Top Rated Plumbers in Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Econo Sewer & Drain
2101 Lathrop Ave, Racine, WI 53405, USA
(262) 515-9151Two technicians came to inspect our drain with a camera and offered a $550 clean-out(including the camera inspection) or $1,200 hydro jetting. We chose the $550 option. After their equipment got stuck and more technicians had to come out, 4 employees spent nearly 4 hours in our basement and told us the line was free n clear & the job was done. Lie Two weeks later our drain backed up again. When I called, I was told the service wasn’t guaranteed and I’d have to pay another $550 for them to return. In a condescending way he told me I should have taken the advice of his technicians and done hydro jetting. On their Facebook page, they post they are hiring technicians with no experience necessary/ will train on the job. So their technicians of high experience are always right? That should have been my first red flag. 2nd Red Flag is we didn't realize they are under new ownership. We were never shown the camera footage they claimed that proved the line was clear. Instead we were told we should have read our receipt that there's no guarantee. I had to hire another company KSK Sewer & Drain Cleaning who removed a extra large amount of tree roots that clearly hadn’t been cleared. He told me that they never cleared the line completely. His service is also guaranteed for 8 months. The service, communication and the lack of accountability by Econo Sewer is beyond frustrating. Do not waste your time or money.
3 months agoCame home from work to observe a drain pipe in my basement flooding anytime the toilet was flushed. Needed it handled by a professional! Santiago was quick and professional with the job, even explaining regular maintenance with me. Would highly recommend Santiago for any concerns or jobs.
3 months agoFloor drain was backing up. Justin was on time, VERY knowledgeable and professional. Used video to show all the issues and gave several options. He was polite, quick and clean- I mean, what else is there to say? Thank you sir!

4 months agoBest of the budget drain cleaning companies. We use them on all of our properties. Every time we try another company we get disappointed.
5 months agoAmazing service and transparent pricing. We found sewage backed up in our basement at 8 pm on a weeknight. I tried calling several companies, but 24/7 Sewer was the only one willing to come out to help . They were completely transparent about the pricing over the phone. Jayson got to our Condo and thoroughly cleared the drain. Even after clearing the first clog, he checked it a few more times to make sure it was completely clear. Will definitely CALL them again in the future.
2 years agoMike Ingrilli Plumbing LLC
237 S Curtis Rd, West Allis, WI 53214, USA
(414) 213-9617I never write reviews, but my recent experience with this company prompted this. I’ve been a loyal customer of this plumbing company for about seven years. We own an older home in Elm Grove and have relied on their services many times over the years. However, I was very disappointed with my most recent experience. The cost to clean out my sewer line was nearly double what I’ve been charged in the past. When I called the office to ask about the price increase, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and even told me that I would be blacklisted. After years of being a repeat customer, this was disappointing. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.
7 months agoCame out to open clogged sewer lateral.Have used them beforewith good results,Advised them Ihave 150 feet of lateral.Plumber ran 105 feetuntil drain opened and stopped. Was charged $546 dollars for one hour at residence plus travel time $298 for labor,$49.00 mobilization fee,and $200for machine use.My fault for not getting an estimate up front. This is more than double what i have paid in the past with other vendors.I will not use them again. The machine charge is ridiculous,
2 months agoI would stay away from this company. They are dishonest and the customer service is appalling. They bait and switched me on a hot water heater and then charged me $250 to come back and stand in my basement for 15 minutes to "look" at an issue I was having with it. Unsurprisingly, standing there looking at the tank for 15 minutes didn't fix anything. After the visit I called the office to see about next steps and was berated by the owner's daughter. She insulted where I live and said "they do not need anyone in Milwaukee's business". Shocked by her behavior I let her know I'd be leaving a review to which she plainly said she'd discredit it in the response section. Beware!
3 months agoMr. Rooter Plumbing of Southeast WI
2836 N Brookfield Rd Ste A, Brookfield, WI 53045, USA
(262) 320-4822We had our main sewer plugged. We called "Mr Rooter" and they sent the tech Jakob. Jakob was very polite and professional. He ran his camera down the main sewer and found roots was plugging the sewer. He ran his snake in and out quite a few times. The drain started draining but when his ran his camera again he still seen roots so he did it until drain was completely clean. Works great now and they guarantee their work. I would highly recommend them.
3 months agoExtremely satisfied. Had a sewer pipe back up because of tree roots. Called Mr. Rooter in Milwaukee. They had someone at my house within a few hours. Problem solved for a very reasonable price. Technician, Scott I believe his name was, was very professional, thorough, and personable. He did an outstanding job.
