Abel was fantastic - arrived within 5 hours of us requesting service, was extremely knowledgeable, nice, and very easy to work with. He cleared our drain quickly and provided a lot of very helpful information about the current state and maintenance of our old sewer pipes. Would definitely be happy to work with him again!

Christian was fantastic -he was very professional and courteous and explained the issue and how he was correcting it. He worked late the night before Thanksgiving to make sure our pipe /drain issue was cleared for us before the holiday. Our old boiler yesterday morning decided to retire so we call HL Bowman and they were able to have someone out to look at it within a couple of hours and the diagnosis was grime so we made the decision to replace all of it. They were able to have their techs out the very next day and to replace everything. we couldn't be more happy with the service they provided and all four techs that came out were professional and did an amazing job. We had just moved into the house and we had a whole house backup. Called our home warranty company, they sent a guy out from another company to run the snakes. One of our toilet flushed still caused the floor drain in the utility room to bubble. The fella suggested we reach out to a service line specialty company that has a camera to further inspect. We got R&B's name from a family member who recommended them. They scheduled and came out first thing the next day. They brought their camera, and quickly found the issue. They said they'll write up their report and have a quote to us within a few days. As promised, we got an email with the details. Prices were very reasonable, and thank goodness we had service line coverage with our homeowners policy (if you're reading this, go make sure your policy has that coverage!), which helped with the cost. They came out on the scheduled date and time, and worked throughout all morning and a good chunk of the afternoon to dig into our garage, remove the collapsed pipe, replaced it, poured concrete, and smooth everything out. They even had drop clothes on our floors as they needed to access our electrical panel a few times and put up plastic covering on the walls and belongings in the garage. It's been about a month since and very happy with everything!

These guys were great. They let me observe the whole process, and although replacing a sewer line is an expensive job, their price was very reasonable given ALL the work they had to do (excavation, plumbing, replacing concrete etc.). R&B are real pros!

Unprofessional, un-empathetic and combative! My father is very sick and instead of listening to my father regarding cancelling the service call and providing any type of service, they screamed at him and told him he would be charged a service call fee. Once the invoice was received, we tried reaching to this horrible company and all their lines were “busy” even though the website states they are “open 24 hours 8 days a week”?!?!?!

Very professional work for a fair price. Installed a tub, bathroom and kitchen drains, and water lines for both rooms. We have a second bathroom that we will be completing soon and will definitely have Ron back!

When it rains it pours and so was last week. I am retired and live on a fixed income and first my Truck started acting up. $$ Then the love of my life, my little dog somehow hurt his leg and was limping, needed to see a vet $$$ Then my main drain outside for some reason is clogged and now I needed a plumber $$. With trials at times come blessings. I found Ron, good reviews and they said reasonably priced. As soon as he answered his phone and I explained my problem and also my limited income I knew I had found a great guy. He came out and worked on trying to unclog it for about 1 1/2 but he couldn't get through. He explained it takes a bigger machine and his was being repaired at this time. He recommended someone else to help me. When I went to write him a check he told me since he couldn't help me that there would be no charge. He even followed up with me the next day to make sure I had found someone to help me. How rare today to find people who actually care about what they do and the people they serve. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great plumber but also a great guy. Thanks Ron

Ron is a hard-working, experienced, knowledgeable plumber and also very considerate. Highly recommended! He installed three new toilets for us, replacing 40year old toilets. The new toilets are marvelous! They use much less water, flush efficiently, fill quickly and the 16.5 in height makes a huge difference for us. Ron got the job done in a timely manner, working around our needs and provided a creative solution to an unanticipated problem with one of the drains. The cost was very fair and reasonable, cleanup was thorough, and he answered all our questions. Thank you Ron!

Had a clog kitchen sink and Ready & Able showed up in less than 24 hrs. Zach and Jonathan did an excellent job. They were very detailed in what was happening and the steps it took to remove the clog. Both were very friendly and I will be doing more business with them, as they are a veteran owned company and offer more than just plumbing.

It was amazing watching Dan and crew put together such a complex piece of equipment. Strategic planning began the moment they arrived. From getting old unit disassembled and removed, to new unit delivered, positioned, assembled, tested was a total team effort. At the end of the day, I the customer, was very satisfied once the smells, sounds and finally steam/heat was felt in the pipes and radiators. Job well done!

In the summer of last year (2025) in the middle of the July heatwave our old HVAC system died. After calling several other companies and being told that due to the heatwave they were not taking on new customers, I saw a billboard for Ready & Able. Called and immediately they scheduled for someone to come out and give us an estimate. DJ arrived, after some measurements he provided us with several options. After picking the one that best suited us, the order was placed and the install date was picked 5 days later. The crew was kind and courteous, and had it installed in a day and a half. It cooled the rest of the summer and now has heated this winter, with great pleasure to us. Today the maintenance crew come out just for upkeep services and again kind and courteous. Would recommend they folks day after day.

I had a really great experience today. My hot water heater was leaking water all over my basement floor. I called DeRose and not only did they call me back right away, but they were at my house in moments. The job turned out to be 4 different jobs and Ryan was prepared to fix all of them on the spot. He was fast, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond from setting up fans to help dry the water dry to making sure the work area was spotless after. His price could not be beat. Overall 10/10 experience. I even ask him to leave cards so I could recommend to others if they need a plumber.

Best service I have had in 15 years as a home owner. Replaced plumbing for my shower/tub. Was thinking of doing it myself, but glad they did it - they went above and beyond. They replaced several pipes and added shut-off valves, much more than I was expecting- AND did it all for the very affordable price they quoted. Also very nice, professional. Picked them because I wanted a plumbing specialist (not a “jack of all trades” who also does plumbing), and it was a good choice

Out with the old, in with the new. We had a 26 year old delta shower that had a constant drip. Lee recommended a full valve replacement, and we agreed . We were fortunate that there was easy access to the valve. Replacing the valve was challenging due to a wall stud in an unfortunate location. Lee did a very professional install.

Our water heater went out in our rental and I gave this number to the landlord. They came out at 6:30 pm to look at it and then offered to replace it that night instead of the next day. Very professional and knew their trade. Definitely recommend for the future!

Even though Lee had a busy schedule, he took the time to explain the process clearly, making sure we understood everything before starting. The installation was done quickly and neatly, with no mess left behind. He checked the connections thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks, which gave us peace of mind.
