Max did a great job at my place. He was fast, clean and had a great attitude. He unclogged my drain in a matter of minutes and took the time to ensure that the sink and drain were working properly before he left. I appreciated the professionalism and the fact that they only charged me what they advertised. They didn’t try and get more out of me by up charging for unneeded things. I decided to replace the original bath vanity top/faucet. I'd watched dozens of YouTube videos and had all the tools/parts. The vanity top came off easily, but the P-trap was frozen. I called Ryan Plumbing about 10 am Monday, and was told Max would be there early afternoon. He arrived and said it would be take about 40 minutes. He easily dealt with the P-trap, installed new angle valves (something I was dreading!), assembled the top/faucet, I laid down the silicone, and Max dropped in the top, connected the plumbing, and was done in about 40 minutes. I had set aside the whole day for the job. And it only cost $145!! I was stunned! We're new to the area, and about two years ago had Hurlburt install a kitchen faucet-it took about an hour and we were charged about 6x what Ryan Plumbing charged us! I HIGHLY recommend Ryan Plumbing--Max was excellent and very friendly.

Had new water heater installed, After calling around for quotes, they were the lowest in the area with a bigger tank. They were able to install it a day after I called, plumber was quick, and efficient. Only took 1:45 to install. Would strongly recommend.

Hurlburt Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electric has some very qualified people working for them. The two that did the great plumbing job at my house are just that! My wife and I were very pleased with their work! They were very pleasant and knowledgeable and also considerate! Logan the main man answered any question with a smile and his coworker Mike was also very friendly! We had our water heater replaced along with new pipes and shutoffs due to corrosion and age plus they replaced a broken water meter along with new pipes and shutoff valves! They came out the same day I called and stated working on the problem! It was amazing watching them work plus hearing them enjoy their work! I must give a plug to Rebecca the person that helped get these two amazing workers! She was so thoughtful about our problem and gave me so many good suggestions! I would not hesitate to contact Hurlburt again!

The crew was on -time, efficient, and clearly experts in their craft. When finished, Dave reviewed all the new equipment thoroughly with me, including the thermostat options and capabilities. Had an unusual issue with my furnace. Called Hurlburt heating and they sent Mike B out. Mike was wonderful, nice, knowledgeable, professional and a true craftsman at his trade. Troubleshooting was fantastic. Although we had a couple different problems he easily found the problems and fixed both of them. Plumber came out to reset my toilet, but i had a one piece toilet so it was too big for him to handle alone. He would have to come back with a partner or i could get a normal 2 piece toilet. I bought a new two piece unit. I had called 4-6 plumbers and couldn't remember which one i had come out. Tried calling the numbers from my past calls but no luck. Finally had someone else come. This company calls me back today -6 weeks later to see if i need them to come back and finish the job? Fine i will owe the trip charge which is around $50 right (i agree no one works for free)... No i owe the trip charge, plus his time of 45 minutes. He was in my home less than 5 minutes, but i owe him for the travel time also. Seems like a predatory company to me. They charged me about the same as the company who actually did the work!

We’ve been using Wiersgalla for everything related to HVAC since we bought our home in 2014. This includes seasonal furnace and air conditioning unit cleaning, installation of a whole-house humidifier, and — most recently —duct cleaning. John was the service technician for our duct cleaning and he was fantastic—very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. And his upbeat personality made the entire experience a positive one from start to finish!

Charged 223$ for a 40 part that I troubleshot and told them what was wrong. Final bill was $493 which i completely understand the emergency $245. They didn't check anything. They didnt troubleshoot anything. They blindly trusted me and changed what I thought was wrong. They changed it out in 10 minsI. understand the emergency fee but $1000 an hour for parts and labor is ridiculous. I didnt pay for experience. Because I troubleshot it. I literally paid this company to remove 2 bolts on blind trust. Checking other reviews for the price I paid i could've gotten alot more work done.

Service First Plumbing was excellent to work with. I woke up one morning to wildly inconsistent water temperature, and they were able to get a technician out later that same day, which I really appreciated. Levi was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, was personable and professional, and most importantly, he saved me from having to replace my water heater thanks to a thoughtful and accurate diagnosis. It’s hard to find service trades you can truly trust and count on, but Service First is exactly that in the plumbing world. If you ever need plumbing work done, I would absolutely recommend them.

