Tyler and Zach did a phenomenal job at my place. Very knowledgable. I called around 12 PM on a Friday and they were at my door within an hour. I had two clogs one in my main line and one in my drain leaving the kitchen. They came in with a camera and a snake and got it done in just a few hours. They even refitted my trap under my laundry sink that had a minor leak. And replaced a plug on my sewer for easy access. It was also a very reasonable price. Thank you Agentis for the great service!

Our appointment was for late afternoon or the next day, but Patrick showed up not long after we called, to unclog our tub drain. He worked hard but had to call in their drain expert, and they were able to clear an extremely stubborn clog that even chemicals could not clear. They were very polite, professional, and careful to keep our home clean and sanitary. We have been trusting Agentis for decades. They give you an estimate up front and prices are reasonable, including appropriate discounts.

We had issues with a backup from our kitchen sink leading to a clog in our basement sink. Our technician Luke was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem immediately. Luke and the Agentis team were very reassuring and responsive. Highly recommend!

I’ll try to keep this review short although I could easily write pages of positivity and accolades. I’m currently at a friend’s home recovering from a serious femur fracture. My house sitter called to let me know that all drains in the house were clogging and the toilet would not flush. I called Elek (now my “go to” plumbing company)and they promptly sent Jody to check out the issues. She found the problems and while on FaceTime, clearly explained everything to me along with solutions. Some relatively simple fixes and others a bit more time consuming. Both the toilet, bathroom sink and kitchen sink have had off and on problems for at least 18 years with quick fixes by other companies that did not last. Finally Jody solved the mystery! Knowing my situation (needing to use a walker and cane)she suggested a comfort height toilet (which I’ve never heard of), and to replace my non-working garbage disposal which was a big reason my kitchen sink drain never fully drained. Jody was patient with me and helped me to choose the toilet and disposal from afar. Within days she was back to install the toilet (it arrived from a big box store cracked) so she took care of that calmly and went and got another toilet from Elek’s warehouse with the same specs the same day! All sinks and a new toilet running well! Talk about above and beyond!!! Her kindness, knowledge, ability to think on her feet, and patience were a gift during a difficult time in my life. I want to thanks Sal, Chris specially Sam from Plumming Pros. Monday morning we found sewage backed up in our basement. Unfortunately right after a major snow storm had blanketed NJ with 2 feet of snow. I thought there was no way someone would come out right away. So I got on my phone and googled searched for plumbers near me. I came across Plumbing pros and gave them a call. They answered right away and thankfully had a tech on call. Within a few mins I had a text from the tech. In the message was a picture of the tech and text letting me know he was on his way. Within the hour he was knocking at our door step. Well mannered, polite and friendly. Sam to got to work right away. First putting on booties to keep our floor clean. I showed him to the basement and he got set up. Laying out tarps and garbage bags to keep things neat and orderly. As he moved the camera down the pipe looking for the problem he took pictures along the way. He kept me informed the whole way and even let me look over his shoulder as he worked. When he knew what the problem was he called his owner and confirmed what he saw… broken pipe and tree roots blocking the pipe. He worked up an estimate and had financing available. Knowing the urgency, they got me scheduled right away. By Wednesday morning they started digging. I was impressed with the safety measures taken around and in the hole. Safety fencing around the hole site and metal boxes to hold the walls up. Thursday the new pipe was in and even got it inspected the same day. We were back up and running by Thursday night. I was impressed with how everything was handled start to finish. I know who I’ll be calling and recommending to everyone for their plumbing problems. Thank you again!

PROS - Ok from the start, Autumn who set everything up was AWESOME! The technician Landon, did a GREAT job with explaining everything to me and finding out the issue I had going on. CONS - They are a little pricey, BUT you get what you pay for.

I am so thankful Keystone Plumbing was available to help. Hilton came out within 30 minutes during a blizzard and helped prevent our hot water heater from flooding the basement. He had the old unit drained, and the new unit installed quickly and seamlessly. He was kind and informative throughout the process and we will definitely be calling Keystone Plumbing in the future.

Just had a fantastic experience with Keystone plumbing and drain. Woke up with to a water pipe spraying water in my basement. Called keystone at 5am and he answered and was able to get to my house and fix it all today. And his price was probably cheaper than one of the big names would charge just to show up. All copper repairs. No quick fixes here. 150% glad I called Hilton. Incredibly friendly and professional. I got myself a new plumber!

If you want honest, dependable, and skilled plumbers then the Malozi father and son team is the best. They did some kitchen work for me and did not leave till I tested everything and was satisfied. Tommy and his nephew were very gracious in helping us on a Friday night with our sewage pump in our basement. The Malozi's were the initial installers of said pump many years ago, Tommy took time out from a family celebration, patiently described how to resolve the problem over the phone and we later completed the task and of course it worked and fixed our issue. I can't tell you how helpful this was in our situation and the fact that Tommy took the time to explain the solution to us was beyond what we expected. This company was helpful, knowledgeable and, friendly during our initial install years ago and went the extra mile to help us again with an issue years later. I highly recommend them since they take care of all their customers in the same way and we truly appreciate their efforts.

i called the plumber when my kitchen sink started leaking from the disposal. they set up an appointment for the next morning. elias and raymond showed up right on time, and i liked how they wore shoe covers to keep my floors clean. elias was the main plumber and he was very polite, friendly, and really paid attention to every detail while fixing my sink. we decided to remove the old disposal and not put in a new one, so elias put in new drain pipes and made sure all the connections to the dishwasher and sink worked perfectly. raymond also did a great job changing out my washing machine water hoses, and elias even helped replace the dryer vent hose i had bought. i appreciated that he swept up afterwards and left the area tidy. i've been using their plumbing services for years and they always do a solid job for a fair price. also, raymond, who handles the scheduling, is always helpful and makes things easy. highly recommend this plumbing crew if you need anything fixed around the house!

We're very pleased with the service that we received from Robinson Plumbing. Our gas water heater sprung a leak on the evening of Christmas Day. We contacted Robinson the following morning and they had a service tech at our house within an hour(!). The new heater was installed and up and running by noon. And, hat's off to the service tech, Ben (give that man a raise!). Ben was professional, courteous, and worked very efficiently. We put in a new kitchen sink but the old drain pipe coming out of the wall would not connect, needed a special fitting. Marshall plumbing was able to come within 12 hours to repair. Work was completed & tested within an hour. Always professional & friendly. Our go to plumber for several years.

Can't say enough good things about Marshall's Plumbing! They answered their phone, returned messages promptly, and kept us posted on arrival time. The plumber that came out was friendly, efficient, and did a great job. They were also very reasonably priced. We used them for the first time last week when a shut-off valve in our basement broke in the off position leaving us with no cold water upstairs for bathrooms or laundry. I never thought I could get someone out on such short notice with all the cold weather emergencies in our area, so I was ecstatic that even though I called at 5 pm, they were able to come out the next morning and get everything working in a couple hours. Highly recommend!

We called Jason on wednesday to replace our thermal expansion tank on our water heater. They offered to be here next day, we did have to opt for friday. Jason was on time, friendly, and was no BS. He came in, fixed the problem, all while being professional. 10/5 stars exceptional, a breathe of fresh air after using Landis.
