Highly recommend Luiser, plumbing, employees were professional, courteous, timely, and cleaned up after themselves. Price was reasonable. Previously, we used a different plumber in town and they left behind huge mess with metal shaving on the laundry room floor from cutting metal piping. This was unacceptable as I had small children at the time. I was very impressed with Luiser Plumbing as was there zero mess. I expected some mess as they were cutting concrete to move drains, but there really wasn’t any mess.

I’m not happy with you. I feel like something went wrong when you blocked me, especially during an emergency when I needed plumbing repairs at my house. I called you and left a message, but I didn’t hear back for several hours—or even days. Later, when I tried calling again, your number didn’t work. It made me feel like you thought I was a prank caller or something. I want you to understand that I’m deaf and I use VRS (Video Relay Service) to call. VRS is a telecommunication service that allows deaf, hard-of-hearing, and speech-impaired individuals to communicate with hearing people through a sign language interpreter over a video call. The interpreter relays the conversation between the deaf caller and the hearing person using American Sign Language (ASL). Now that you know this, I hope you will never ignore a call from a deaf person who might be in an emergency or in need of urgent help—like plumbing repairs. Please take our calls seriously and respond. Thank you!

Great service, great employees, from quick fixes to remodeling of several rooms. Installed garage heater, a whole house on demand water heater two bathrooms and a kitchen, they installed gas lines for gas range moved stove and sink, they fixed, moved and updated plumbing. Completely satisfied!! they’re the only plumbers I use.

Beware of fraud. On January 9, I had a blocked sewer at a rental property. I have been a customer of Maritime for years. I contacted them and requested an auger. It was the weekend, so I know there is an additional charge. I got the invoice and it indicates the plumber put 100' of line in the sewer and cleared it. On the 11th, my tenant calls and tells me the sewer is backing up. I call Maritime and requested an auger and a camera. The second time actually cleared the line and noted "pulled back a ton of roots." These two instances are clearly incongruous. It's also obvious the first auger wasn't adequately performed and he certainly didn't put a 100' into the line. I called Maritime and had the opportunity to discuss the situation with Mr. Schaus himself. He insinuated I simply didn't want to pay a bill. No taking responsibility, certainly no accountability. According to him, I'm in the wrong. It is patently obvious the first go around wasn't much of an effort, if any. At this point I have every reason to belive it is a lie. This is a terrible company, with horrible customer service. Avoid them entirely, nobody should have to deal with this. I will never do business with this or any Schaus related business, again. My years of loyalty and paying their invoices meant nothing to Mr. Schaus. Bye.

Phoenix and Isaac were very nice, professional and helpful. They were able to repair my pipe leak in a very short period of time. I am very grateful for their high quality service and prompt resolution of my problem! I would highly recommend this company.

Hot water heater not working. Called and they advised between noon and 2pm. Phoenix and another young gentleman came promptly around noon. Faster than I had expected. Turned out to be a simple issue, but they did point out some factors that could’ve caused the issue, as well as showed me shut off valves and explained how things worked so I could understand for any possible future issues. They were very polite and friendly, even despite my one cranky dog that barked at them. Would definitely use their services in the future.

Emailed Schnell plumbing for estimate to replace 20+ yo water heater at 84yo father’s home. He came back with estimate same day. Water heater stopped leaking but I said he needed to replace before it decides to cause flood in basement. Sent email to go ahead with order. Within a day he brought and installed for quoted price. Had to get some extra ducts and didn’t charge extra! Safe and happy now! Great company! Totally recommend!

Called at 7:30 am. 26 year old water heater took a dump. New water heater fully installed by 1:00 pm. Jake was awesome !

Called Schnell plumbing about our water heater going out on a Monday Morning....they had a new one in place that afternoon (with a wife and 3 kids this is a BIG DEAL). Total cost was only about $200 more than what I could buy the heater myself and install and they removed the old one that was bad. Thanks Guys! Schnell plumbing will be my first and only call from now on!

A plumber who I will not name charged me over $300 to look at a vintage shower faucet with no conclusion on how to change it. I asked Dave to look at it and within 3 hours he replaced it and made it look great I highly recommend Dave for your next plumbing project. And he is also a great guy👍
