Metz is a Grade A outfit for sure. Service started with Nate and LC coming to hydrojet a stubborn clog in our house's main line. They showed up on time and got right to work. Both gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. They then camera'ed the line, as well as ran a locator to find exactly where all parts of the line were, and were able to exactly pinpoint the location of the issue. We got the clog cleared and we discussed options for remediation. Had a second crew come out later to replace a broken stack 90 and old unvented house trap, as well as line the terra cotta mainline between the 2. Pretty much upgraded our whole system in a single day. Everyone very professional, knowledgeable, and worked with a purpose.

Update: With an old house, one problem can lead to the discovery of other plumbing problems. 412, in the end, fixed several problems and now our kitchen drain is working properly. They inspected all of their work to make sure that, in the end, all of the repairs gave us the result needed. That included a final camera inspection. They did the work that was needed, in an honest and professional way. Original problem: We have used 412 in the past and chose to use them again for a kitchen drain repair at our home. They were prompt to respond and get someone out to our house. Joe was very communicative and respectful. He got the job done efficiently and cleaned up after it was over. It's great to have a company so responsive. Great service and a reasonable price. Would call again.

I was referred to 412 Plumbing by a friend and I was floored at how quickly I was able to be serviced! Anthony and Luke were able to come out the same day within a few hours and assist with some sewage line clogs that I had. They were friendly, respectful, efficient, all around great at what they do! Mindy (I believe) took my call and was super helpful in making sure I got what I needed that day. She was also wonderful! My overall experience was amazing, as plumbing issues can be a scary thing to deal with on their own. They truly made it feel like I just had friends coming out to help! If you have a plumbing issue and you are unsure who to call, I HIGHLY recommend 412 Plumbing. We are local and had a major (disgusting) plumbing emergency. I relied on the great reviews here and could not be happier. I called 10 minutes before the end of the business day, and they were able to service me the next morning! Anthony and Luke were incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They fixed the issue very quickly and were incredibly respectful of my home. Our problem was resolved by snaking a basement drain, so was relatively simple, but I will not hesitate to contact this company again for ANY of my future plumbing needs. Thank you, 412 Plumbing!

Tyler provided excellent service for a plumbing issue at our home. He was professional, quickly understood the issue, and explained what he planned to do to unclog the drain and restore the flow. He is very knowledgeable and has experience working with septic systems. He was thorough in his work, problem solving the issue until the drain was cleared. He also provided recommendations for us to consider for future improvements. We were pleased with his professionalism and service and would definitely contact Mr. Rooter again requesting Tyler's help for our plumbing needs.

The technician Gabe was ok. He seemed kind of annoyed that I needed to confirm everything with my warranty company before I signed and agreed to do work. He came in and got my line cleared up quickly. The service was fast which was nice. Only 3 stars though because I was told over the phone that if a service is performed the dispatch fee is waived. Well a service was performed, but if you use one of their "specials" like drain cleaning special you still have to pay the dispatch fee and the warranty is only 6 months vs a year. Just seems like a scummy way to advertise to get someone to use your service. But, I would use them in an emergency and that is it unfortunately.

My house has had plumbing issues since we moved in so when I finally wanted to fully fix the issue I'm glad I went with Revelation Plumbing. I was hoping a jetting will solve these problems but my pipes were so old and so backed up that they needed to dugged up and repaired. Everyone was super sweet and helpful. Brhett was super helpful explaining the process over the phone. Kyle, Pete and Mike worked really hard to clear the clog and replace the pipes for 3 days. Even coming out in the rain to get the job done. They always kept me in the loop with what was going on and cleaned up after themselves once they were done. Had an emergency situation to replace a hot water tank at a property that was vacant downtown. It over the holidays and not only did they go out with a quick turn around time but were able to do so without me having to meet them - taking time out of my day. The Team at Ok Rotor Drain Cleaning Pittsburgh were a pleasure to work with. They assisted me with a Home Warranty claim through American Home Shield. They diagnosed that my hot water tank was faulty. Once the claim was approved by AHS their excellent customer service team scheduled an appointment and they replaced it with a new unit in just over an hour. I highly recommend this company for any of your hot water tank needs!

I placed a request with my Home Warranty company and this is the company that was assigned my work order and so happy that was the case. I got a call from the admin Anna within the same hour of placing the request mind you on a Sunday morning and provided me with next day availability. Since I had to go into the office she was able to make sure that I would receive a call 30min prior to arrival to make it home in time which I found very accommodating and worked great. Orlando was my technician and not only was he respectful to my home by taking his shoes off he was very knowledgeable and and polite he was able to explain to me in a way I could understand since pluming isn’t my wheelhouse what was causing my plumbing issue. This issue with the same pipe was now the 3rd time and even though my home warranty company has been refusing to cover me getting the entire line replaced we are talking about opening up walls now 3 separate times he made sure that when he talked to his office that they would advocate on my behalf with AHS to finally have this entire cold water copper line replaced. The work performed previously was not by this company but really thankful that my work order was assigned to Ok Rotor Drain Cleaning INC. My entire line was replaced and he made sure he took care off the hot water line as well to avoid having to open up our wall no time soon again possibly never. With old homes unfortunately we often run into the pin needle holes with our copper lines. Orlando was well aware of issues with an older home which made me feel heard and seen at the same time. He worked very efficiently and completed the work in a respectful and timely manner. Thank you Anna and Orlando for making my 1st experience so remarkable.

Orlando is amazing and did a great job on our repair. After our home warranty company initially set us up with a scam plumbing company (based on others reviews), we asked for a second opinion and we selected OK rotor cleaning. He came on time and whereas the other company tried pin at least $1200 in out of pocket fees for two people, 3-4 hours, Orlando was able to complete the repair within our covered policy in under two hours. Very professional and friendly, would recommend to anyone. If you are in the same position as us, take the second opinion!!

My sewer backed up into the basement. I noticed it on a Friday afternoon and did not want to wait until Monday morning for my usual plumber to take care of it. From the point that Andrea answered the phone to the point that the guys left, I was impressed. Initially, Andrea didn't know if they could get to me on such short notice, but she did everything she could to make it happen and called to keep me up-to-date in the mean time. The guys were finishing up another job and could squeeze me in and so they did. Colton and (I can't remember the other guy's name - sorry other guy!) were great - professional, nice, polite, kept me in the loop on what was going on and what they were doing, etc. They came in and took a look at the situation, how the sewer lines were run, gave me their pricing which I agreed to, and got to work. Waste water now flows into the sewer again! I think their prices are probably a bit high, but (whose isn't?) they do not charge by the hour, at least not for unplugging a sewer, and they were able to show up within a few hours of my initial call. So was it worth it? Of course it was! I now have two trusted plumbing companies I can call when things go awry.

Stahl plumbing and drain review Very knowledgeable was able to identify the source and provided the resolution of the leak within minutes. These guys were great!. And even wiped up my bathroom floor👍 put my things back in their place before they left 😄 they went to Lowe's and purchased a new toilet for me, installed and got rid of the old toilet, cleaned up! They kept me informed and involved with everything. I wish I would have called Stahl 's first,, they were able to come the next day of calling and quickly identify and fix on the first visit. Amazing! No more stress! You guys are great and you'll have my recommendation!!

Excellent service. The plumber and his assistant were courteous and professional. I had frozen pipes, but it turned out there were five leakes. It took an entire half day to finish, but they left it in excellent condition. I have used Stahl before and have always been satisfied.