1 month agoWe had a water backup in our basement drain. Called Me. Rooter and they arrived within hours. Also kept me in the loop on when they would arrive at my house. John Guy, our technician was amazing! Very professional and knowledgeable! He ground the blocking tree roots and cleared the drain. He also provided pricing for options, going forward, to prevent a blockage in the future. Thank you for the great service!
6 months agoZ Plumberz of Greater Milwaukee

(262) 205-7563Z Plumberz are amazing! Over the years our gym has struggled to find an reliable and responsive plumbing company. Recently our urinal went down needing a new part and a drain cleaning. Owner Matt was quick to send Andrew out and take care of the problem. We couldn't be more happy with our experience. Z Plumberz are our first and only call for all our plumbing needs.
4 months agoI feel really comfortable with this company. We had a recurring problem and Andrew the plumber and Howie the company own came out. They ran a camera down our drain and showed me where the issue was. They’re going to get back to me with an estimate. Totally satisfied!

(414) 422-5994Basement water/sewer backups are never good!!! I called Sunday evening and the guys came out Monday and got our water flowing again quickly. They were timely, kind and cost for the clean out was VERY reasonable!! THANK YOU!!
3 months agoRandomly chosen off internet, clearly publicized price for services. Turned out great, the men showed up in three hours and had my sewer line cleaned out in half an hour. And gave very good advice on how to solve/repair any further problems. I highly recommend them and believe me I’ve been burned in the past.
5 months agoNo one wants a plugged sewage pipe from the house to the tank outside. But, Jeff and Greg did an amazing job cleaning that pipe out, so we can get back to our daily plumbing usage, like sinks, toilets, shower and washing clothes, etc.... They were done with their work in under a half hour. We are truly grateful! Thank you. - C. Menting
4 months agoTCM Sewer and Drain LLC
2833 90th St, Sturtevant, WI 53177, USA
(262) 770-2309Ryan and Rob from TCM Sewer and Drain were outstanding. They were knowledgeable on our conditions and were great to work with. I have been working with many contractors in my 40 year career and they rate up to some of the best. As soon as they got on the job they started in, communicated with me every step of the way and cleaned up the job site like it was their own home. Highly recommend using them and hope we have a chance to work together soon. Mike B
5 months agoTCM was easy to schedule, and they came out right away for my backed up sewer pipe. The work was done quickly and efficiently - no surprises and no extra fees. What a relief! I emailed later to confirm what they found to be the problem, and they responded immediately. Clearly good service and customer satisfaction is important to them. I recommend them highly.
2 months agoI called TCM this morning and got a return call about 15 minutes later. Ryan said he would be able to service my clogged kitchen sink drain as soon as he was finished on the call he was on. He called me when he was done with that call and immediately came over and got to work on my clogged drain. He was very professional and put down a blanket in the kitchen to contain any mess. He got the job done and was awesome to deal with. Thanks Ryan at TCM!
1 month agoKnight Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
3613 N Doctor M.L.K. Jr Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53212, USA
(414) 404-4416I’m voting for Andy Roeder to receive technician of the month award. He performed extensive plumbing repair knowledgeably and successfully with great care to detail at my home in Milwaukee, WI. Andy was very friendly and explained everything he did. His work was impeccable and I feel very confident and worry free about the work he has done. He is highly recommended. However I also want to mention Dan was the technician that snaked my clogged pipes and got my water flowing smoothly again prior to Andy finishing the extra job needed. Dan was also very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly while completing the job of my clogged drain. Both technicians were very neat and tidy about the cleanup and I appreciate that.
3 months agoAndy Roeder did an excellent job repairing and installing a new vacuum outdoor spigot that had been leaking at the shut off valve in my basement. He shortened the pipe to the outside with shorter copper tubing that brought the outside valve closer to the house with no exposed piping. He also installed a new shut off valve in the basement with a air bleeder valve and showed me what to do when winter comes. All in all, I am very satisfied with Andy’s work and demeanor and would highly recommend his services to anyone.
3 weeks agoIsiah was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and customer service friendly. I refereed him to a friend of mine as well. I would highly recommend asking for Isiah at Knight Plumbing. Also, shout out the the office staff, they are great! If you live in the Briwn Deer area I would highly recommend Isiah at Knight Plumbing!
3 months agoJ R Plumbing, LLC
16817 W Greenfield Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151, USA
(262) 432-4444In the process of remodeling the basement, contracted with JR to conduct the rough drain line installation for our various fixtures. Their estimate was competitively priced but it was the level of service that set them apart. Due to the high water table of the area the job got messier than planned but the crew did great cleaning up and left the workplace cleaner than started. Appreciated also the attention to the project paid by the owner who visited to consult and ensure everything was to my liking. Working with them in next phases as well which is a plus as I can do some work myself with their eye and assistance to call upon if needed.
