Expert Drain Cleaning in New Berlin, WI

We had our main sewer plugged. We called "Mr Rooter" and they sent the tech Jakob. Jakob was very polite and professional. He ran his camera down the main sewer and found roots was plugging the sewer. He ran his snake in and out quite a few times. The drain started draining but when his ran his camera again he still seen roots so he did it until drain was completely clean. Works great now and they guarantee their work. I would highly recommend them.

John of Mr.Rooter did an excellent job explaining every detail of our drain cleaning process. He also provided quotes for a future permanent solution. John was positive, prompt, and professional. Been using Mr Rooter for 25 years, always really pleased and satisfied. Didn't realize they had recently changed hands and this has significantly affected prices. The only thing they need to do is alert customers to the likely cost now, instead of assuming they know. Always good service. Great technicians.

Amazing service and transparent pricing. We found sewage backed up in our basement at 8 pm on a weeknight. I tried calling several companies, but 24/7 Sewer was the only one willing to come out to help . They were completely transparent about the pricing over the phone. Jayson got to our Condo and thoroughly cleared the drain. Even after clearing the first clog, he checked it a few more times to make sure it was completely clear. Will definitely CALL them again in the future.

Z Plumberz are amazing! Over the years our gym has struggled to find an reliable and responsive plumbing company. Recently our urinal went down needing a new part and a drain cleaning. I feel really comfortable with this company. We had a recurring problem and Andrew the plumber and Howie the company own came out. They ran a camera down our drain and showed me where the issue was. They’re going to get back to me with an estimate. Totally satisfied!

I knew this company was a winner right away! The prompt communication, and excellent use of technology for estimating, approval and scheduling was very impressive - and *SO* easy to navigate! The process flow is exceptional. The plumbers assigned to the job couldn't be more friendly, attentive and respectful. They went above and beyond to get the work done. However, I was disappointed in one aspect of the job, that left the appearance "sloppy" and half-assed. Having sent pictures to Howie, he responded *right away*, and returned the next day with another plumber, with humility and apologies, to make it right, and with EXCELENT results! This is the kind of customer service that is very rare these days, and is especially appreciated when experienced! Basement water/sewer backups are never good!!! I called Sunday evening and the guys came out Monday and got our water flowing again quickly. They were timely, kind and cost for the clean out was VERY reasonable!! THANK YOU!!

Randomly chosen off internet, clearly publicized price for services. Turned out great, the men showed up in three hours and had my sewer line cleaned out in half an hour. And gave very good advice on how to solve/repair any further problems. I highly recommend them and believe me I’ve been burned in the past.

Jeff and his team came highly recommended from a plumber in the Milwaukee area we had used & trusted prior. Jeff picked up the phone when I called at 7 PM and was able to fit in my service call in under 48hrs. He was upfront about the cost and had no service fee. I was given a heads up both from my prior plumber and from Jeff that only cash payment was accepted. Jeff provided me with a written receipt and was able to solve my problem with great cleanup of the area within an hour. He also provided guidance on how to prevent the issue in the future.

I never write reviews, but my recent experience with this company prompted this. I’ve been a loyal customer of this plumbing company for about seven years. We own an older home in Elm Grove and have relied on their services many times over the years. However, I was very disappointed with my most recent experience. The cost to clean out my sewer line was nearly double what I’ve been charged in the past. When I called the office to ask about the price increase, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and even told me that I would be blacklisted. After years of being a repeat customer, this was disappointing. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.

I would stay away from this company. They are dishonest and the customer service is appalling. They bait and switched me on a hot water heater and then charged me $250 to come back and stand in my basement for 15 minutes to "look" at an issue I was having with it. Unsurprisingly, standing there looking at the tank for 15 minutes didn't fix anything. After the visit I called the office to see about next steps and was berated by the owner's daughter. She insulted where I live and said "they do not need anyone in Milwaukee's business". Shocked by her behavior I let her know I'd be leaving a review to which she plainly said she'd discredit it in the response section. Beware!

I've had them over to fix issues that were causing a leak from my kitchen sink. They had the parts on hand, got it fixed quickly, and correctly the first time. Would definitely recommend.

