I am blown away with the great work ASAP, specifically Eric, did. Our drains were backing up and despite our best efforts we couldn’t get them unclogged. We were super nervous there was a bigger issue going on. Called Asap right away in the morning and within an hour and half they were on their way. Eric was super knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me informed the whole time and thankfully cleared the line. I’m very appreciative of the efficiency and reasonable cost for this crappy ‘pun definitely intended’ job. I highly recommend this company. We had an issue with our hot water running slow in our kitchen. I messaged Eric with ASAP sewer and drain. He responded immediately and was able to come over the same day to diagnose the issue. He was very personable and polite. Our plumbing issue was resolved quickly. ASAP swear and drain has been crucial the last month with the weather in Alaska. They have done late night drain clearing and dethaws across the Matsu for our property management company getting water and waste working right for the tenants. I cannot recommend them enough. Tom and Seth have been easy to work with and so kind to our tenants while helping them understand the issues to prevent them in the future as well. Knowledgeable, professional, and timely. 10 stars.

Evander was awesome; a pleasure to work with. I was able to get an appointment right when I needed it and loved that I could request on the website. He was able to identify and solve the issue quickly and shared how I might prevent the problem in the future. He pulled a monster of a root ball from my basement drain. Unbelievable! My basement sewer line was backing up and my plumber recommended ED's Drain Cleaning. I called and Evander called me back within 15 minutes. He was at my house 30 minutes later and had my sewer line back in working order in 15 minutes...on a Saturday! Fast, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Hopefully I never need him again, but will be saving his card in case I have this problem in the future.

Had my sewer line back up into my basement on Friday night. After my original plumbing company couldn't come out. I started calling plumbers Saturday morning. Luckily, I got a call back from Ed's! He was able to fit me in within a few hours. Thankfully, he was able to clear the clogs and identify the issue with my lateral line. (A part of the sewer pipe had fallen/dropped. Most likely due to ground freezing and thawing over time causing ground to shift. Also, you guessed it, roots!) Ed was kind, professional and very helpful though everything. He even gave me some information for line repair. Amazing service!! Definitely switching 💯 to Ed's!!

I've used Don and his services for over eight years. From a sewer rebuild project to an entire house remodel times 2 and several water leak emergencies. He walked me through what I could do before he got there and showed up very quickly to fix the problems. Don and his guys are very trustworthy. I give them a code to the door and they do what they need to do to get the job done. He is honest in his pricing as well and will give ideas for a better affordable project or upgrade that you never thought of and absolutely love with no pressure to purchase anything extra, just a simple idea. These men are very knowledgeable and hard-working. They're not just my plumbers, they are my friends.

Don has been our plumber for 30+ years. Very reasonable and excellent workmanship. We've had multiple projects done, total bathroom remodel, water heaters, clogged drains, indoor and outdoor faucets replacements, plumbing upgrades, garbage disposal, and more. He has a crew of very experienced workers. Work is done in a timely manner and completely cleaned up.

Our only Toilet and shower in the house decided to back up Labor Day night. My husband tried for hours to get it unclogged with zero success. We called Valentine Plumbing right away the next morning and they were able to fit us into the schedule that day! Mike and Austin came out and were able to get the clog out almost right away! We also asked that they replace the seal on the toilet and reinstall the toilet. We own a renovation home, and the floors are far from level, and our tiling is cracked where the toilet sits. They did a phenomenal job reinstalling the toilet and were even able to get it so it didn't rock back and forth anymore! These 2 definitely took pride in their work! Valentine Plumbing will no doubt be our go to for any future plumbing needs!

Our furnace went out while we were out of town and our high school daughter came home on a Saturday night around 9pm to a cold house. We purchased our furnace 22 years ago from Valentine and had no problems so we called them again. Excellent service and quickly responding to our call and was at our house shortly to check it out. Fixed the problem temporarily until a new furnace was installed on Monday morning. Dan was outstanding to interact with and very helpful in communicating via phone the information. We were so thankful for his service. Highly recommend.

Randy was awesome to work with. Our seemingly small problem turned out to be a large project, needing almost our entire sewer lateral replaced. Randy was very quick and responsive to find the problem and give us a quote for the entire repair. He got the work started and completed very quickly, at a great price too.

We had a broken sewer line and called Ace to come out and take a look at it.Randy showed up and walked us through what the process would be to fix it and quoted us a very reasonable price for all that needed to be done.He was highly knowledgeable in his work and very professional so We hired Ace Sewer And Water to fix the problem and we couldn't be happier!! Within the last three weeks, I have utilized Vern Kummers Plumbing, for plumbing issues two of my rental properties. I will continue to contact them for future repairs. From the initial contacts, to completing the work orders, the process was seamless. They are excellent and efficient with the repairs. Their communication was excellent, and they were very prompt in completing the work. All this at a very reasonable price. I have been in Customer Service my entire career, and I feel they deliver Top Notch Customer Service!

Everyone was super friendly! Kelly helped me get everything scheduled and Chad was fantastic to work with. We needed a new water softener installed and from initial phone call to install it took about 5 days (including a weekend!!). Top tier service, would highly recommended! We will definitely be using Vern Kummers for future plumbing needs.

Just wanted to say, hats off to Tony and Joey. I had a small pinhole leak in a 70 year old copper stack going from my 2nd floor into my basement. These guys were here for 3 hours and had to cut out over 8ft of the old pipe and replace with PVC. The job cost me nearly $2000 but it was a difficult job and needed to be done. They acted very professionally, cleaned up their mess, and left me with a non-leaking plumbing stack. I will definitely be using Vern Kummers again in the future, but hopefully the not to near future!

Andy was amazing! Had a shower installed in my new bathroom, the installers didn’t do their job right -causing a crack and leaks. Out of frustration I gave Royal Flush a call to get a second opinion. He explained my options clearly, and fixed the leak -he even sealed the crack in my brand new shower, perfectly (you can’t even tell). I had Andy from Royal Flush do a couple jobs for me. He replaced a water heater and some old pipes for us in our house & I had a bedroom in my parents house turned into a another bathroom that was a huge job and he did a A+ job and you couldn't find a better person that listened to us and has very good manners.

My experience was just a phone call. Jerry was amazing. He listened to my situation, had me send pics to him. I had sent them to wrong number and he followed up asking where they were. Matt Werdeo was absolutely awesome! We had great experience with him and he has a great personality! Just overall he was awesome and we are getting a new furnace put in tomorrow due to his great help! We appreciate him very very much. I only dealt with John and I just wanna say he is awesome was very professional very friendly super helpful. We called to have 2 toilets fixed for ghost flushing. We also had our tank less water heater flushed and brass valves that were leaking replaced. Rob was very nice and really knew his trade. Very professional and easy to talk with. Our call and service was answered and resolved quickly and satisfactory.

Larry is a great guy, did a good and quick job on the furnace. Told us what to watch out for. Overall a pleasant experience. I could have gotten the part for cheaper but never at that speed in the middle of winter in a busy season.

A cold shower on a winter morning prompted me to start searching the internet for a reliable company to replace an old water heater that had seen better days. I knew nothing about this company but the reviews were impressive. Actions do speak louder than words. Made the first call by 9 am. After a few texts, pics of the current equipment, and a quote over the phone a technician was at my house by noon. Jonathan was very easy to talk to and showed a genuine interest in my concerns. . By 2 pm he had the new water heater up and running. I thought I’d have to wait at least a few days. Same day service and a reasonable cost mean a lot these days when it’s getting harder and harder to even get a live person on the phone to schedule an appointment.