4 years agoJust had Steve from JR Plumbing finish a job at our house. Called yesterday and was lucky enough to have him come today to address a clogged sink that I could not unclog. Also wanted a new kitchen faucet installed and possibly a fix for a slightly running toilet. The first two were tough goes as this is an old house with limited space and crazy plumbing. Steve was able to do the install and clear out the clog in our sink and tub (which somehow shared a common drain). He was also able to stop the toilet run and showed me options I could consider in the future should the problem arise again. Steve is top notch at his trade and took time to explain to me everything I needed to know about my systems. He did an awesome job and made sure everything was tight and tidy before he left. I am very happy with what he and JR have done for us today. This is the type of people and business that makes you feel like you were well taken care of instead of taken. Honest and capable. I recommend them to anyone who needs a professional to get the job done. Money well spent.
10 months agoSpoke with Steve during the recent cold spell were having. Instead of just sending out a tech he gave me some really good tips to trouble shoot my hot water tank problem I was having. Extremely good customer service. They are more focused on your equipment functioning properly then making a quick dollar! I highly recommend these guys. 10/10
4 months agoViking Plumbing
6968 South 13th Street, Oak Creek, WI 53154, USA
(414) 204-7281Viking helped diagnose and replace/line our plumbing in our house. The employees we worked with (plumbers, manager, office staff) were very responsive and helpful with answering questions and performing the work. We needed to replace our indoor pipes and also line the main out to the road. The technology to line was impressive and they (Sewer Ninjas) were very thorough! Let us watch too! Everyone cleaned up after every day of work and were very friendly. We also descaled and water jetted the main pipe. So glad it's done and we can now use our plumbing with no worry.
4 months agoSteve with Dr. Plumber was professional, highly skilled and promptly arrived to all scheduled appointments. He listened to my concerns regarding avoiding damage to the basement bathroom while installing all the plumbing needed to bring a washer/dryer to the first floor. He is the very best and I appreciate all the care and skill he utilized to complete the job perfectly!
5 months agoViking was all-around amazing. From Angel, Brian and their teams getting our plumbing fully functional in a very old house to Tony seamlessly patching the walls again. Amazing service and super nice guys. Tony went above and beyond with his drywall repair and even patched some existing cracks in our plaster. Customer service is super responsive, text updates are convenient and price is fair. Highly recommend!

Common Drain Issues in Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Tree Root Intrusion in Established Neighborhoods: Many of the more established areas in Oak Creek feature beautiful, mature trees. Unfortunately, their root systems often seek out the moisture in older clay sewer pipes, leading to massive underground blockages that require professional augering or hydro-jetting.
Hard Water Scale Accumulation: Like much of Southeast Wisconsin, Oak Creek's water supply can be heavy in minerals. Over time, calcium and magnesium deposits build up inside your pipes, narrowing the passage and making it easier for hair and soap scum to create stubborn clogs.
Basement Floor Drain Backups: With Wisconsin’s heavy seasonal rains and rapid snowmelt, Oak Creek basements are susceptible to floor drain backups. If your floor drain isn't clear, you risk significant water damage during a heavy storm or if your sump pump struggles.
Kitchen Grease and Disposal Issues: In the newer subdivisions near Howell Avenue, we see frequent kitchen clogs. Modern high-efficiency dishwashers and heavy garbage disposal use can lead to 'FOG' (Fats, Oils, and Grease) buildup that creates a sludge-like blockage deep within the plumbing stacks.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Oak Creek, Wisconsin
Spring Snowmelt Prep: As the ground thaws in Oak Creek, ensure your basement floor drains are clear of debris. This is the prime season for backups as the water table rises across Milwaukee County.
Summer Entertaining: During the summer BBQ season, remind guests not to put fibrous vegetables like corn husks or celery down the disposal, as these are leading causes of mid-summer kitchen clogs.
Autumn Leaf Management: Ensure your outdoor area drains and window well drains are clear of falling leaves. Blocked exterior drains can lead to localized flooding against your home's foundation during fall rainstorms.
Winter Pipe Protection: Before the deep Wisconsin freeze hits, disconnect all garden hoses. If a pipe freezes and cracks, the resulting debris and ice can cause major drainage failures once the temperature finally rises above freezing.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Oak Creek, Wisconsin
The cost for drain cleaning in Oak Creek typically ranges based on the severity of the clog and the equipment required. A standard sink or shower snaking is on the lower end, while main sewer line cleaning or high-pressure hydro-jetting for commercial-grade clogs falls on the higher end.
