We have used Kimme Plumbing Service for several years and they have always provided fast appointments and great service. We had a clogged bathtub last week and Erika gave us a call the day before our appointment that they had an opening in time and could come if we were home. I have been thoroughly impressed with Kimme Plumbing from start to finish. The woman who handles intake calls is exceptionally reliable, professional, and upbeat. The first time I called about a sewer backup, I didn’t leave a message—but she noticed the missed call and returned it within minutes, which truly stood out. She promptly sent Dulton to clear the sewer, and he was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He took great care in his work and cleaned everything up as if it were his own home. I recently had to call Kimme Plumbing again for another backup and to have the line camera-inspected. The plumber who came out for that visit was equally impressive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and thoroughly reviewed his findings with me. He was courteous, professional, and never rushed. He carefully outlined my options and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend Kimme Plumbing for their responsiveness, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

We’ve been using Kimmie Plumbing since Jason started his own business. We’ve had a new water heater, a new tub and shower installed by Jason and his crew over the last few years. Also a few odd things that have come up over the years. Jason and his crew are so easy to get along with and always on time. This morning we had one of his guys here, fixing a small tub issue, they said someone would be there between 8-12 this morning. By 7:50ish he was here and figured out our issue and had it fixed by 8:30ish. Now that is great service, and I still can get to bed on time as I am a 3rd shifter. These guys did excellent work replacing our entire cast iron drain pipe system that had multiple cracks in it from our 2nd floor all the way down into the basement floor. They started at 8am and finished up around 2:30pm. Great guys, affordable and highly recommendable.

Highly recommended and will be calling him for any future problems! Scott saved the day! The drains and toilets at my office were backed up. Responded to the phone call right away in the morning and showed up later the same day as discussed. He's very professional and personable. Explains everything he's doing and explains all the problems encountered. Absolutely went above and beyond to remedy the situation he was presented with and it was quite the situation. He used a few different approaches which required different equipment being brought in & out- He's very careful about not making a mess- put down drop clothes to keep the carpet clean while moving equipment in and out. He is very fairly priced for the services he provided.

I had a sewer backup and Scott was here the next morning. He will not be satisfied with his work until he diagnoses the problem and fixes it. The problem turned out to be in the city sewer just as he suspected. The City crew was here within the hour. No one better.

We called Plymouth Plumbing because we had a leak around our water heater and furnace. The problem was diagnosed as being a problem with the water heater. A few days later, we noticed water again in the same places. I called and got the owner on the phone and he and I were able to diagnose the issue as being condensation from the air conditioner and a clogged hose. I was able to fix the issue myself based on his explanation and the water stopped. We received a bill for the full cost of the water heater. I was initially very frustrated with the bill. After discussing with the owner, we were able to work out a compromise on the bill... we did start with a 7 year old water heater and ended up with a brand new one. I will add that the service technician who came to our house was very professional. He did an excellent job replacing the water heater and was done very quickly. There was water around both the water heater and furnace so we understand the reason for the diagnosis. When the owner and I discussed it, he said he was going to share the situation with his technicians to help them diagnose future problems like this. Mistakes happen, but how you respond to them is what really matters. The fact that they took ownership for it, used it as an opportunity to learn and grow, and made it right is what earns trust from customers like us. We will be calling them back the next time we have an issue.

We had a great experiences with Plymouth Plumbing on our last 2 construction projects. We worked with Katherine in the office for quotes and product selection and Chris was our plumber out on site. Communicate was great and they were enjoyable to work with. We look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Nothing like paying over $1,000 to not have a job done properly. Will the 3rd time be the charm or will I need a different company who is competent? *Edit; got told the wrong info more than once and was WAY over charged for shoddy work. Would not recommend. Spent well over 100$ less on another company who did the job much faster and more cleanly. Too bad you can't give negative stars

So professional! The replacement installation of my Kohler sink was no easy task. Had challenges. The owner Adam has been incredible to work with. We finished a new build and he has been so helpful along the way. Adam has come over a few times to show us how to run our systems, has taken calls on the weekend etc. So incredibly grateful for their professionalism and good work. We have had the best experience working with Adam and the Gen3 team.

Haucke plumbing is the best around. My basement sewage drains were backing up and I had two other plumbers out and that couldn't fix or identify the problem. I called Haucke and they cleared up my issue in just one morning. Sam was super transparent and very informative. He showed me exactly what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. I will never call any other plumber again. 10/10 service

Highly recommend Haucke Plumbing. We completely remodeled a bathroom and they were with us every step of the way. They relocated water to separate vanities, moved the shower head up so anybody who is taller than 5' tall can go under it, replaced the tub / shower, installed faucets and toilet. It was a great experience and because we were doing the construction remodel ourselves, they went at our pace. When Chris came to do the estimate, he took time to explain to me what they would do and the steps it would take. All very helpful and great service!

Over this past week, Haucke Pluming & Heating were quick and efficient in helping us install our new dishwasher, sink, and hot water dispenser. Sam was punctual and Friendly. He answered my questions and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. The company has been great to work with and we most definitely going back to them for any future work. Calling any company over a holiday weekend sounds like a nightmare, but Neumann Plumbing called us back and arrived in less then an hour!!! Thank you guys so much for coming quickly, being patient, doing an amazing job, and for being so kind even with the mess on hand!!! These guys are great!!! Very responsive. They were quick to schedule the service on one of the hottest days of the year. The technician (TJ I believe) was personable, friendly, quick to diagnose the problem and repair it. No drama, no shenanigans. Neumann installed our system 8 years ago and our experience has always been very positive. I would not consider calling anyone else. As a side note my neighbor was having issues with their furnace this past winter on a weekend and they couldn’t reach the company that had installed it. I recommend Neumann and they showed up with in a couple hours for a quick repair.

There when we needed. One time went above and beyond when small Grandchildren put matchbox cars down discharge pipe. They had just put in new hookups plumbing for new laundry area. While waiting for appliance delivery (which was 2 days late. Home Depot go figure). Neumann sent an employee over within the hour. Young man worked with my Son and Husband for a couple hours to retrieve the toys and prevent an issue down the line. Then refused to charge us for the time.

We have used Riverview Plumbing in the past and have been very satisfied with their service. When we came across a challenge with our bathtub we went right to them. The issue was resolved quickly and kindly.

Jarod did a fantastic job with replacing the bathroom sink faucet and the fixtures and pipes for the tub. He installed an access panel which was great!! Though the tub piping gave him a bit of a workout, he got it done!!!! Spreading the word to my neighbors and friends. And it's great that he lives in our neighborhood. If you're looking for a good plumber, he's the guy to call.

Simple the best way to get something like a gas line fixed on my stove for me and my family . I would really recommend them for any plumbing issues and the price was not bad also was the time line.