Jake did a great job at clearing out the clog. He was very upfront with the process and cost. He explained the bill and charges to me thoroughly. Prusinski plumbing showed up same day I called, but from there it was downhill. Dakota was pleasant and found the issue quickly. He said he did not have a replacement Y fitting and said he would have to charge me more to go get a part, then suggested I get one myself and replace it myself.I was not sure what to say and agreed. He then wrote me a bill for $290.12. I was shocked but okay I can do this. Went and got the part, installed it and it still leaked. I called them back right away and was told they would charge me another $80.00. The office girl told me they do not have a location in Hallie any longer and travel time was why the bill was what it was.I talked with Dakota and asked if I needed to apply plumbers tape and he said no. Went to Menards and the salesman said of course use tape.So my review is what it is, $290.12 for maybe 30 minutes in my home and I had to complete it myself. If you don't have a location in Hallie any longer you should let a customer know the charge for the drive to Chippewa. Be honest,Be upfront.

Scott is a good guy! he came out right away, he looked at the problem, figured out what we needed to get fixed, and came back the next day with all the parts and fixed it. He did an excellent job everything looks great down in the basement he even went above and beyond. highly recommended!!!!

Scott did a phenomenal job plumbing our kitchen sink, faucet, and dishwasher. He was reliable, courteous, and offered the best price out of multiple quotes. He was able to get the job done in a quick turnaround (under 1 week, at a day/time that worked best for us), so we really appreciated his flexibility. We were so impressed we instantly enlisted his help on installing a water line to the refrigerator as well. If we ever have plumbing needs in the future, Scott will be our go-to person. I could not recommend him highly enough!

Bryan is an absolute legend! Not only is he the most knowledgeable and skilled, he’s delightful. He diagnosed an issue with our septic tank that a different septic guy missed. He took the time to explain things and answer all my questions, and even gave me advice for how to troubleshoot issues myself. So grateful to Bryan, it’s a relief to know someone trustworthy and capable!

We called Brian about installing a water heater and left a message. Actually we called over 17 plumbers and only three bothered to return our call. Brian called back to tell us that he no longer does that type of work but was kind enough to pass along the name of someone he knew that did. Gary from Water Street Plumbing quickly responded to critique our plumbing problem of a leaking broken water heater. He replaced old water pipes and plumbed in a new efficient Bradford White Hot Water Heater in about 2 hours. Price was very reasonable. Definately will call him in the future for plumbing. Gary is a nice guy.

Gary at Water Street Plumbing in Eau Claire was awesome. He stopped by on a Thursday to check to see if the water heater he sells would fit. On Friday in the early afternoon the Water Heater was completely installed quickly and efficiently. The installation was extremely inexpensive about a third of the cost of what Sears wanted. He only sells the Bradford White Water heater which are a great product and best of all made right in the USA! All in all Gary at Water Street Plumbing was great and I would definitely go back for all of my plumbing needs.

Needed to have our outside spigot replaced. Gary was very responsive, as well as very fairly priced. He was able to fit me in the week that I called, which helped me out immensely. Will definitely be contacting him again for future work.

Why we chose Northland Plumbing Electric…. We moved to the Rice Lake area with the thought that it would not be an issue finding an existing home. This would be our tenth home. But after looking at several homes and making a couple of offers, it was obvious that we would have to consider building again! We did not know of any quality builders in the Barron County area. We were driving on the highway and noticed a J and A Northwest Construction sign, so we gave them a call because we needed to start somewhere. J and A Northwest Construction trusted their plumbing and HVAC needs to Northland Plumbing. Our first contact with Northland Plumbing was amazing. The employees of Northland Plumbing, Eric and Ryan, were very knowledgeable in their profession! They were very organized and very open to all of our requests. In fact, we really appreciate their professional insight on the pluming design for our home. They were always on schedule and went above and beyond! They ensured that everything was 100% working and if it did not meet their expectations, they replaced or fine tuned the item. They took the time to explain all of the HVAC and plumbing systems to us. The attention to detail was the best we have ever seen, even though we have built four new homes in the past and remodeled several other homes. We were extremely impressed with the finished product and they would be the first HVAC/plumbing that we would call with any additional needs! Work done was fine, however estimated time for the work to be done was 1.5 hours of work. Ended up being 3.25 hours. Some of the time I was charged for was waiting for someone to bring him a part he didn't have.
