Just had the pleasure of meeting George and Cody in Exeter, responded to my clogged drain in literally minutes, and charged half what Roto- Rooter did 3 years ago for the same issue, in which Roto-Rooter said if I buy this container of some kind of Blue Stuff for 63 dollars I'd never have another clogged drain. When I told George what they charged me back then he laughed so hard! Half the price, immediate response, lifetime guarantee, don't get much better than that. Plus Cody mentioned some of the best places for beef and lobster rolls at the Bloomsburg Fair!

Drain Service Dream Team! Had a problem that stumped the "Rooty-Tooty" big boys and was told it would be a few weeks out and a close to a grand to clear a simple PVC drain. Called E-Z Flow instead and they were at my house the next morning and had the drain cleared and working less than an hour later for less than half the price, no BS and a few good jokes too. Absolutely awesome experience. 100/10 stars for these guys!

Called Drain Tech on a Wednesday evening due to a major sewer blockage. Tech said it would be $200 less if I waited until the next day. I waited and he arrived the next morning. He was courteous and took time to explain what he thought was the issue. He ran large sewer machine and said problem was resolved. The only thing he did to test the system was have me flush the toilet. However, the issue was not resolved as the kitchen sink drain and basement laundry room drains remained blocked and water immediately backed up into laundry sink again ...if in fact it had ever gone down. I had knee replacement surgery a week prior to this and did not get to basement until Friday afternoon to see status and that was when I discovered the blockage was still an issue. Therefore, I had no idea of whether it was that way when the tech left. When I called them again the tech on call said it would be over $400 if he came that evening or on the weekend. I was not happy with that due to it only being 48 hours since issue was not correctly resolved. I called someone else who came Saturday during snow storm and totally resolved my issues for less than Drain Tech would have charged and he cleared my sidewalks from the snow storm as well because he was sympathetic to my post surgery condition. I will not be calling Drain Tech again and would not recommend them to a friend

Very unprofessional company. Waited 3 weeks to have a septic tank cleaned out. Company never showed up and when I called they said they didn’t show because they didn’t have my credit card on file after giving it to them 3 weeks ago when I made the appointment. There response was we don’t keep that information on file for that long. Called Avalanche and they were able to get me in the same day!

Landlord contacted Draintech due to a major backup in the main line that needed jetting asap. Kyle was awesome and they were shorthanded that day. Kyle came out and did by himself what the competition said was going to take 2 people to do. He did it with a smile, and was very pleasant his entire time working on the sewage line. Very accommodating and prompt upon arrival time. Kyle took the time to explain everything going on in detail and was upfront with pricing, even though the landlord was paying for the repair. Draintech was half the price of the competition. Kyle even videotaped the issues which he stated would be recurring if the pipes were not replaced. He was 100% right as two weeks later, the problem reared it's head again and the landlord had the grounds dug up the following morning and the pipes replaced. All the way around, Draintech gets 5 stars for everything from start to finish. In a time where nobody wants to do anything, but get paid, Kyle and Draintech made old school customer service still exist. Thanks!

What a great company! They came out to our house in such a quick timeframe to assess issues we were having with our sewer drain and within the same week started the arduous task of digging up our driveway. The crew was amazing! So quick, so efficient, so nice! The whole crew was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and addressed all our concerns. What a peace of mind knowing they fixed everything! GREAT SERVICE EXPERIENCE WITH ROSSI ROOTER: Within 48 hours I had a root-plugged sewer line replaced by this outstanding company. They came to my house in about 20 hours after my phone call and assessed what was causing the drain stoppage. They then scheduled the sewer line replacement for the next day, after reworking their schedule to suit my needs. Vince was extremely accommodating to me. When the crew arrived the next morning they discovered that the backhoe which they brought would require us to remove a section of fence, delaying their start and of course causing some more expense. The crew leader suggested bringing in a smaller backhoe which would fit through our gate, to which I agreed. They then began their work and performed it quickly and professionally. They definitely worked as a “well-lubricated” team. The project was completed in less time than I expected. They even replanted a rose bush in the exact spot from which they had removed it earlier in the day. I highly recommend them for your sewer line repair/replacement needs.

Will never use again. Had an 8am-10am appointment scheduled. They call at 8am and said they had a call off so we rescheduled to 2pm-4pm. No problem. I leave work at 2pm so I can meet them at my house. 4pm rolls around, still not here. I call the office to make sure they’re still coming. She says yes, they got held up at their last appointment. No problem. I ask if I will be charged an after hours fee since, she says no because your appointment was 2pm-4pm. They finally arrive at 5:30pm. All I have is a clog in my kitchen sink drain about 25 feet down. Told me the price, which I was fine with, but then they proceed to tell me I will be charged an after hours fee because it’s after 4:00pm. Told them the office said otherwise and they disagreed. Walked them out and told them I’ll find someone else.

I scheduled service with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, and within an hour they called to ask if they could come earlier on Friday. I agreed, and the next day a representative named Chuck came to my house. He checked the problem, explained everything clearly, and gave me an estimate. Because I had some things in the way, I asked if they could return on Monday, and he agreed. When Monday came, I missed their call because my phone was off, so they didn’t come out right away. I called back, and the person who answered was very kind and explained that they always call ahead to make sure someone is home. I appreciated their professionalism, and I apologized because it was my mistake. Later that same day, Chuck and another technician came over. After I signed the paperwork, they immediately started working on my kitchen and bathroom sinks. Both gentlemen were polite, respectful, and highly professional with me and my wife. To anyone reading this: I’ve seen people complain about pricing, but remember — the five most expensive things in a home are plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, and foundation. Everything is costly nowadays, but you get what you pay for. I thank God that I’m well-established, and I can say this from experience: 👉 If you want a mediocre job, hire a handyman. If you want the job done right, hire the professionals at Roto-Rooter.

