace and how it works and how he took the time to explain things to me. He was very professional and made me feel we definitely have are furnace in good shape going into winter. Luke wrote up a few parts that we should consider going forward. Thank you to Fraisers Plumbing,Heating and Electrical especially Zach H and Luke V for installing the electrical and doing the startup on my Generac generator. Both guys were very knowledgeable and professional in what they were doing. They explained on how the equipment works. At the end of the job they cleaned up after the installation. I will call Fraisers for all my service needs.

He gave me photos of what he found under our home. Also checked our heating tape on the plumbing. Very friendly..and grateful they came earlier than planned. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The technician was at our house within 24 hours to fix my non-emergent plumbing issue. Luke, our technician, was very knowledgeable, efficient, effective, and friendly. He wore shoe covers in the house, and there was absolutely zero mess to clean up when he left! Will 10/10 recommend! We had a catastrophic furnace failure that lead to whole hose freeze out and PGA was a crucial part of getting our home back up and running with a brand new furnace installed within 48 hours of my initial contact. They understood the importance and the experience was as painless as it could have been considering the circumstances and stress involved in a huge issue with sub zero temps. I'm a first time home owner and had a CO problem due to a leak somewhere. WPS advised us to call someone who does HVAC. I ended up Calling PGA and the lady who answered the phone was amazing. She didnt judge me as I didn't know what I was looking for and listened to what I needed. she got a technician (Mark) got to our house the same day. He assessed our furnace and everything else related and gave us multiple options for our furnace. We did ended up getting a new furnace. Mark was very professional and amazing. He explained everything so I can understand. Today a couple technicians came to install the new furnace. they're also very professional and courteous. PGA, Thank you for the amazing people you sent out.

TLDR: Got service for caulking bathtub. Bad job and would not refix. Issued refund but took a LONG time to receive. End of day, TERRRIBLE communication from PGA. My parent's got service at their home for a few things. This was all done and paid for on 09/15/2025. Everything was done fine with exception of caulking around the bathtub. 1) The caulking was not done well 2) There was no communication as to not use the the bathtub for a given period of time I reached out to PGA and spoke with the scheduler. He told me any disputes would have to go thru his boss, Rob. He forwarded me to Rob's number, and I left a message. This was on 09/16/2025. I did not hear anything back so I reached back out on 09/24/2025 and left another message for Rob. Rob called me back on Thursday, 09/25/2025, and I explained to him what the situation was. I sent him pictures of the poor service and he said he would have to look into it and will let me know. Monday, 09/29/2025, still nothing from Rob, so I texted him. They responded and said Rob is out of the office this week at a conference in Colorado and will be back next Monday. I responded with a bit of frustration as I talked to Rob on Thursday and he NEVER mentioned that he was going to be gone for a week. I would think if he was going to be gone he would wrap up my situtation or pass it along to someone else in the organization. But we were patient, we gave them the week. Monday, 10/06/2025, still no call back or communication from Rob. I reached back out to get a status update. He finally respondeds saying he wasn't pleased with the appearance (from the pictures we provided) and that he can schedule another visit to correct the problem. I told him that we would not expect to be billed again since we already paid for this service. He said since we ran the shower too soon (reminder, the service tech never gave my parents any communication that they should wait any ceratin period before usage) he'd stil have to charge us labor. I responseded if he cannot fix it free of charge, to refund our money and we'd take our business elsewhere. No response for Rob. Wednesday, 10/08/2025, I reached back out to him. He responded that they could not redo the service free of charge and that he will issue a refund for $131.88 thru a check thru mail. I said, ok, we'll look for the refund in the mail. Wednesday, 10/22/2025, we've still have not received the refund so I reach back out. We are pretty frustrated at this point. No response again, so I reach out again on Thursday, 10/23/2025 and got a hold of someone. This person told me, since Rob supposed issued the refund, any resolution has to go thru Rob. And Rob is currently out all day in meetings and a message has been relayed to him. I expressed my frustation saying, is there no other person that can help. We've waited patiently already close to a MONTH. All this person could offer was an apology. Finally Friday, 10/24/2025, Rob responds and says check is in the mail. Not apology, nothing. I respond expressing more frustrations also saying I will leaving a bad review for them. Ofcourse he responds quickly now when he hears he is going to get a bad reivew. Thursday, 10/20/2025, my dad finally receives the refund check in the mail. So yes, PGA does do good work. But when it is not good work, good luck working with Rob on getting it resolved. DO NOT expect any kind of reasonable customer service, communication from Rob. Attached are the pictures of the serivce that was provided and my communication thread with Rob.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Best-1 Plumbing and Heating. My furnace went out on a Sunday night and after talking to the on-call technician, I decided to have the service done the following morning. Nate was at my house at 8am and my furnace was fixed before 9am. He did an amazing job and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend this business!

