We called Jennings Plumbing out of the blue on a Saturday morning when our kitchen sink was backed up and the clog was out of reach of our snake. Jim was able to come out that same day without an exorbitant emergency service charge. He cleared the line quickly and communicated with professionalism. Same day service at a fair price without trying to up-sell you some protection plan like the bigger contractors. I work in the building industry and appreciate when a plumber or electrician treats a homeowner like a valued customer instead of a consumer.

Jim bailed us out (😁) late on a Friday evening with a blocked toilet. He was really quick to respond, had all the right tools and the knowledge to fix our issues fast. Would highly recommend

I cannot recommend Jim enough. We had a super inconvenient plumbing emergency in our basement on a Friday night. After calling a few places and not getting responses, Jim answered right away and was at our house in less than a half hour. It took quite a bit of troubleshooting to diagnose the exact problem we were dealing with, but he was patient and methodical until we landed on the problem. Even after nearly 5 hours, Jim was working hard on a very stubborn clog. It eventually got too late and we had to settle up for the night, but he assured us that what we paid him for that night would cover the whole job and that he would come back as soon as possible to finish the job. I bet a lot of plumbers would have just left with the money and not been personally invested in coming back, but within a few days he was back at it and got everything sorted out for us. He takes a lot of pride in his work and is overall just a really nice guy. We were really impressed. Thanks so much, Jim!

Clogged kitchen drain on Sunday, called and was given a 8-10am window on Monday. Leroy arrived on time, took a few tries, coming back in with bigger snakes (augur?), until drain was clear. Even then, there was a gurgle noise at the end on drain clearing, so he came back to run the snake one more time to clear that little noise. He was courteous, professional, just an all around good guy. Initial estimate was final price, so they’re good to their word. We’re new to Philly, and are happy to have found our plumbing company going forward. Five Stars!

My experience with Plumbing Pals was wonderful from the start. I knew that I had to replace the hose shut-off valves before I could get a new washing machine. Karissa told me I could schedule an estimate appointment. John Lankelis arrived, and was phenomenal!! He showed me that I also needed to replace the shut-off valves above the laundry sink, which involved some new pieces of pipe. John explained exactly what he would do and what materials he would use. The price he quoted was fair. I was very impressed with his careful and meticulous work. John answered every question I had about what he was doing today, and thoroughly addressed concerns that I had about other things. He also respected my property, working cleanly and efficiently. Highly recommend! John showed up promptly at the beginning of the time window he was expected and quickly worked to resolve the issue with my garbage disposal. They also don’t require you to buy parts through them. He told me exactly what I needed after diagnosing the issue, and then I rescheduled them for a quick follow up return visit once I picked up what I needed from Home Depot. George Lopez at City Plumbing has the right stuff! He's honest, upfront, & tells you exactly what is going on, whether it will earn your business, or not. My kitchen had a clogged drainage line for weeks. He was able to get my line up and running. I picked up his advice for a professional solution to my new house. He gave me some cold, hard facts about the system I had. This was useful to know. My home insurance covered me less my deductible so the cost was great. He provided me with a follow-up quote for further work. George is great to talk with. He is friendly and likeable. I respect professional men like George. City Plumbing has my trust because of his integrity, hard work, and pleasant personality. This guy is worth calling before you purchase a home. I could not have had a better experience with this business. The plumbing issues were so annoying, but the company quickly and effectively fixed our issue. They were a breeze. They quickly fixed the problem after explaining the issue and giving me some helpful tips. These men are experienced in their field, and it shows. They are professional, local and trustworthy.

My sewer line was clogged with tree roots, and I was able to book Priority Plumbing, who came the next day. Auger and then hydro jet to cut and then remove all traces of the roots. Brian and Max did great work, super professional and good guys. I highly recommend Priority Plumbing.

Brian is a gift to homeowners. He is super knowledgeable in his field and is an innovative problem solver. Initially he was called out to us through HomeServ with a suspected municipal water line leak. He was able to troubleshoot that this was not the problem. It was clear we wanted to hire him for whatever had to be fixed to clear up our water in the basement issue. We had him replace our whole sump pump system and sump pit...which is very impressive compared to the contract grade materials that were previously used. We had him Install a water back up pump. He even brainstormed ways to help with our poor drainage issue in our yard. We feel like we finally got our house back thanks to him. He also installed a new bath tub...not cutting any corners. He replaced all piping, added extra wood, concrete etc. to make it more structurally sound. He is our plumber for any future jobs and we trust him whole-heartedly.