Had reached out to other plumbers closer to my home with little reply and still had my issue for almost 2 weeks..called Earl at 2:30 and left message. 10 minutes maybe, and his wife (forget her name) called me back..Very personal and professional. Earl and his assistant got to my house and FIXED my sewer by 6:30! Outstanding service and down to earth people. Definitely will call him 1st next time

Can't say enough about how happy we are with this business! We had a sewer leak in the basement and called Earl's P&H, talked with Brittany and explained our issue, she was very informative about the situation and scheduled us quickly. Earl and his apprentice Zach came and resolved the leak, cleared a blockage, and repaired a vent pipe. They did excellent work and were very clean. Earl and Zach were professional, friendly, and very informative as well as fair and reasonable for the cost of work they did. Good people! Highly, highly recommended.

Given the area of Northeastern Pa were always needing our sewer lines cleaned out professionally for maintenance. I was tired of paying high prices and waiting around for no shows. I’ve been calling on Waterworks for all our plumbing needs since 2021. Back in the day when it was hard to get work done because COVID was still rearing its ugly head, Joe came and helped us with some leaks off of our oil burning furnace. He’s been at our house several times since then to repair the same. He’s been prompt, professional, kind , efficient. Recently with all of the rain we have been having, our property experienced drainage issues. A much bigger job but Joe was willing to take it on and help. I’ll use waterworks for all of our plumbing issues as the work and experience has been great. Highly recommend.

Waterworks came out about 6 months ago to replace a majority of my main sewer line. The repair itself was completed but the final street and sidewalk restoration was pushed until spring due to it being late fall, I said okay no problem and paid the bill in full around 10k (mistake) my sump pump drain had previously ran under my sidewalk and into the street and due to the sidewalk temporarily being patched until spring, it was never redirected so it is just draining into my foundation currently. I’ve reached out to waterworks via email several times and they don’t seem to have any urgency to get this job finished.

I found my hot water tank leaking on a bitterly cold Saturday night. Water was pooled on the floor and I panicked. I called Joe and left a message. He called back within ten minutes and explained the likely cause, easing my serious concerns right away. Even with a packed schedule, he got me scheduled for Monday morning, less than 36 hours later. He was on time AND I received a text that showed his arrival time and current location, which was fantastic! He checked the tank and explained the problem and gave me two options, both very affordable. He then got to work right away and had it fixed within a half hour or less. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and he is our GO to for any plumbing concerns in the future. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Waterworks! Five stars aren’t enough!!!!

These guys came to my house on Dec 17, 2021 to give an estimate to repair a leak. It is now Jan 10, 2022 and I have gotten no response!! I left a message on their machine as well a week ago and still nothing. Edit: Sorry for your loss! I had assumed the delay was because of the holidays which is why I waited so long but I called another plumber today because, as you know, the water is draining into my basement and I'm worried about damage to the foundation. Again, sorry for your loss!

I had a plumbing issue that I didn't want to sit overnight. I called Dana, and he was able to get a couple guys out to me in just a few hours. They were quick, easy to deal with, and really reasonable with the price. I'd recommend Henninger Plumbing to anyone.

Would not recommend. Charged my mother $600+ for work that should have been covered in an earlier estimate. Billed her for 2,5 hours to install a sink that was less than 10 feet away in her bedroom. No plumbing involved. One man simply followed the other and observed while training. My mother was charged an hourly fee for both men and it apparently took 2,5 hours to attach a sink to a wall. At the initial visit the contractor suggested my mother wait to install the sink until after the wall behind it was painted. She took his suggestion. Had she not none of this fraudulent billing would have occurred. She texted them with her concerns. Simply sent her the $600 bill with no reply. My mother paid the bill because she respects others and is a person of her word. She would be horrified if she knew I was posting this. Please do not support local businesses who take advantage of others in our community, even if they may give you a fair deal.

I have a furnace that's new from last year and I don't feel that I can get warm enough as I did with my other. I had one HVAC service look at it and he offered little in the way of advice and I had to ask him many questions and he didn't care to explain. He said that he could diagnose furnace but my furnace plan wouldn't cover. DJ. Looked at it and he did the math for the match of sq. ft and BTU s needed. He also plans on doing a different test. This superceded what the others did for me. Id definitely use him again because he is thorough, polite and respectful. I wish I knew about him last year before I got the furnace installed and I had other plumbers who just took $ and didn't fix unit and said it was running. Yes it was but no heat coming out. Had to install a new one, as mentioned and still not 🚫 warm enough when temps go down. Older 35 year old furnace was more efficient.

Michael Burke Plumbing was great to work with for our first two jobs. He’s a local business, and we were glad to give him the business. The second job we called for, was 2 running toilets. Make it his team came out and fix the issue, but it turns out that were not fixed correctly. They did work for a short time and when we returned from a getaway, we had found out they were running again and had ran for two weeks straight. When I called back to have Mike and his team come back out to re-fix the problem, we made an appointment for the following day. No one showed up for that appointment, it was for a Thursday. I called at the end of the day on Thursday, On Friday, Saturday, and Monday leaving messages with the answering service. None of my calls were ever returned. Not only was I charged for a service that didn’t fix the problem, but then had to pay another plumber to fix it again, When they should have come out and fixed it a second time for free considering they never really fixed it the first. We will not be using Mike Burke when they should have come out and fix it a second time for free considering they never really fixed at the first. We will not be using Mike Burke Plumbing again.