We were having issue with our well , we had first contacted another business to come out and diagnose the problem they came out and did some repairs that weren’t necessary and quoted us a crazy price to replace the pump. We called Best1 and they had someone come out to the house within 30 minutes of us calling. They were able to do the work the same night which it was already getting late.They got everything done and then we had some electrical issues. Zach went above and beyond to help us with the issue and even went out of his to help us find an electrician and even made sure we had water by the end of everything. Which he did not have to do. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. We will be calling them if we have any issues in the future. Pricing is also very reasonable.

Zach stopped by to quote our needs within an hour of my call. Work was scheduled within a week as needed and Keith and Logan knocked it out very efficiently and neatly. Looking forward to utilizing Best 1 plumbing again soon.

Our kitchen drain pipe was leaking extensively. I contacted Genrich Plumbing in the early morning. By late morning Bob had contacted me and scheduled an appointment that same day. Bob was very professional and efficient. He had the pipe replaced in a hour and he left the area clean. No messes. I was very impressed by Bob's work. I will be recommending Genrich Plumbing to others.

I texted Bob early Friday and by early afternoon he replaced a faulty sensor on my hot water heater. Our hot water heater was back in service within 5 hours of my original text message. If you need fast, effective and professional heating and plumbing service, who you gonna call?

Bob came to our home to do some non emergency repairs for us. Even though it wasn't an emergency, he was here in a couple of days. He had everything with him and immediately repaired our leaks. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain to us what needed to be done and why. I'll be calling Genrich Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.

I could tell you about the multiple times that River Valley plumbing has provided top notch services for me at very reasonable rates which is true. I could also tell you about the times that Terry has been extremely helpful in spending time out of his day to help me with advice on plumbing issues without being paid which is also true. I would prefer to tell you about the highest compliment that I can give them. I recommend them to all my friends.

I've had Terry before to fix a leak under my sink. At that time he was great, even dealing with a crabby dog. This time was for a frozen pipe. Walked me through the process of how to fix this and kept in contact the whole time. He assured me this would work and did. Relieving a large amount of stress and extra bills. I would recommend River Valley Plumbing to my family and closest friends. They do a wonderful job!

I wish I could give more than five stars. I was in full-blown crisis mode when we abruptly lost water in both our barn and house. With horses, dogs, and our family to take care of I had no idea what I was going to do. I began calling around to see who could come out at 4 PM and get this fixed. After a google search and several failed attempts with other businesses wanting money up front or pushing it off until the next day, I was able to get ahold of the office worker at River Valley. She asked lots of relevant questions and actually listened to what was happening. She had a strong suspicion of the problem and knew it might be an easy fix and had the plumber, Terry, call me. Within minutes he was able to talk me through a simple fix that had my water back! Not only did River Valley Pluming save me hundreds of dollars by avoiding an emergency call, but also hours of stress and anxiety suffering with no water and potential frozen pipes! Next time anything plumbing related requires assistance I know they will be my first and only call!

I own a local business, and we had an emergency this morning when someone accidentally flushed a bottle down our only office toilet. With over 100 people coming through the office today, we desperately needed it fixed. I called Jay’s Plumbing, and they were at our office within an hour. Jay and Randy carefully checked the trap, confirmed the bottle had passed through, and reassured us the toilet was safe to use. The most impressive part? He refused to charge us for the visit since no plumbing work was needed. That kind of honesty, professionalism, and kindness is rare. Jay’s Plumbing is fast, reliable, and truly cares about people. I cannot recommend them enough!

Called these guys randomly because I needed a plumber to fix our basement bathroom area. Quick response! After giving them quick rundown of our issues they figured out what was wrong fast. Jay and Randy were very friendly and professional. Jay is a former Marine and has worked in the trade 30+ years. They quickly found other problems we hadn't seen when they were finished with the leak- which didn't take much time either. Our basement is dry already this evening and our toilet fixtures and pipes are solid once again. I couldn't pay them fast enough. They are my plumbers now for life. HIGHLY recommended.
