Phenomenal service! Our floor drain backed up Sunday night. I called Monday morning and they came out a couple hours later. Had the whole thing cleared out and working again in under an hour. Price was super reasonable. Highly recommend and will use again in the future if we have problems.

Great service and fast response. We called about 11 AM and they were able to come within 2 hours. This is our second time using Madison Sewer and Drain. They were professional and friendly. It only took them 30 minutes to solve our drain problem. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this company to unclog a drain. In March 2024, I experience a very slow kitchen sink drain. I called Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning. Eric answered the call and was able to tell me that he could have someone at my home within a couple of hours. Ken & his assistant arrived at the time Eric said they would. Ken was able to assess my situation and within a 1/2 an hour had my kitchen sink draining. The crew was very professional and conscientious. They had a drop cloth for their equipment. They charged the 1 hour minimum. I felt it was completely worth the money. If you have a clogged drain that you can’t fix, Madison Sewer & Drain Cleaning is the company to call.

I was in need of a water heater replacement. After calling a couple of the bigger shops in the area - with one very disengaging experience with an AI receptionist - I ended up calling Oliver plumbing. So glad I did. Ron answered while on the road - after a 5 minute phone call he already knew what kind of job it would be, provided an estimate, and we set something on the schedule for the replacement. Replacement day went quite smoothly - he was able to remove the old heater, coordinate delivery of the new one, and install it. There was one wrinkle with the home inspection on account of a code change requiring some extra work, but Ron was transparent about it and we got another afternoon scheduled to take care of that piece. Ron is a one-man operation - so all of his work is backed up by his name and reputation. And I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Being a one-man shop you might have to be flexible in scheduling your work as there isn't a shop full of folks to coordinate the work, but he is clearly knowledgeable in the work he does and takes pride in the quality of it. We’ve used Ron for the last 5 years and are very happy with all the various jobs we’ve had done! We’ve had a water softener installed, leaking sewer pipe fixed, outdoor faucet replaced, garbage disposal installed, leaky toilet fixed, and old piping replaced under a crawl space. He’s also done the gas lines in two homes for new stoves.

I loved Oliver's Plumbing! He returned my call right away and could come the same day. He explains things really well and when he came to fix our kitchen sink, the clog must have soften and got sucked out on its own, which he says does happen. He really didn't have to do anything so gave us a really good price break for the visit instead of his normal rate which he could have charged. It was super nice of him to give us a deal and I highly recommend him!

Very happy with Matt’s work here. He fixed the mechanism for my shower, diagnosed the awful noisy sink faucet and replaced that with a new one. Also replaced parts in the powder room toilet. He unclogged kitchen sink drain and replaced water filter in the kitchen sink. Matt did a thorough check of all plumbing in the house, and he corrected water heater pipe connections as well. He was professional, friendly and efficient. My cat also liked him.

We had a leak in the dishwasher drain line, under our kitchen sink. Kevin, of Benjamin Plumbing, came in and immediately saw where the problem was. He fixed it perfectly in half an hour.

Our water heater decided it was done after ~15 years. Naturally it decided this on a Saturday in terms of after hours billing. Water was leaking, so contacted Benjamin Plumbing after hours early Saturday morning. Jay from Benjamin listened to what was occurring and recommended waiting until Monday for repair/replacement unless the water heater was putting out a lot of water. This saved us probably a couple of thousand dollars toward after hours billing by them and their supplier. They contacted me early Monday morning to set up replacement. Benny from Benjamin Plumbing called ahead to advise he was on his way and he took care of the replacement. He also noticed that the venting tubing for the power vent was now out of code (it changed) and had to be pressure capable, so he brought that up to code too. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

They came out the next day after we called to check on the house smelling bad. Clogged vent with leaves and nuts from squirrels. They were fast and a great price in my opinion!

I had a new water heater installed by Ziegler Plumbing of DeForest. The owner, Dave, is a good communicator and his son, Adam showed up at my house precisely at the time scheduled. Adam did a very professional installation with great attention to detail. He was friendly and did not mind answering any general plumbing questions I had. I will use Ziegler for any future repairs.

