We had a great experience with Chris. He came out the very next day to look at a possible ceiling moisture issue and was calm, thorough, and honest. He didn’t try to upsell us or jump to worst-case scenarios, which we really appreciated. After inspecting everything, he explained that there was no active leak and helped us think through likely causes, including how the shower may not have been properly sealed during construction. He even pointed out an exterior drainage/icing issue near our stairs that supports that conclusion. We felt informed, not pressured, and confident in the next steps after he left. Would absolutely call him again and recommend him to anyone who wants a straight-shooting plumber.

I called Chris two days before Thanksgiving to come clean my very clogged sink.Chris returned my phone call quickly and came to my house within hours. He was very professional , very thorough , he started with the trap under the sink, went down to the basement and cleaned out every trap from the sink to the Main drain . Not only did Chris do an excellent job , he took the time to clean after his services .I had other companies in the last couple years for the same problem with my sink being clogged , however they never took the time to get to the root of the problem , Chris took the time to solve my clogged sink problem. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The name to know when your drains don’t flow — and they just proved it again. I could tell we were heading toward a full-blown main sewer line disaster at one of our rental properties, so I called John’s Sewer & Drain first thing Saturday morning hoping for help before things got… unpleasant. Within about 2½ hours, their tech Paul Kelly was already on site and ready for battle. Paul was awesome — super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right. He walked through the issue, explained everything, and handled the whole situation like a pro from start to finish. He even made sure everything was well cleaned up before he left (which, given the nature of sewer work, deserves an extra five stars on its own). As someone who manages rental properties, having a company that shows up quickly and sends technicians like Paul is priceless. I’ve used John’s Sewer & Drain before and never had a bad experience, but this one was next level. It was a great reminder of why they truly are the name to know when your drains don’t flow. If your pipes are plotting against you… call John’s.

I just had John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning out for some maintenance work on my drainage system, and the experience was outstanding. Mike (#312) arrived within a few hours of my call to inspect the main sewer line from my house to the city street sewer. He thoroughly explained their video inspection service and how it takes a close look at the sewer line, keeping an eye out for clogs, cracks in the underground pipes, and tree roots breaking through the pipe. He walked me through the entire process and even provided a USB stick of the video when he was finished. The inspection showed everything was clear, so there was no need for additional cleaning or to pay for any other services, which was something I really appreciated. Mike was genuinely committed to making sure I only paid for services I actually needed. It’s rare to find someone so honest, caring, and focused on helping things run smoothly without unnecessary costs. Their honesty and transparency were truly refreshing. While he was here, he also snaked our bathroom drain, which had been draining very slowly, and that process was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning and Mike (#312). I've had them come out to my house twice and have been completely satisfied with their services. I made a call to see if they could unclog my main drain and they were able to send someone to clear it the same day. Also my water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. After the estimate, they were able to come the next day and install my new water heater and we're able to have it all done within a couple hours. They are super professional and friendly. Also love that they provide a courtesy call before knocking on the door.

I had rebuilt my shower, and the drain became clogged. Jose was the tech. He was outstanding. Did a fantastic job. Was quick, polite, knowledgeable and respectful. I am very happy with the technician.

This plumbing service has been used twice. I used this plumbing service twice. The first time, it was for a new water tank. And the last job was to repair a leaky pipe. Other plumbers offered me quotes but they seemed to be very expensive. Justin was sent out to give me an estimate and explain my options the very same day I called. The price was significantly lower than other competitors. Both times, they returned the following day and completed the work on time and professionally. Everything went well and there were no surprises. They will be my first call for future plumbing issues.

Prompt response for a clogged kitchen sink drain run. Patrick was on time, careful with protecting our home from potential mess and tool damage to flooring, highly professional and an excellent communicator. He was very clear about costs up front, with the caveat that there might be unforeseen issues that could increase said costs. I look forward to our next drain issue:-)

I called 4/8/2021 and got the calling service that dispatched me out to the Matt who returned my call (within an hour), and was very professional over the phone and was able to schedule me in for the next morning 4/9/2021! Patrick came to my house and he was through, and communicated everything very detailed, but in a way I could understand. He also cleaned up after he completed his work! Clogged outside underground pipe. To replace the pipe, they had to dig up most of my yard. Dion, his crew and the whole project were fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently. They provided excellent customer service, and were respectful. My front yard looked great after they completed the work. No clogging and no more issues with my drains. They are great.

Tony was hired to unclog the bathroom sink. On time and very professionally. He was able to clean and snake the drain. My sink now sounds better than before I moved in. The quality is excellent. Cash or Card Payments are Accepted

Martin was wonderful. The only reason I didn't accept the service was that the part wasn't available because it was so late in the afternoon and the supply stores were closed. It's under warranty for my hot water heater and I needed it done faster. He was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and charming! Patrick didn't give me the run around. He said he would show up in fa ew hours and he did, actually even earlier then expected and we needed the service asap, since our main Sewer line was clogged. He gave us a great price, didn't over charge us like those R guys and got things fix right. In no time we were back in business. I highly recommend him.

