My Uncle highly recommended this company for an emergency issue we have going on. He called Brian on a Sunday, explained the situation and he told us to call first thing Monday morning when they opened at 8. I talked to the receptionist and within 30 minutes, they were at our home. He used a camera in a pipe for our septic system. He advised us on what he believed to be the problem and advised us to what needed done. We will definitely have him come back out if needed in completing the job. The company was quick to answer the phone, very fast service and was very knowledgeable and affordable.

Don't go anywhere else if you have a drain problem. Brian clearly knows what he's doing and had the latest technology to fix a sewer back up that occurred at our home. He is prompt, professional, and honest. And the cost for his services were very reasonable. Five stars+

This company more than exceeded my expectations! After calling a well-known plumber I was told that my main drain could not be cleared with anything other than a hydro jet. I was told by this other company it was going to be $800 for the service Plus additional for them telling me that I needed it.. I was getting ready to move forward against my better judgment but the company's equipment froze as this was during an extremely cold week. After day 3 of no resolution, I reached out to Wizzard. I now know I should have made them my first call. Brian returned my call and told me that he believes he could get my main line unclogged and that if he couldn't he would only charge me half. Brian got here and immediately went to work and was done in about 15 minutes. He didn't even need to use the hydro jet that the other company wanted to charge me $800 for. I was completely shocked and so thankful that he came out and took care of this for me. I will never call another plumber ever again, and I promise that!

Very nice technician that is why there’s two stars but as far as the company is ran, I am very unhappy. I was not quoted a price before the technician got to the property so when he told me it was $388 for an hour and a half I felt like OK well there’s nothing much to do but except that and that would’ve been fine except they did not find the clog and they did not finish the service making our toilet usable when I asked for part of that money back their only remedy was to come out and try again for an hour of free not going to work for me since I’m on a deadline with no toilet we looked for other matters to fix the problem. Company is not run very well. I would stay away from Mr. Rooter. Unless you want to gamble with $400.

Needed them for a second opinion on a shocking sewer inspection report. They were responsive, professional, and thorough with the report, providing excellent video evidence of the “issues” and saved our family thousands of dollars. Thank you Mr. Rooter!!

The pipe relining process itself was highly effective, minimizing disruption by requiring exposure of only a few small areas rather than necessitating the removal of concrete across the entire floor. Matt was amazing when he took the time to diagnosis my situation on Friday February 27, 2026. He had offered me several options and prices to accommodate me. After throughly discussing the options I had chosen the job to have all my pipes replaced with advised that this could last 25-30 years of the upgrade. I just had what was hands down THE BEST HVAC service call I've ever experienced from start to finish the entire process was professional and efficient scheduling was quick and easy and my technicians Chris S. And Tom S. arrived on time, they were courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain everything to me They did not rush through the process or the appointment. They inspected everything identified the problem and resolved it! And they give you OPTIONS that they do not force down your throat and clearly explain the differences. Their honesty and transparency was what stood out for me. Pricing was fair. No surprise charges, BONUS! The repair was completed in a timely fashion. Had a clog kitchen sink and Ready & Able showed up in less than 24 hrs. Zach and Jonathan did an excellent job. They were very detailed in what was happening and the steps it took to remove the clog. Both were very friendly and I will be doing more business with them, as they are a veteran owned company and offer more than just plumbing.

It was amazing watching Dan and crew put together such a complex piece of equipment. Strategic planning began the moment they arrived. From getting old unit disassembled and removed, to new unit delivered, positioned, assembled, tested was a total team effort. At the end of the day, I the customer, was very satisfied once the smells, sounds and finally steam/heat was felt in the pipes and radiators. Job well done!

In the summer of last year (2025) in the middle of the July heatwave our old HVAC system died. After calling several other companies and being told that due to the heatwave they were not taking on new customers, I saw a billboard for Ready & Able. Called and immediately they scheduled for someone to come out and give us an estimate. DJ arrived, after some measurements he provided us with several options. After picking the one that best suited us, the order was placed and the install date was picked 5 days later. The crew was kind and courteous, and had it installed in a day and a half. It cooled the rest of the summer and now has heated this winter, with great pleasure to us. Today the maintenance crew come out just for upkeep services and again kind and courteous. Would recommend they folks day after day.

We had a plumbing emergency today and they fit us in today. This is the second time that we had Steve T come to our home. The first time for a new water heater and today for this plumbing issue in our utility room. Once again, Steve did a great job and was in and out in a very timely manner. She was very polite and set up an appointment for the technician Steve to come out the very next morning. I thought that was exceptional since it was the holidays and things are usually busier. Steve did a throughout check of all the pipes/sinks and ensured that everything was okay. He was very professional and I could tell that he cared greatly. We had a clogged kitchen sink. Tried Drano and plunging it, but it needed a Plummer. We always use Mike Leonard’s Plumbing in Hershey. The work they do is always top notch and we appreciate their professionalism. Elijah worked to resolve a clog in just over an hour, the clog was resolved and water was flowing freely.

I had a great experience with Harrisburg plumbers. I dislike trying to find someone to assist with some of the projects that I may not feel comfortable handling. I googled and tried to find someone that wasn't a large company because I find them difficult to deal with. I reached out for help with a sink drain where the new was not aligning with the old pipe. As well as a basement bathroom I renovated where the in hose was leaking as well as the sink. I called yesterday and these were all fixed by lunch. I greatly appreciate your help and look forward to harassing you with all my future problems.

Shraga, from Harrisburg Plumbers, did a great job replacing some shutoff valves and an outdoor spigot. This is the second time he's done work at my house. The first was a crisis situation with a pipe break in the basement. Both times he exceeded my expectations in every way. Shraga is very professional and easy to deal with, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I had a slow leak under the sink that kept getting worse, so I called them in. The technician showed up within the scheduled window and took time to inspect the pipe before starting. He explained the repair clearly and didn’t rush through it. Everything has been dry since.

I scheduled them for a toilet repair after noticing occasional leaks at the base. The plumber checked the seal and internal components before starting the fix. He replaced the wax ring and made sure everything was tightened correctly. The bathroom floor has stayed dry since the visit.

Really happy with the service we got. Mr. Kouprey was very kind and polite and gave us a discount due to special circumstances. He was very respectful of our space and family, and my wife and him had pleasant conversation while he was in the house. We have had no issues since he finished the work and would 100000% recommend him as a plumber.
