After our first night at an Airbnb on Avondale Dr in Green Bay, our group of women reported the basement toilet being loose from the wall, not flushing, and then the shower also backing up with water. The host called this service and the photos attached are his exchange with the host. Only the toilet was addressed because that was the priority. We gave permission for Ed’s drain service to come while we were there, and we were helping by turning on water faucets, flushing toilets as needed. Meanwhile, he is down there taking pictures of our GARBAGE that had USED MENSTRUAL products in it, and later blamed our group (**who had still been there less than 24 hrs by that point) for flushing feminine products. All the tampons were in the garbage you were photographing, by the way. This was an ongoing issue with the plumbing capacity of the renovated home, and stooping to level of going through our waste is low. We obviously had nothing to hide or be guilty for, as we reported the issue as soon as we noticed the toilet wasn’t functioning properly. I am unable to change the Airbnb review and got stuck with the bill for now, but I will not let this go or stop fighting the charge.

We woke up to find standing water in our basement on a Monday morning. My husband contacted business thinking we would have to wait for someone to come out but owner answered call and was at our house within the 1/2 hour to start work. Owner is very personable, professional and answers all questions. He had to come back next day to complete additional repairs and we are very happy with his work ethic. We highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing/drain repairs.

We contacted Ed regarding a clog in our basement drain. He responded to us very promptly and set us up with an appointment that afternoon. He even went to the extent of making a quick stop prior to our appointment, even though his previous appointment was a septic issue and he was in desperate need of a shower, to make sure they were not any outside septic issues that played a factor in the clog and we possibly would need to contact another service person. Ed was not only extremely thorough and professional but just an overall friendly and great guy! We will definitely use him for any of our drain services in the future and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

What was a kitchen drain back-up turned out to need a portion of pipe replacement due to it being over 50 years old and not having a proper pipe pitch and not allowing direct access to the sewer pipe for debris extraction. Bob came the next day and on time. He was very courteous, plesant and reassuring. Bob offered a third option that the first opinion offer did not. This option was, in my opinion, much more reasonable not only in the complication of the job but also the cost. Bob comminicated very well and explained everything to my understanding. Bob not only cleaned up after the other person's work assessment, but he was very thorough in cleaning up after the work that he performed. I highly recommend this service to everyone, especially home owners who are not experts in plumbing or any type of drain issue they may have.

These guys are awesome. Our tub was so slow draining that dripping would cause it to fill. Toilet would not flush but drain so slow. Plunging would cause it to come into the tub. Came out and now our toilet and tub work great. Thank you. We will definitely use again for any plumbing needs. Also highly recommend. Go call right now.

Ive used TNT for a few years now for all of my plumbing and Rob (owner) has always been great and gets the problem fixed in a very timely manner. Today 7/10/25 I called to get my sink unclogged and a man named Jose answered and was very nice, he showed up within an hour and got my sink unclogged , was very professional and had a great attitude which is very important to me as a business owner myself. I highly recommend TNT. Happy Wife! I dont know about the Bad Reviews on here, I think Rob just had some bad employees at some point who are most likely not working for TNT anymore.

I had a bit of a panic over a backed up floor drain in my basement and went down a dark rabbit hole online about all of the things that could have caused it, and after seeing TNT recommended on a local web forum, I reached out. Rob was prompt and easy to deal with and he made it out to my house by end of day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I don't know anything about drains and he could have really ran me down the main drain into the sewer if he wanted too. An honest contractor with fair prices is worth their weight in gold or bitcoin in these times. I would send Rob to my grandma's house if she needed something, I don't know what else to say. 10/10 would recommend and use his services again.

I was referred to Eric by a friend and it was immediately clear why - He was knowledgeable and quickly fixed our drain issue (or should I say lack of any draining), then gave us some tips so he wouldn't have to come back for a long time to come! Nelson Drain was recommended to me by my regular plumber because I needed a drain cleaned. Meeting Erik was like a breath of fresh air. I use Nelson drain a few times a year to rod out my drain Eric is always there the day I need  him. When my water is backing up in the lower level of my house it is nice knowing Nelson drain will come out when I need him. The drain in my basement was backed up with standing water. Called Budget Drain and they were there within 2 hours. He explained everything he was doing and drained was fixed in less than 1/2 hour. Very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

I called he came out on time. Told him my problem with the sewer pipe that is clogged. He was done in less than 30 mintutes. I thought his price was very reasonable and very easy to talk to. We will be using his service when we have more problems.

Called to have septic pumping done. It turned out to be a lot more issues than a simple pumping… Collin’s did a PHENOMENAL job across the board. Great communication, great advice, and Phenomenal work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing and septic work! Very reasonable prices as well!

Excellent service. We had a paper backup in our main house drain to the septic causing a backup and I was gone at work. I Called and Adam came out same day, found the issue and fixed it. He was honest about what needed to be done and did not try to up sell me for any other repairs. We have had them pump our septic for years and they have also done some plumbing work in our house before. There is not another company I would call for plumbing or septic repairs in Rock county other than Collins!

I had an estimate done on October 1 and requested quotes for multiple jobs. Unfortunately, I only received a quote for one of them — replacing a drain, overflow plate, and faucet — which they quoted at $450. Despite following up three separate times, I never received the remaining quotes. I kept getting excuses and delays, and eventually asked for a refund since they charged me $98 upfront but never completed the job of providing a full estimate. This company lacks communication, follow-through, and professionalism. If you’re looking for a business that values your time and provides timely service, I do not recommend this one.

Moving into a new area and needing to have a 23-year-old hot water tank being a senior. Well, we found @1 Plumbing Co that offers American made products. Their technicians Joe and Ricky were outstanding. As a senior I would recommend this company.