My kitchen sink in my new-to-me-but-100-year-old home clogged and my puny manual snake just wasn't powerful enough. I called ABC Plumbing late in the day and Brian asked if this was an emergency or ok to wait until the morning and in the interest of saving some money, I asked for the next day. He wound up having to cut open the waste pipe and found all sorts of things (a whole chicken leg bone, how!?) trapped in the pipe before even reaching the clog. Brian patched everything up and even made a few minor improvements and we're good as we'll get without a full kitchen renovation.

I have never worked with a contractor of any kind more willing to go the extra mile, educate the customer, and respond when needed. ABC is aces.

Rhino Rooter did a great job clearing the blockage in my main drain this morning. After breaking up the stubborn blockage, he ran the auger 100ft to the street two more times to make sure all the debris was cleared, then tested it to guarantee the problem was truly solved before he left. David was easy to reach, easy to deal with, showed up when he said he would, and left the area clean when he was done. Best of all, his price was very fair.

THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I had a serious problem with the main drain to my house. They were here first thing in the morning and were able to fix the problem. And it was a huge problem! They were so kind and friendly and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Definitely a company you can trust!

I am so impressed and extremely happy with my today’s experience with Super Service Today. I had a broken sewer pipe which is under the foundation and needs to be replaced. Roy came in and did the evaluation and proposed options for me in a very professional manner. He is very knowledgeable, kind and professional. TL;DR - used Super Service Today for an HVAC unit replacement. They were fairly priced, professional and very efficient. The quality of work and craftsmanship was top-tier. Cannot recommend this group enough & have given our building management team their info so that SST is a recommended contractor for other tenants. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES AND NOT THE PRIVATE EQUITY BACKED MONSTERS LIKE SILA. ** I have been using Super Service Today over the past year or so to service my hvac unit (heat pump). I live in a condo building where the pumps are placed in awkward places in the ceiling that are hard to access. Despite that, SST has always been willing to come out and somehow still gets the maintenances done. About a month ago, my heat stopped working. Air was blowing, but it wasnt hot. SST came out and ran the diagnostic (which, as a side note, they will net the cost to run the diagnostic against any service or replacement job you do with them as a result). There was a likely issue, but the service job was going to be expensive, may not actually have not been the root cause to my lack of heat, and my unit was old anyways. So I had Jason, one of their sales guys, come out and quote me a replacement. He was pretty diligent walking through the apartment, helping think through / calculating appropriate size units for my place (ended up increasing my system by half a ton), how to potentially re-engineer the supplies and returns, etc. Clearly focused not only only selling the job, but also making sure the job was done right and that the end result for me was the best it could be. After a bit of negotiating on price (which they were fair on) I signed them up. Within a few days, Jason was back with Quinn, the install manager. Great guy. Together, the three of us spent a FULL HOUR AND A HALF walking through the job and what we wanted to do. They fielded all of my questions and concerns and didnt rush me whatsoever. We had our game plan, they moved a few of their other jobs around (I was trying to get the install done ahead of Thanksgiving and it was the Friday before) and by Monday, there was a crew at my apartment jamming away. It was a complex job - they had to cut into the ceiling as the unit's previous owners installed the pump and THEN ran sheetrock (so the full unit was impossible to remove), manually remove the old pump, put the new one in, add another supply and run duct to it, and replace all of the grates of the supplies to provide improved airflow and coverage throughout my condo. They were efficient, fairly clean (for example, they even put up a plastic drape in the hallway to minimize dust and sheetrock spreading through the apartment) and overall did a great job. They were in and out in a little over a day! Gave generous maintenance plan as well as labor/parts warranty as well. The group is fair on pricing (much better than some of the larger, private-equity backed companies like SILA) and do just as good of a job - there was no gap in the quality of the work. Partner with companies like SST and support your local communities.

I contacted Green Tech about getting my tankless water heater serviced, and I received a call back within minutes. Dave came out the very next day. He was prompt, friendly, efficient and super respectful of my space (he wore shoe covers inside and cleaned the area he was working in thoroughly). Super happy with this service. Highly communicative, efficient, and professional! We were able to schedule time with Green Tech to help us dis/reconnect our oven after we had to unexpectedly replace it, and Green Tech was very accomodating. They sent out their Tech, David to help us disconnect the old oven this morning and he was great! Super nice and efficient, and answered my questions fully. Too, he put in the grates for the new oven for us as an extra kind gesture. Definitely recommend working with this company if you're looking for assistance locally who also will do good work.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink that turned out to be several leaks. Dave came out quickly on a Saturday and fixed it in under 30 minutes without having to replace any parts. He was professional and efficient. Would recommend to anyone local who’s in a pinch! Thanks for the help Dave!!
