I called KSK Sewer & Drain Cleaning yesterday for a quote to have the main to sewer snaked. Called back today to go forward with it. Kevin answered his phone when I called, I didn't have to leave a message or go through a call center. He showed up within an hour. They came through clutch! After getting terrible service and the run around from drains R US for 2 days and not being able to run any water due to a sewer line back up. I called the sewer guys and they responded in less than an hour and had it fixed shortly after that. And their pricing was even more reasonable than what I expected. Highly recommend!

Just had Steve and Anthony unclog our kitchen sink drain. They were courteous, professional, and communicated well throughout. I was able to use a coupon found online which greatly reduced the cost compared to previous services from other plumbing companies. Highly recommend👍.

Was very responsive to some sewer back up in our home and helped get the issue resolved in one day. The plumber and technician we worked with on the first day were hard to communicate with. They told me on price and my husband another price $200 more. They also left a HUGE mess in our basement including buckets of ours that were filled with sewer and not rinsed, they didn’t tell us they left them outside so our kids found them. The main office was also screening the calls from my number when I called to ask about updates. Pictures are of the mess they left in our basement. They also had stuff all over their shoes that they tracked through our carpet, on our banister and front door.

Aqua Dr is the way to go!! they go above and Beyond with reasonable pricing they came out my toilet was falling through the floor. I had a clog that started in the kitchen fixed it and unclogged my clog then I broke my toilet right after they left where the water fills the tank up and they’re gonna come back and fix it. Who does this! This is my go to for all my plumbing needs! They’re honest and don’t hold back and show the problem! Uncle Rob is the best!!! Don’t hesitate you won’t regret it! Pricing a lot depend on how bad the issue is! I love them!!

Had a clogged kitchen sink drain and a poorly installed P trap and drain pipe that needed to be redone. Tom was quick to respond to my phone call, quickly provided a quote (which was lower than another provider) from a couple of photos and came out as quickly as he could. Job was done quickly and final cost was well under the quote as it didn't take as long as expected. Highly recommended.

Heavy April showers bring May flowers, but they can also cause your sewer to back up and sump pump to fail at the wrong time. Thank goodness Tom was referred to us by a good friend, Kevin. Tom was able to come out when we needed him. The existing sump pump, which was already installed prior to us moving in a little over a year ago, had failed to work when we needed it to. Tom assessed the situation and even went above and beyond by going out to find the right sump pump for us and any additional parts needed. Had a sewer blockage near the street in our lateral underground sewer pipe causing basement backups on the floor. Called TCM and Ryan fit me in on the fly at 7am. He snaked a pro camera through the sewer, located and promptly cleared the blockage. Very friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend these folks!!!

If you’re looking for Plumbing Drain Sewer services, you need to avoid SPG! They SPG charge to you before they start to provide service, which means you have to pay full price first even if they don’t get work done properly. They SPG charged me $1000 but couldn’t not fix my plumbing pipe. They SPG did not refund neither!

I contacted Sam at SPG to quote a water heater replacement. After getting bids from two big box stores and two independent contractors. I selected SPG because they provided more new heater options and a very competitive cost. Sam scheduled the installation and secured my selected heater that same day. The plumbers, Massimo and Kevin, were super professional and did an excellent job of getting the heater up to my condo and installed, without any damage to the new heater or the condo. I deeply appreciated their service and friendly attitude. Overall, SPG was responsive, professional, and committed to customer service. I hope this review will help others in need of similar services.

Really great experience! They answered quickly on a Sunday during a snowstorm and came out that morning. Kevin was our guy and he did great work. Even helped clean up after he finished. Super nice, reasonably priced and very prompt!! Would absolutely recommend and use again!

I had a plumbing issue that turned out to be major and costly. My sewer system needed to be replaced from my foundation to some 30 feet down to the village system. I had used TandT in the past so was very confident in the diagnosis of my problem, not to mention witnessing these old pipes when they were dug up and exposed. The pipe in the foundation had literally sheered off. This was an huge job. Every one of the tradesmen were respectful of our property and kept our inconvenience to a minimum,. There was great communication and they kept within the estimate. It’s very comforting to know a job like this was done by the highest standards in the industry. We lost one sidewalk square but they were all 34 years old so we opted to go ahead and replace the sidewalk not just the one square. Tom gave us a referral of who could do this work and as you can see they also did a great job. Thank you TandT.