I’m voting for Andy Roeder to receive technician of the month award. He performed extensive plumbing repair knowledgeably and successfully with great care to detail at my home in Milwaukee, WI. Andy was very friendly and explained everything he did. His work was impeccable and I feel very confident and worry free about the work he has done. He is highly recommended. However I also want to mention Dan was the technician that snaked my clogged pipes and got my water flowing smoothly again prior to Andy finishing the extra job needed. Dan was also very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly while completing the job of my clogged drain. Both technicians were very neat and tidy about the cleanup and I appreciate that.

Isiah Zinda was the second plumber at my house in Washington Heights, Milwaukee, yesterday. The issue was likely more daunting than he was expecting from the reported clogged pipes as my home is over one hundred years old. Unfortunately, the antiquated concrete and metal three basin laundry sink and connected plumbing was damaged beyond repair and all had to be replaced. This required demolition of the 300 lb basin with a sledgehammer and carrying out the debris in five gallon buckets. He set up a new modern laundry basin and plumbing connections. The area was clean after he was finished. Working largely alone Isiah was able to complete the work in a few hours and I didn't have to cancel plans or take additional time off work. I would recommend Isiah and Knight Plumbing - I'm already a repeat customer - though I hope not to call again anytime soon.

When our drains all started backing up on a weekend night, I spent 6 hours trying to fix the plumbing myself with a snake and liquid drain cleaner like I usually do - couldn't get it. Found out about Tracey's Sewer & Drain Cleaning online. Tracey made himself available right away to come fix things. Got three clogged sinks on 2 levels of the house done in 1 hour. Very professional, no nonsense. The price was SOOOOO much lower than I expected based on others I had called. I have his business card taped to my desk, so I know how to reach him again if needed. Very high recommendation for workmanship, speed of service, and price.

I was able to get service within 2 hours of calling. He did a great job, and the price was a lot lower then I expected. He also gave me some tips to help avoid having the same problem again. While I hope I don't need his service again, I will use him again if I do.

This was my first time using Rozga and I have to say I am very, very happy. Eric from Rozga showed up on time (even 3 minutes early) and was able to fish out the wire cup brush I dropped down the basement drain (don't ask how that happened ) in no time at all. Eric was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and I will have no hesitation contacting Rozga again for my future plumbing needs. The price was also very reasonable as well. Excellent experience with Razga. We needed help with getting shut-off valves to the outside faucets replaced to ensure the house was safe from the winter deep freeze coming. Jason was great to work with and got everything done quickly at a fair price. Great company to work with!

In the process of remodeling the basement, contracted with JR to conduct the rough drain line installation for our various fixtures. Their estimate was competitively priced but it was the level of service that set them apart. Due to the high water table of the area the job got messier than planned but the crew did great cleaning up and left the workplace cleaner than started. Appreciated also the attention to the project paid by the owner who visited to consult and ensure everything was to my liking. Working with them in next phases as well which is a plus as I can do some work myself with their eye and assistance to call upon if needed.

Used them a couple times and they do good work. They come out quickly but they do charge a steep fee just to come out for an assessment (in the hundreds of dollars before any work is done and it doesn't count toward the actual work.) If you have a smaller project, beware that they will offer you a "don't want to do it" price so make sure you get quotes from other plumbers too.

Spoke with Steve during the recent cold spell were having. Instead of just sending out a tech he gave me some really good tips to trouble shoot my hot water tank problem I was having. Extremely good customer service. They are more focused on your equipment functioning properly then making a quick dollar! I highly recommend these guys. 10/10

Viking helped diagnose and replace/line our plumbing in our house. The employees we worked with (plumbers, manager, office staff) were very responsive and helpful with answering questions and performing the work. We needed to replace our indoor pipes and also line the main out to the road. The technology to line was impressive and they (Sewer Ninjas) were very thorough! Let us watch too! Everyone cleaned up after every day of work and were very friendly. We also descaled and water jetted the main pipe. So glad it's done and we can now use our plumbing with no worry.

Steve with Dr. Plumber was professional, highly skilled and promptly arrived to all scheduled appointments. He listened to my concerns regarding avoiding damage to the basement bathroom while installing all the plumbing needed to bring a washer/dryer to the first floor. He is the very best and I appreciate all the care and skill he utilized to complete the job perfectly!

Viking was all-around amazing. From Angel, Brian and their teams getting our plumbing fully functional in a very old house to Tony seamlessly patching the walls again. Amazing service and super nice guys. Tony went above and beyond with his drywall repair and even patched some existing cracks in our plaster. Customer service is super responsive, text updates are convenient and price is fair. Highly recommend!
