Called in the morning and they were able to be out by mid afternoon. John and Mike both diagnosed the blockage fairly quickly and John was able use the snake and camera to clear the blockage. They were friendly, professional and informative in their work. Hopefully I don’t have any plumbing issues for many years but when an issue arises I know who to call and I will be recommending them to any family and friends that experience plumbing issues.

Mr. Mike Ammouri is awesome! He is a man of his word, he came and completed the repair on our sewer lateral line in one day. There was a complication with the project due to the township error. Mike resolved the issue and we are pleased with his work. Great job Mike and we appreciate your timely response. I highly recommend Drainmen Plumbing!!! Called and John came out the next day to replace the dip tube and anode on my hot water heater. Very happy with the work done and the additional advice John gave me on replacing the heater elements (did it myself the next day with no issues), the limitations of the basement sump pump, and information on what various things cost. Will definitely call the next time I need plumbing work!

I cannot recommend Jim enough. We had a super inconvenient plumbing emergency in our basement on a Friday night. After calling a few places and not getting responses, Jim answered right away and was at our house in less than a half hour. It took quite a bit of troubleshooting to diagnose the exact problem we were dealing with, but he was patient and methodical until we landed on the problem. Even after nearly 5 hours, Jim was working hard on a very stubborn clog. It eventually got too late and we had to settle up for the night, but he assured us that what we paid him for that night would cover the whole job and that he would come back as soon as possible to finish the job. I bet a lot of plumbers would have just left with the money and not been personally invested in coming back, but within a few days he was back at it and got everything sorted out for us. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is overall just a really nice guy. We were really impressed. Thanks so much, Jim!

I can't say enough good things about Jennings Plumbing & Heating. My family had an emergency plumbing situation late Sunday night. Jim from Jennings wasn't in the immediate area so he suggested other places to call and assured he would check in on me when he was in the area. Jim gave a call back when none of the other big companies did. We were still dealing with the aftermath of the emergency so Jim came by the house. He offered a helping hand and unclogged our drain for us. Wonderful service and would highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber!

Where to begin? My husband and I are recent transplants from Tampa, Florida, and left all of our trusted home professionals behind, not to mention medical professionals! Building this network all over from the ground up is not an easy thing, but we really hit the jackpot with the plumbing company that we chose to replace our gas water heater. Needed an emergency plumber - the intake was extremely simple and the receptionist was kind and made me feel at ease. The plumber was dispatched within an hour and was able to fix my shower quickly and easily. Very professional, very painless! I was so grateful for how easy this was when I was so stressed. Steve and the entire staff from Valdel were awesome. No strong arm sales pitch. Told me both what we needed and what we didn't need. Install of water treatment system took about 4 hours and took us through the entire process for its upkeep.

Professional and competent-arrived with all the equipment needed to unblock the sewer line unlike other plumbers who showed up without proper equipment and wasted our time and money. They explained everything and allowed me to view the video of the pipes. I have confidence that they will be able to solve the underlying problem with the plan they are proposing.

I worked with Ryan and team to have a sewer line replaced. They were excellent. It was a big job, but Ryan and team were very knowledgeable and able to walk me through the process and get things done fast. Additionally, I started with with them through a smaller project where Ryan jumped on FaceTime to help me with a smaller leak (at 10PM!). Very patient, knowledgeable and great to work with. We are in one of the toughest winters we’ve seen, and even as a new customer, they took care of us in a time of emergency after 2 weeks of no water. The repairs not only got us up and running but enhanced our main water set up past what it was previously. Cole G and his team did a great job with the repairs. The pipes were replaced as previously explained by Joe C. Joe C right hand was inflamed by some liquid they were working with. He went to the ER but came back to the job site to make sure everything was done right after his discharge. The level commitment and carefulness of how they treat our home is incredible. They cleaned up all the debris/trash and took it with them. They didn't dump anything in our yard.

The team at this plumbing firm is extremely experienced and punctual. Justin, one their experienced plumbers, arrived in Los Angeles at 9 a.m. after my call at 7 :20 am. They were considerate enough to ring 30 minutes in advance to let me know when they would be arriving. They did a fantastic job and didn't charge us too much. Love Sergiu’s work! He came in on a short notice when our large water tank started leaking. Took care of it and helped us find a tankless replacement. Ordered it, then came a few days later, removed the old water tank and installed the new tankless one — we’ve been extremely happy with the work and performance. Sergiu also installed the whole house water filtration system, and he’s a magician with pipes! Could not recommend him enough - prompt, excellent work, great price!
