Gave Monaco a call after my bathtub water started backing up and I knew I had a clog somewhere. I tried to fix it myself and ran a 25‑foot snake through the toilet, but it came back clean. At that point, I knew the issue was bigger and needed professionals. They arrived within an hour of my call. The technician quickly located a clog outside, cleared out a bunch of tree roots, and even ran an underground camera to show me exactly what was going on. He was able to fully unclog the line and recommended replacing the outside piping in the future. Thank you for the fast response and great service. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation.

I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 only because the company came out quickly both times, and the second field tech was professional and easy to work with. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating. I had a blockage in my sewer line from the house to the street that caused my yard vent to overflow. On the first visit, they snaked the drain and restored flow. However, the tech told me in person that he did not clear the line all the way to the street — only about 10 feet past the clog. He assumed the blockage was wipes based on what had overflowed, though he wasn’t able to pull anything out of the line. We have not used wipes in the three years we’ve lived here. It’s possible prior owners did, but that’s speculation. He did not document that the line wasn’t cleared to the street, but since they advertise a 30-day warranty, I didn’t push the issue. For reference, I was charged about $800 for that initial visit, which feels high for a straightforward snaking with no camera inspection or confirmation that the line was fully cleared. They also would not provide even a ballpark price before coming out, which should have been a red flag. About 10 days later, the line backed up again — still within the warranty window. When I called to schedule a follow-up, the person on the phone was extremely confrontational. He said that if they found wipes again, I would automatically be charged. He insisted the wipes previously found were “fresh,” despite having no proof and despite me explaining we do not use wipes. It felt like I was being accused of lying. When I referenced that their own tech told me the line wasn’t cleared to the street the first time — and that the clog may have simply been pushed downstream — I was told, “Why do customers tell us we don’t do our job properly?” The tone was unprofessional and unnecessary. I remained calm and simply explained I didn’t want to pay again for something that may not have been fully resolved the first time, especially SINCE IT WAS WITHIN WARRANTY. Ultimately, they did return and clear the line at no charge, though they voided the remainder of the warranty. Honestly, I’m not sure if he legally could void my warranty, but I was so happy to just be done with them that I didn’t care. While I appreciated the second technician’s work, the hostile communication, lack of transparency on pricing, and accusatory tone mean I won’t be using them again. Quick response times don’t make up for terrible customer service and unclear pricing. I hope this helps others.

The Tech who came out tonight was Tyler and he did a fantastic job. Polite. Friendly. Cleaned up the mess from clearing out the main drain. Its a new rental and I just moved in on Friday. Landlord set up service with Montco but I wanted to share my experience as the resident of the property. If we ever need service again. Were calling these guys. 100%

He arrived right on time. He took the time to explain the entire hydro-jetting process, including using a camera to inspect the pipes first so we could see the problem with our own eyes. Turns out, we had a serious buildup that a traditional snake just couldn't handle. ​Tyler's expertise was obvious. He was methodical and thorough, and the high-pressure jetting completely cleared the line. After the job was done, he showed us the "after" video, and the pipe was spotless! These folks were very fast and helpful first off. And on top of that they were easy to work with and friendly. Affordable and seemed genuinely concerned about my issues like they were their own. If i had friends or family with any drain issues i would direct them here. Thanks for the help guys!

Called in the morning and they were able to be out by mid afternoon. John and Mike both diagnosed the blockage fairly quickly and John was able use the snake and camera to clear the blockage. They were friendly, professional and informative in their work. Hopefully I don’t have any plumbing issues for many years but when an issue arises I know who to call and I will be recommending them to any family and friends that experience plumbing issues.

Mr. Mike Ammouri is awesome! He is a man of his word, he came and completed the repair on our sewer lateral line in one day. There was a complication with the project due to the township error. Called and John came out the next day to replace the dip tube and anode on my hot water heater. Very happy with the work done and the additional advice John gave me on replacing the heater elements (did it myself the next day with no issues), the limitations of the basement sump pump, and information on what various things cost. Will definitely call the next time I need plumbing work!

He showed up quickly with his team, and they cleared out the blockage in just about 30 minutes. The whole crew was polite and made sure to explain what they were doing. The best part was there were no surprise fees—other plumbers wanted to charge just to come out and take a look. But with this company, there was no extra assessment charge, and the total cost was only $75. Since then, our drain has worked perfectly. If you ever need a reliable plumber, this is definitely the place to call. They get straight to the point and fix the issue fast.

We’ve had a few plumbing jobs done in Boyertown, and each time, the plumber was on time, professional, and friendly. Most recently, Miguel came out to take a look at our water heater, which was the original one put in when the house was built. Instead of pushing us to buy a brand new water heater like some other places might, Miguel checked everything over and said a repair would work just fine for now. Thanks to that honest advice, our water heater is still running smoothly. We really appreciate the fair service and will definitely call again when it’s time for a replacement. Did a Google search because of having a sewer clog. They were able to come out the next day! They truly have excellent customer service, which is hard to find now a days. The price was better then I expected it would be. I definitely will call them again if I need any service they offer. Highly recommend!

He had to put in a new S pipe. The work was done neatly and the leak is completely resolved. We really appreciated the quick response and quality workmanship. Would definitely recommend and will use rocket plumbing again!!!

Their email address listed isn't a valid email, and their call in number never resolves to a real person. This company is a scam, and should be avoided at all costs. Also cut the lock out on my electric meter without notifying the power company. Edited given their response: I never received any email from them beyond the invoice where they charged me $112. I had a 2’fer today. Not only did I need a fixture installed, but my heat was not working. Griff, as always was undeniably the best! In minutes, my heat was working again and he was on his way.
