Amazing service and transparent pricing. We found sewage backed up in our basement at 8 pm on a weeknight. I tried calling several companies, but 24/7 Sewer was the only one willing to come out to help . They were completely transparent about the pricing over the phone. Jayson got to our Condo and thoroughly cleared the drain. Even after clearing the first clog, he checked it a few more times to make sure it was completely clear. Will definitely CALL them again in the future.

Randomly chosen off internet, clearly publicized price for services. Turned out great, the men showed up in three hours and had my sewer line cleaned out in half an hour. And gave very good advice on how to solve/repair any further problems. I highly recommend them and believe me I’ve been burned in the past.

The fellas that fixed my kitchen drain were friendly and knowledgeable and snaked the drain clean in minutes. My son called them on a Sunday and they were at my house midday Monday. I would certainly recommend them to others as well as return to my house if needed again in the future.

Jeff and his team came highly recommended from a plumber in the Milwaukee area we had used & trusted prior. Jeff picked up the phone when I called at 7 PM and was able to fit in my service call in under 48hrs. He was upfront about the cost and had no service fee. I was given a heads up both from my prior plumber and from Jeff that only cash payment was accepted. Jeff provided me with a written receipt and was able to solve my problem with great cleanup of the area within an hour. He also provided guidance on how to prevent the issue in the future.

Received great service from the dispatch team; they were able to have a technician out within 2 hours and gave updates when they were on their way. The technician Tony was very professional and took the time to understand the plumbing drain issues; was able to resolve the issue in a very cost effective and efficient way. Will be using in the future and would recommend.

The team at Mr. Rooter was consistently helpful and professional throughout my four week journey in identifying and resolving the very unique sewer line break. From Dan and Shannon in the office to the team of Jakob W, Tony F, and Taylor V who came out to my house to do all the work, I was well cared for the entire time. They were transparent about the issues found, options available, and costs the entire time. They were all friendly and supportive during a very frustrating situation for me and did a great job in all repairs. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs and plan to use them again!

This was my first time using Rozga and I have to say I am very, very happy. Eric from Rozga showed up on time (even 3 minutes early) and was able to fish out the wire cup brush I dropped down the basement drain (don't ask how that happened ) in no time at all. I reached out to Diamond Plumbing on a Saturday morning because of busted drain pipe in my basement. As a landlord I'm fairly handy, but this pipe was old and rusted through, so it was time for a professional to take over. I called Diamond Plumbing Services and they were assessing my issue within the hour. I really love their flat rate pricing on the various options and I felt comfortable asking questions along the way. The total fix took less than two hours and I'd definitely call them again! *Update, since this original post 5 years ago I have called upon Diamond Plumbing at least 4 times even to my personal residence and each time they have provided exceptional service. Excellent service!! Our bathtub drain was clogged, and nothing we tried would unplug it. After reading the reviews here, I decided to call Reupert Plumbing. As luck would have it, Joe was in my neighborhood. He was at my door in ten minutes. He unclogged the drain, and was very reasonably priced. Joe, the second generation owner arrived with his son, and both were very friendly! I'm so happy I found a family- owned business, whose prices are fair. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

When our drains all started backing up on a weekend night, I spent 6 hours trying to fix the plumbing myself with a snake and liquid drain cleaner like I usually do - couldn't get it. Found out about Tracey's Sewer & Drain Cleaning online. Tracey made himself available right away to come fix things. Got three clogged sinks on 2 levels of the house done in 1 hour. Very professional, no nonsense. The price was SOOOOO much lower than I expected based on others I had called. I have his business card taped to my desk, so I know how to reach him again if needed. Very high recommendation for workmanship, speed of service, and price.

I never write reviews, but my recent experience with this company prompted this. I’ve been a loyal customer of this plumbing company for about seven years. We own an older home in Elm Grove and have relied on their services many times over the years. However, I was very disappointed with my most recent experience. The cost to clean out my sewer line was nearly double what I’ve been charged in the past. When I called the office to ask about the price increase, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and even told me that I would be blacklisted. After years of being a repeat customer, this was disappointing. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.

Water was running from the upstairs bathroom down the wall in my kitchen and into my basement. In a panic I called Mike. He calmed me down, told me what to do and sent Joe over in the morning. Joe was very polite and thorough. He worked his butt off to find the issue. I am grateful for the quick response and all the work that was done!
