Thank you Santiago! Excellent service. Excellent price. I have an old house, old cast iron pipes inside and out. My plumbing decided to go out completely, no draining, no flushing. Santiago came out quick, explained to me how these pipes rust and flake over the years and cause blockage, he showed me the video of the blockage which was a good distance from the house and not an easy job to fix. Santiago has the patience of a saint, and the determination of a bulldog! It took some time (old pipes fault, not his) but he refused to give up. He never lost his cool, he completed the job and made sure everything was running and draining properly. He gave me good advice how to prevent this from happening again. He cleaned up the mess after... To the point I had to tell him stop cleaning the floor, I'll get it. Super nice guy, very polite and knowledgeable. I very much appreciate you Santiago and Econo Sewer and Drain.

Two technicians came to inspect our drain with a camera and offered a $550 clean-out(including the camera inspection) or $1,200 hydro jetting. We chose the $550 option. After their equipment got stuck and more technicians had to come out, 4 employees spent nearly 4 hours in our basement and told us the line was free n clear & the job was done. Lie Two weeks later our drain backed up again. When I called, I was told the service wasn’t guaranteed and I’d have to pay another $550 for them to return. In a condescending way he told me I should have taken the advice of his technicians and done hydro jetting. On their Facebook page, they post they are hiring technicians with no experience necessary/ will train on the job. So their technicians of high experience are always right? That should have been my first red flag. 2nd Red Flag is we didn't realize they are under new ownership. We were never shown the camera footage they claimed that proved the line was clear. Instead we were told we should have read our receipt that there's no guarantee. I had to hire another company KSK Sewer & Drain Cleaning who removed a extra large amount of tree roots that clearly hadn’t been cleared. He told me that they never cleared the line completely. His service is also guaranteed for 8 months. The service, communication and the lack of accountability by Econo Sewer is beyond frustrating. Do not waste your time or money.

I called KSK Sewer & Drain Cleaning yesterday for a quote to have the main to sewer snaked. Called back today to go forward with it. Kevin answered his phone when I called, I didn't have to leave a message or go through a call center. He showed up within an hour. He was fast, thorough, very knowledgeable and cleaned up when he was done. He did an excellent job and he was very affordable! I'm very pleased and will definitely call him again when in need. Excellent customer service and Tony was a great technician that got my drains flowing again. He was very confident and explained things to make it easy to follow what he was doing and finding. Tony does a fantastic job! I called him in the morning and he worked with me all day to get my line unclogged. My line needs an excavator for full repair. They came through clutch! After getting terrible service and the run around from drains R US for 2 days and not being able to run any water due to a sewer line back up. I called the sewer guys and they responded in less than an hour and had it fixed shortly after that. And their pricing was even more reasonable than what I expected. Highly recommend!

Had a sewer blockage near the street in our lateral underground sewer pipe causing basement backups on the floor. Called TCM and Ryan fit me in on the fly at 7am. He snaked a pro camera through the sewer, located and promptly cleared the blockage. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend these folks!!!

I need regular maintenance of my basement drain because my line runs under a Silver Maple. I was very happy to find someone i could trust in TCM & Ryan. The last couple of years I've been using them & have never been disappointed. They are always on time & keep you updated. They take a look at the issue & get to work. He told me he would get in there & take a look, I knew what needed to be done. He did explain what he found & how he took care of it. Shane just left. Very clean, very quick, and very efficient. would recommend him highly. And a very fair price!! Not long after Shane had been here my drain totally backed up. Couldn't get ahold of him. Had to call someone else. He said finally when he called he was just catching up on his calls. I SENT HIM A PICTURE OF MY MESS! Would never call him again!

We had a tricky double vanity drain clog about a month ago and Troy was amazing. Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant! He fixed our drains in less than an hour and we had no trouble since. The price was fair and we were told a price ahead of time. We will definitely call The Good Guys again if we need service in the future.

Update from a week ago...The Good Guys are GREAT Guys! Unfortunately I had an issue a week after they fixed the iniital problem (turns out different issue than what was already fixed) They came back promptly, assessed problem, and patiently explained to me and my DIY warrier partner what needed to be done. Happy to report we were able to fix it...cou;dn't have without their advice. Oh, did I mention the price was great?.....initial review below. The Good Guys fixed a persistent problem that had been causing minor floods (last one was more than minor!) They got me scheduled and taken care of the same day and I was very happy with the price. Plus, there was an additional service offered for which the Good Guys told me I probably didn't need it and could have it done at a later date if it becomes needed....that was much appreciated! When our drains all started backing up on a weekend night, I spent 6 hours trying to fix the plumbing myself with a snake and liquid drain cleaner like I usually do - couldn't get it. Found out about Tracey's Sewer & Drain Cleaning online. Tracey made himself available right away to come fix things. Got three clogged sinks on 2 levels of the house done in 1 hour. Very professional, no nonsense. The price was SOOOOO much lower than I expected based on others I had called. I have his business card taped to my desk, so I know how to reach him again if needed. Very high recommendation for workmanship, speed of service, and price.

Great service! The 2 guys that showed up very nice and respectful. Good communication , let me know what they had to do and showed me what was the problem. Fixed it . In a good reasonable time even though it wasn't any easy fix. At least it didn't look easy to me. Put everything back and cleaned up as if they were never here. Works great. This is the SECOND time Steve has come through for me in two completely different scenarios. BOTH were on a Saturday when most places won't return your call until Monday. He answered both times and made a house call within the following few hours! Just to know that someone that knows what they are talking about to come out on a Saturday to reduce the stress immediately and know what you are dealing with potentially is amazing. The first time my water heater pressure release valve failed and water was bursting out into the basement. He came out and explained everything to me thoroughly and told me the next steps for fixing the issue. I have to work and am single, so he said it was okay for my neighbor to be here on the upcoming Monday when his son and other employee came to resolve the issue. Everything went smoothly and all was fixed despite neither me or Steve being physically present at that moment. Thankfully it was just the pressure tank that needed changed! The second episode happened this morning with the brutal cold and no water was running-- my pipes were frozen..... I texted Steve in a slight panic and then he called right away and came out on a Saturday again to take care of me within the hour. To not have any family nearby and know that I have a trusted plumber when situations like this happen unannounced and on weekends ( super important!!! ) is such a relief. Honest, hardworking, reasonable pricing. He could have charged me way more and he didn't, so I wrote the check for a little more because the hometown feel can't be bought and I am so very appreciative of Water Tight Plumbing taking care of me! I scheduled it for later in the week, and even though it was likely considered a small job, Steve called mid-week to confirm the appointment schedule and couldn’t have been more considerate and understanding in working with my changing work schedule, shifting the arrival window to accommodate. Bill and Connor were so professional, efficient, respectful of the home, and considerate from arrival to departure, and the issue I requested service for was fully resolved.
