We had our main sewer plugged. We called "Mr Rooter" and they sent the tech Jakob. Jakob was very polite and professional. He ran his camera down the main sewer and found roots was plugging the sewer. He ran his snake in and out quite a few times. The drain started draining but when his ran his camera again he still seen roots so he did it until drain was completely clean. Works great now and they guarantee their work. I would highly recommend them.

John of Mr.Rooter did an excellent job explaining every detail of our drain cleaning process. He also provided quotes for a future permanent solution. John was positive, prompt, and professional. Been using Mr Rooter for 25 years, always really pleased and satisfied. Didn't realize they had recently changed hands and this has significantly affected prices. The only thing they need to do is alert customers to the likely cost now, instead of assuming they know. Always good service. Great technicians.

I’m voting for Andy Roeder to receive technician of the month award. He performed extensive plumbing repair knowledgeably and successfully with great care to detail at my home in Milwaukee, WI. Andy was very friendly and explained everything he did. His work was impeccable and I feel very confident and worry free about the work he has done. He is highly recommended. However I also want to mention Dan was the technician that snaked my clogged pipes and got my water flowing smoothly again prior to Andy finishing the extra job needed. Dan was also very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly while completing the job of my clogged drain. Both technicians were very neat and tidy about the cleanup and I appreciate that.

Andy Roeder did an excellent job repairing and installing a new vacuum outdoor spigot that had been leaking at the shut off valve in my basement. He shortened the pipe to the outside with shorter copper tubing that brought the outside valve closer to the house with no exposed piping. He also installed a new shut off valve in the basement with a air bleeder valve and showed me what to do when winter comes. All in all, I am very satisfied with Andy’s work and demeanor and would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Great service. On time in and out they know what their doing. Had another company come and they were there for 2 hrs and didnt get it open 24/7 which is now best sewer and drain cleaning had it ooen right away thanks jim appreciate your hard work and friendly service

Best of the budget drain cleaning companies. We use them on all of our properties. Every time we try another company we get disappointed.

Amazing service and transparent pricing. We found sewage backed up in our basement at 8 pm on a weeknight. I tried calling several companies, but 24/7 Sewer was the only one willing to come out to help . They were completely transparent about the pricing over the phone. Jayson got to our Condo and thoroughly cleared the drain. Even after clearing the first clog, he checked it a few more times to make sure it was completely clear. Will definitely CALL them again in the future.

I never write reviews, but my recent experience with this company prompted this. I’ve been a loyal customer of this plumbing company for about seven years. We own an older home in Elm Grove and have relied on their services many times over the years. However, I was very disappointed with my most recent experience. The cost to clean out my sewer line was nearly double what I’ve been charged in the past. When I called the office to ask about the price increase, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and even told me that I would be blacklisted. After years of being a repeat customer, this was disappointing. Based on this experience, I can no longer recommend this company.

Came out to open clogged sewer lateral.Have used them beforewith good results,Advised them Ihave 150 feet of lateral.Plumber ran 105 feetuntil drain opened and stopped.Was charged $546 dollars for one hour at residence plus travel time $298 for labor,$49.00 mobilization fee,and $200for machine use.My fault for not getting an estimate up front.This is more than double what i have paid in the past with other vendors.I will not use them again.The machine charge is ridiculous,

I would stay away from this company. They are dishonest and the customer service is appalling. They bait and switched me on a hot water heater and then charged me $250 to come back and stand in my basement for 15 minutes to "look" at an issue I was having with it. Unsurprisingly, standing there looking at the tank for 15 minutes didn't fix anything. After the visit I called the office to see about next steps and was berated by the owner's daughter. She insulted where I live and said "they do not need anyone in Milwaukee's business". Shocked by her behavior I let her know I'd be leaving a review to which she plainly said she'd discredit it in the response section. Beware!

Z Plumberz are amazing! Over the years our gym has struggled to find an reliable and responsive plumbing company. Recently our urinal went down needing a new part and a drain cleaning. Owner Matt was quick to send Andrew out and take care of the problem. We couldn't be more happy with our experience. Z Plumberz are our first and only call for all our plumbing needs.

I feel really comfortable with this company. We had a recurring problem and Andrew the plumber and Howie the company own came out. They ran a camera down our drain and showed me where the issue was. They’re going to get back to me with an estimate. Totally satisfied!

As luck would have it, Joe was in my neighborhood. He was at my door in ten minutes. He unclogged the drain, and was very reasonably priced. Joe, the second generation owner arrived with his son, and both were very friendly! I'm so happy I found a family- owned business, whose prices are fair. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Basement water/sewer backups are never good!!! I called Sunday evening and the guys came out Monday and got our water flowing again quickly. They were timely, kind and cost for the clean out was VERY reasonable!! THANK YOU!!

Randomly chosen off internet, clearly publicized price for services. Turned out great, the men showed up in three hours and had my sewer line cleaned out in half an hour. And gave very good advice on how to solve/repair any further problems. I highly recommend them and believe me I’ve been burned in the past.

No one wants a plugged sewage pipe from the house to the tank outside. But, Jeff and Greg did an amazing job cleaning that pipe out, so we can get back to our daily plumbing usage, like sinks, toilets, shower and washing clothes, etc.... Fantastic experience with Knight Plumbing. Came out right away in response to a burst pipe. Worked very well with me as the homeowner and sent over all the documentation needed for my insurance. Isiah was super great to work with, he explained to me what was happening with the pipe and plumbing, and gave several options for me to chose to resolve. The work was done very timely and orderly and tbh my basement looks even better than before. 11/10 recommend.

This was my first time using Rozga and I have to say I am very, very happy. Eric from Rozga showed up on time (even 3 minutes early) and was able to fish out the wire cup brush I dropped down the basement drain (don't ask how that happened ) in no time at all. Eric was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and I will have no hesitation contacting Rozga again for my future plumbing needs. The price was also very reasonable as well. We just had Matt K out to replace the laundry tub sink faucet and pipes that were rusting through. Scheduling was very easy and flexible. They were on time and did just an overall excellent job. We had other estimates and theirs was the best. The final price was as quoted. I would 100% recommend them for thorough, quality work at reasonable price. Very trustworthy company.