Priority was referred to us through our Home Service contract. Brian was knowledgeable, thorough, and promptly responded when contacted. I would certainly call Priority directly for any plumbing issues we have in the future.

Extremely wonderful and professional service! Their communication was great and they were very intentional about honoring my space and keeping it clean despite the dirty work being done. They explained everything to me and made sure that I fully understood process and all of my options. I also feel that the cost was fair and that service was excellent. Definitely recommend.

We had a major sewer line backup for one of our customers that many companies turned down to step in and help because it was "too difficult". That's when we called Root 24 Hrs Plumbing and they dispatched a crew right away. They were able to clean out the pipe with a special grabbing tool and saved us in a pinch. These guys are nothing short of the best and very professional. Would highly recommend!

Gary and his team were the best! I called 2 other companies and they were afraid of my clog because of the bidet style toilet. Gary and his team were professional, clean, and on time. I will use them again if needed.

Not all from root24 but one guy mess my home no professional service water damaged etc., My complaint not floor Look all pictures and my complaints he the pipe little early before water drain so water leaks through basement ceiling and look the valve no support to hold just hanging My complaints are valuable not asking refunds or compensation. Same guy came for faucet repair he said not possible and left but you send another guy he fixed less than a minutes It’s my honest feedback

Me and my family are relieved! Under the recommendation of Mr. Kirk Caldwell, the CEO of Do It Right Drains and Plumbing, I was able to get a 5 foot clog removed from my water line from a recommended company in Northeast Philadelphia. The service was swift and was priced very reasonably. I regret contacting my home warranty about this and should have contacted the one who was able to do it right the first time. Kirk is the man! He responded quickly and came out to look at an issue with my vent stack. He and his partner took extra time to troubleshoot the problem, target the leak, and come up with an affordable solution that didn’t involve tearing the whole house apart. Got everything back up and running the same day! Above all that, he believes in great customer service and I highly recommend him for any plumbing work in our area!

Kirk is a true professional who loves his job and values his customers. I called late one night because I suspected that my main water line was frozen from this past weekend and he was extremely kind and immediately let me know that he will try to make it to me ASAP. I knew this is an usually cold season and understood that he had a lot going on, but he made sure to keep in contact with me every step of the way and it made me feel that he really cared and was trying to get to me. Luckily, my line thawed and I no longer needed his services, but he went above and beyond and called me to make sure I was doing ok. As a first time homeowner, it's really difficult to navigate home repairs, and Kirk made it feel friendly and easy, and I will definitely be reaching out for any future repairs!

Contacted Tony about soil pipe repair on Mon. & after seeing what was needed, returned on Wednesday & made the repair in a timely manner. It looks very secure & tight even with the awkward positioning. Work was also done in a calm courteous manner.

I can’t recommend P&A enough. They are the only company I call for work in my house from a leaking overflow, fixing and replacing portions of an old sewer stack, and even going through the concrete of our basement floor to fix piping issues. They are professional, prompt, and most importantly honest. They will tell you exactly what to expect and keep you updated as work is being completed. I called P&A out to my home in Drexel Hill to help cut and repair an existing gas line which was solid piped all the way into my dryer which had broken down. P&A installed a code-compliant shutoff valve and a flexible hose so I can get a new dryer installed. Mary in the office was communicative about scheduling, the estimator was clear and articulate about what work was needed, and the crew the serviced the job was efficient. Pretty seamless experience in my view. I’ll call P&A again in the future.

I was in need of a plumber and quick after a pipe burst in my garage. I called a neighbor who recommended P&A. They had availability the same day, did good work, and most importantly did not price gauge me because I needed the work done on the same day. Mary couldn’t have been more helpful and she had someone at my house within a half hour of the call. It was almost magical. I highly recommend them!

I got a heater from Done Right Today. I called and Richie came out and did an estimate. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained to me the 3 different heaters I could get and I chose the double heater. (Lennox.) Great price, the men came and put it in and were very clean and cleaned up after themselves at the end. It runs beautiful, I love it!
