The technician arrived just 15 minutes after our scheduled time, which was a pleasant surprise, and immediately got to work. His expertise was evident as he quickly identified and fixed the issue. I appreciated his clear communication and the tips he shared for future maintenance. It's such a relief to have everything functioning perfectly again!

1 week agoPerfect Flush
139 NW 2nd St, Gresham, OR 97030, USA
(503) 985-9461Highly recommend the folks at Perfect Flush! Our main plumbing line has clogged twice in the last four months and Perfect Flush were the ones to fix it every time by jetting the pipes, when other plumbing companies were unsuccessful. Cameron was the most recent person to help us out and was wonderful! It's very important to support local plumbing companies in our community as private equity continues to buy them up. Every time these guys have been professional, deeply knowledge, and just top-notch. Start here and you'll be a forever customer!
3 weeks agoHighly recommended. We needed 2 toilets installed. Kyle arrived at the promised time and worked efficiently. One install was straight forward, the second required a few extra steps and parts. Kyle clearly explained the situation and all alternatives. Ultimately he got the job done in the shortest possible time while courteously answering my random questions along the way.
1 week agoPerfect Flush provides excellent service to the two properties I manage. It starts with the office staff to the plumber that arrives on site. They are very thorough, fair pricing and available for after hours emergencies. I have used them for numerous plumbing needs and they always do a great job!
1 week agoClog Pro Plumbing & Drain
833 SE Main St Mailbox 210, Portland, OR 97214, USA
(503) 479-8168We had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried to unclog it but it turned out it was more than I could fix. We had someone out the next day after I called around 4pm. The person who came was polite and used a very long pipe snake to get to and fix the clog. The whole job was done professionally. I would have no hesitation in having any other plumbing work done by the operator who fixed our drain. The appointment was set up quickly and I was given a time for someone to show up. I was called about 20 minutes before the plumber arrived to let me know when he was coming. I was very satisfied with the work and process.
1 week agoGabe and partner were both super friendly and fixed the leak in less than an hour! I have used ClogPro in the past and I've been very happy with them. I highly recommend Gabe and ClogPro! 👍
2 weeks agoCalvin was great! He was warm and friendly and very professional. He got the job done quickly and he and his company were willing to work with my schedule. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Clog Pro Plumbing and Drain!

18744 Allegheny Dr, Oregon City, OR 97045, USA
(971) 255-8171I heard about Tyler via a neighbor who also had work done on one of their drain pipes. He answered my call immediately and booked an appointment for just a few days later. He arrived at the scheduled time, diagnose the issue and did as much work as possible. Due to the unique complexity of the issue, he recommended another repair service to complete the repair. He went so far as to call them to explain the issue. The work that he did get done was professional efficient, and well executed.

