I can't say enough good things about this company. Excellent service, excellent price. We had a leak in our water service line that was located under our front lawn. The leak was causing our sump pump to run every twenty to thirty minutes and was creating a swamp in our next door neighbors lawn. We were worried that our whole yard would need to be dug up in order to find the leak and that it would cost a Fortune. Joe dug one hole and used a specialized technique to discover the leak's location. He took time to ensure that our yard wasn't unnecessarily torn up by their equipment and he worked hard until the sun went down and cleaned up after himself. My neighbor was also impressed by the excellent work that was performed. The job was done in less than two days at a fraction of what another company estimated it would be. I would definitely call on them again if needed and I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

Called Dependable Sewer about a backed up main line. Mike was here within 90 minutes, and corrected the problem. He also gave me suggestions on how to avoid future issues. I don’t have enough room to explain the positive experience I had with owner Jim Riley and his plumbers John and Owen. John and Owen arrived on time and did great work. We’ve had a cracked terra cotta pipe under our old stone foundation and leading to our septic, which has led to our house smelling like a porta john all summer. I’ve got a pregnant wife and a four year old and they have been miserable. I’ve had other plumbers out and they’ve talked all around the job, set dates, and never showed up. The day I called Riley Plumbing the owner, Jim Riley, drove up from Altoona, diagnosed the issue and several additional small problems, and got them scheduled. Within a week John and Owen showed up and did a great job. They arrived early, got directly to work, and were gone by two. They were gentlemen to my wife, playful with my son, and serious about their work. They were the kind of guys you trust with a job and don’t mind having in your home. Now my plumbing is fixed, my home doesn’t smell like septic, and my wife is happier. That’s priceless, but Riley plumbing does all that at a reasonable price. Thanks, Jim!

I am a real estate broker in the area, and I refer any of my friends, family, or clients, to Riley. Professional work, timely and prompt. I could give them the key to my house and trust that nothing would happen. A+ all of the way around.

Needed my water heater replaced. This was the only plumber that answered quickly, gave me a quote while we were on the phone. They came out about 2 hours after my call. Replaced the water heater in about an hour and they were done. Not to mention, they were by far the cheapest out of the quotes I had received by about $600-$700 dollars.

I had an emergency due to gas being turned off & was told I had a bad gas valve. I called them late night (11 pm) & literally within 5 minutes I got a call, the tech, Zach was here within 15 minutes, was thorough, very professional and explained everything. He was wonderful. I literally called about 12 plumbers, they are the only ones who came through for me & fixed the problem & the price was good as well. I will absolutely call them for any future needs, & I highly recommend them.

This is top teir service. Schultz Company will be who I call from now on if I have any problems. The experience I had with their emergency service technician, Zach, was absolutely wonderful. It was 3 AM and Zach was friendly and professional. Over the phone he made it clear that he would get my furnace working for me. He arrived to my home in less than an hour, identified and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I cannot say enough good about his service. The price was extremely fair for coming out on call at 3AM and repairing my furnace.

I realized I had an issue with my water heater and called Schultz at 9am. The technician was at my house by noon. He left to go get the brand new one and was back in an hour and finished the entire job by 4pm. I'm very impressed with the speed of service this company provided. The price of the tank/installation was very reasonable, and the technician was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this business.

Beware for installed all my mechanical and electrical in my home through S/A homes and if I didn’t have some understanding of the crafts could have been a real fire hazard down the road long after they completed their job! Would not hire them on my own for do poor quality work both in HVAC & Electrical. Beware for S/A Homes connection.

Service techs have been professional knowledge and offered solutions when needed. They need to carry replacement parts like water pads for those who need them . Yet on a scale of 1 to 10 they rank a solid 10.

Justin was our tech again. He installed a new hot water heater and expansion tank. He's always super kind and helpful. He worked quickly and efficiently. Before he left he even helped me fix the lock on my door - since I'm a single mom and was struggling with it. I'm telling you - this tech is everything!! I even got a cute pink plunger out of the deal!!!

My hot water tank went, they offered to come the same day, they were very kind, my house isn't easy to get in and out of, they handled that so well. They cleaned everything up, and wanted to make sure nothing was dirty on my floor. This is the second time I have called them and will continue to do so!

I used bartons for 10yrs on and off because they were cheap,but they make a lot of mistakes. Once they cracked a new tub and had to replace it. Look for another plumber.

Found time to fix my furnace when no one else could. Quick repair and friendly service. Will use again in the future.