Poor communication. Better have a check, they don't accept electronic payments. I was the first appointment for the day, I live 6 minutes away and was charged $100 for travel time. *I had a faucet for a garden hose replaced. It took 30 minutes.

We had a toilet issue and I called the company at 7:30am about it. This was the first time that we have ever used Jensen plumbing and was very impressed. The receptionist said that they had a busy schedule, but they would be out sometime that day to help us. They were here within 20 minutes after I had called and it took them about 10 minutes to fix our problem. Nate was on time and did a great job checking and/or cleaning the furnace equipment parts needed. Nate answered my husband's questions and adjusted the fan speed when asked. Brock came out for an inspection and carefully measured the space available for a new toilet. He was helpful in discussing the options available to us and affordable by us. Then the installation tech, Rob, showed up on time and ready to go. Rob is an exceptional service tech -- knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and very adept at his installation task. We are happy with the result and we thought the entire process was excellent from start to finish. We highly recommend Jensen Plumbing.

Found them from Reddit! Called yesterday at 2:30pm and they were here at 9:30am this morning (it was non-emergent). The person on the phone has lots of great questions and helped with my anxiety about the situation, she was kind patient and told me exactly what was likely happening. They called before their arrival and Sam and Merrik were very kind! They answered all my questions and worked really hard to find the drain they needed to go through. They used a camera through the kitchen sink to find the proper drain which we found immediately under a stupid box, so they took the camera charge off our bill. They cleared the block and it was from a tree root, so they fixed the issue! Unfortunately they did break one of their blades in the pipe, but they discounted that time because it was "their mistake." I just felt like they were really trying to provide a kind and compassion service and were very honest. They didn't try to get a quick buck because I didn't know anything. Would recommend!! I haven't gotten my bill yet but they outlined how much I should expect.

Mark's Reddi Rooter (MRR) is an outstanding company that I've been using for all my plumbing problems for the past four years. I'd been postponing doing a simple bathroom remodel in my rental house, assuming it would cost a fortune. I then spoke with Jeff, the scheduler at MRR, and he reassured me that his crew could complete the demolition of the old bath/shower enclosure and installation of a new prefab unit in two days, at a reasonable cost. Top notch company! Had Metro run a gas line from our basement up into our garage for a new heater. While doing that, had a plumbing issue pop up that was promptly fixed. Then discovered a small leak in the gas line that goes to our dryer — which was also fixed immediately. Very good communication & very professional - would recommend Metro to fix any plumbing needs!

We required original pipes to be replaced in our home from the kitchen sink to a drain located under the basement floor (concrete). Avid was quick to respond and offer us options. They were patient while we shopped around and looked at potential remodel options. In the end, we only repaired what needed to be done. They honored the quote that was 2-3 months old by that point and coordinated repairs quickly. Finished everything in less than two days and left the area cleaner than before they arrived. Highly recommend.

Very easy to work with, great price and service. Got a couple emailed quotes for a new water heater, the Avid quote was much lower than the other for the exact same brand and size compared to another company. Bill matched the quoted price. A couple guys came and got it installed in about 2 hours. Friendly and good service. Will definitely use Avid again for future plumbing needs.

I learned that Uselman did the plumbing work for our home build in 2019. I had Mark come out today for the first time to look at a couple things. Mark was incredibly friendly and thorough in getting the job done correctly. He also took the time to explain how some of the systems work in the home and I never felt rushed with questions I had as a newer home owner here. Will for sure make them my go to plumber and it doesn't hurt they know the house well since they were contracted to do all the plumbing when the home was built!

They installed a new water softener for us. They were by far the most affordable, they were able to come out in just a few days and the technicians were very professional. I tried very hard to give the technician Jake a cash tip, he said it was against company policy and stood his ground on that. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend them!

Jake was here to replace our water heater. He was very efficient and was available for any questions that I had. Did great work and very quickly. Prices are great. Stan and his crew are my heroes! Through the years, I've used their services several times and they always come through! Quality work, efficient, responsive...I can't say enough good things about them. The latest incident stemmed from a problem created by a questionable plumber hired by a contractor I used and Capitol Plumbing came to the rescue! I called them at 6:30 a.m. on a Monday, and by mid-day, Jake had fixed the problem and life was good. I really appreciate these guys. Very Happy Customer!