3 weeks agoClog Pro Plumbing & Drain
12511 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98682, USA
(360) 369-3748Clog Pro provided excellent service and we can't thank them enough for their work. They were informative about what needed to be done and got right to it. The house is older and had several issues along the way but they tackled them like true Pros. Thank you!
2 months agoJesse and his team at Clog Pro went above and beyond to assist us with a backed up sewer line. Within an hour, a Clog Pro tech came out to diagnose the issue and clear out our sewer backup, while also cleaning up the sewage water that backed into our basement. He scheduled us for a sewer scope the very next morning. Jesse came out to take a look at the line and even called the City of Portland on our behalf to get them to inspect the scope video the same day. Jesse and technician Josh were able to clear out the rootball that had worked its way into the line and the line is up and flowing again. If you find yourself needing help with your clogged issues, I highly recommend Jesse, Josh, and the team at Clog Pro Plumbing & Drain. Their professionalism, knowledge, and care for your home is unmatched.
5 months agoI hired Clog Pro to connect my house to city sewer. My home in Vancouver was built in the 1950s and had a septic system rather than being hooked up to the sewer. My understanding is that if the septic tank or drainfield ever needed replacement, the city would require I hook up to the city sewer. I decided to have that done now rather than having to do it in an emergency in the future, or having a future owner of the house deal with it when they wouldn't know what obstacles there are in the ground to have to work around than I do. I used Yelp reviews to pick two contractors to get cost estimates from. One was located in the Portland suburbs and one in Clark County. The cost was expensive but I expected that because the hookup needed to be a pumped system that goes around the yard and up the driveway, not a simple gravity connect from house to street. One contractor indicated I should initiate a hook up permit to the city so I went there. One of the tasks of the job was right-of-way work in the street to hookup to the sewer that runs along the middle of the street. The city gave me a list of contractors who are on their approved list who have done that work with the city before. I looked through the list and didn't find either of the contractors that I had picked so far, but found one that looked like a possible third option- Clog Pro. I didn't look into Clog Pro prior to that because I figured from their name that they specialize in unclogging drains and pipes rather than other plumbing work. But their web site listed sewer connections as one of the things they do. So they came and looked over the project and gave an estimate. Discussing the job with the Clog Pro supervisor (Jesse), his understanding of the job impressed me the most, although the other two companies probably would have done a good job also. Also, Clog Pro's price was lower than the other two. I hired Clog Pro. I had always dreaded going ahead with this project because of the things that could go wrong. For example, the sewer pipe had to go close to some wires in the ground that control valves for my irrigation system, and I was worried they might be damaged. But the project went incredibly smoothly, no problems. From when I first got the estimate it was only about two weeks until the job was completed. I would never have thought that this job would go so smoothly. I am extremely impressed with the job they did, as well as how reasonable their charges were.
6 months agoPerfect Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning
1011 SE Oak St, Portland, OR 97214, USA
(503) 964-4000We used Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for a small repair at our rental home and had a great experience. Mike and Joey were fantastic. They responded within about an hour of our call and had the issue fully fixed the same day. What really stood out was their professionalism and responsiveness. When something goes wrong, timing matters, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I honestly expected to pay more for such fast service. It’s refreshing to find a company that shows up when they say they will, does quality work, and charges fairly. I highly recommend Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning.
1 week agoMike is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. Not only is he incredibly skilled and reliable, but he’s also just a great person. He recently helped with a full re-pipe and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s installing a new water heater, fixing a drain clog, or handling a major plumbing issue, Mike always gets the job done right. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his work. If you need a top-notch plumber, I highly recommend Perfect Service!
12 months agoMike was very personable and approached my repipe project with professionalism. He pointed out all the areas of my home that would be affected; I think we only missed one which was in the garage. He did two walk-throughs and really helped me understand what needed to be relocated so his crew would have ample room to work. Unfortunately, and this is hard to even write since I imagined a much different outcome, quite a few parts of this project are still incomplete as of today and it has been 4 weeks. Mike promised a final walk through and so far he has not reached out. I also feel the crew didn't leave my home as they found it. Quite a bit of debris was leftover (inside and out) and they even drilled a new hole in my bathroom floor when the route should've been through the wall, which was confirmed during the walk-through. And yes, I know changes can come about but no one ever came to me to discuss. They just took the path of least resistance. Most of the incomplete work I ran across initially I put into a document for Mike to review. He thanked me for that and promised the tasks would be taken care of. Several were not -- which included easy stuff like making sure the new fixtures were properly caulked and also secure within the walls. One amazing thing his tech Joey did was completely install my new dishwasher. My home was subject to water damage last September and I've been doing dishes in my bathroom because I only have half a kitchen. This was a wonderful surprise.

1 month agoFirst time using Pacific Plumbing. Front office got us scheduled quickly. Greg did a great job clearing a kitchen clog. He explained what he was doing, took time to clean up and didn’t overcharge me. We will call them again when we need a plumber. 👨🔧

1023 SE 223rd Ave, Gresham, OR 97030, USA
(503) 407-7293I worked with Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing and he replaced my faulty turn off valve and had to drain, rework and moved the gas pipe for my stove. When I first called him due to my water not turning off under my sink he was here very fast! He was kind, explained everything that needed to be done and got to work. He also, was able to come out on a later date to move my gas line, so, my new gas range stove could fit in its spot and be hooked up properly. He has excellent both times I used him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!!
1 week agoVitaliy and his team were excellent to work with. They helped us with several projects such as clearing drains, replacing our kitchen faucet, and upgrading the water heater. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. Vitaliy was communicative and respectful throughout the whole process. He explained the work clearly and made sure we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. I appreciated how smoothly the whole appointment went, and how quickly the work was completed. Highly recommend Diligent Plumbing if you want professionalism with a personal touch. I'll definitely be calling again for any future needs.
5 months agoI contacted Vitaliy for an estimate on water heater replacement and also to look at a water temperature problem in our master bath. He gave me a 2 hr. window and contacted me 30 min. before to let me know he was on the way. He listened to my explanation of the issues we were having and I ended up going with him based mostly on my interaction with him. The day of install he was alittle early and took some time to troubleshoot the temperature issue and gave me some possible solutions. Water Heater install went smoothly and we decided to give it a couple days to see if it made a difference. I had him out again once I received the new parts and he resolved the problem with water temperature. He is very easy to get ahold of and responds within just a few minutes and is always prompt when he comes out. I will be seeing him every year for the waterheater maintenence and will use him for any other plumbing issues I run into.

(360) 326-2720Brandon Mayfield was an exceptional person who was very helpful in every way. He made it so there was no stress on my part. I highly recommend service pro plumbing and Brandon.
4 weeks agoThey did a great job to get my main waterline fixed after hours. The high point: operator on the phone was efficient, technicien arrived within 45mins, they adapted to situation and found solution to all problem. Low points: none honestly.
4 months agoCalled Service Pro Plumbing after a referral from DryWorx water remediation. Ashley answered the phone and did a wonderful job explaining their services and setting me up for next morning appointment. Jacob O’Brien is the plumber who arrived and made immediate impression as a sincerely service-oriented tradesman and very capable plumber. He did an outstanding job taking care of us, cleaned up after, completed the work in good time, and even addressed another repair for me at my request. It was a great experience for my family and I highly recommend Jacob and this company.
1 month agoAlchemy Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
6615 SW McEwan Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97035, USA
(971) 417-2081The two technicians were Brody Diaz De Leon and the other gentleman, whose name I did not catch. The repair involved replacing a 4-inch building drain that had already been agreed upon. They cut out and removed the 4-inch-long ABS 90. Once removed, they installed a new glue coupling a new 4-inch long-term ABS 90. The technicians from Alchemy are always polite and always efficient. In the last few months, we had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that was fixed, and then the main waterline in the crawlspace of our house was also fixed. When they came to do that second repair, they pointed out that the 4-inch building drain needed to be repaired. So that’s what they repaired today. I hope I don’t see them for a while, not because of their work. Their work is fantastic, but because I hope we don’t have any more leaks in the near future in our home, the next time I do need some plumbing work done, I always know who to call, and that’s Alchemy Plumbing. I included a few photos for reference. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work; they are reliable, honest, and thorough every time.
4 months agoWow this company is amazing. My husband worked with a guy named Sean who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We just bought our house and had a propane tankless water heater that wasn’t installed properly and the thing was having mini explosions…. Like idiots we still waited to get a better quote etc because it was not cheap. Finally we decided to bite the bullet and we got them out here to install a new tankless heater with the propane conversion. The two guys the sent were so lovely, Josh and Spencer were absolutely kind, respectful, knowledgeable, provided details and happily answered questions. They were thorough and clean. The equipment was properly installed and set up nicely with great attention to detail. Honestly I cant come up with a single area for any improvement. Maybe cost? But honestly that’s what you pay for and these things aren’t cheap. I’m glad we went with this company and will be returning.
2 months agoJohn was on time, thorough in his work, and did a great job. I have pvcp piping and hate any job where I have to mess with it. After a nightmare event with a washer repair man that ended in months of repair work from the pipes he broke, it was worth every penny to have Alchemy complete the new task. The piece of mind knowing I had a licensed plumber on the job was priceless. Alchemy communication was prompt and continued throughout the entire process, from scheduling to completion. I would highly recommend them and will use them again with confidence. Thanks, John! Nice work.
3 months agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Gresham
Gresham homeowners know that a clogged drain is more than just a minor nuisance; in the Pacific Northwest, it can quickly lead to bigger household headaches. Whether you are living near the Historic Downtown area or closer to the foothills of Mt. Hood, you need a plumbing solution that is both local and immediate. Our service streamlines the entire process by connecting you with certified professionals who are ready to work right now. We don't just provide a generic list of names. Our system actively scans our network of Gresham-based plumbers, filtering specifically for your zip code. More importantly, we call them to confirm they can solve your drain issue today. This unique verification process means you skip the frustration of calling multiple offices only to be told they are booked out for weeks.
Common Drain Issues in Gresham
Gresham's abundance of Douglas firs and mature deciduous trees often leads to significant root intrusion. These roots seek out moisture in older sewer lines, causing persistent clogs and eventual pipe failure that require professional hydro-jetting.
With our heavy Oregon rainfall, many Gresham properties experience drainage issues in basements and crawlspaces. When exterior drains become overwhelmed by debris and silt, it can cause back-ups that threaten your home’s foundation.
In many of the established neighborhoods across Gresham, older cast iron or clay pipes are still in use. These materials are prone to scaling and internal corrosion, which catches hair, grease, and soap scum more easily than modern PVC.
During the colder winter months in East Multnomah County, grease and fats poured down kitchen sinks solidify much faster within the pipes. This leads to stubborn 'fatbergs' that require professional-grade equipment to clear properly.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Gresham
Before the heavy autumn rains arrive in Gresham, clear all debris from your outdoor area drains and gutter downspouts to prevent water from backing up into your home's plumbing system.
When temperatures drop near the Columbia River Gorge, ensure your pipes are insulated. Frozen pipes can lead to cracks that only become apparent as slow, sluggish drains once the thaw begins.
Spring is the best time for a preventative camera inspection. As Gresham's vegetation enters a growth spurt, identifying early root intrusion can save you from a total sewer line collapse in the summer.
If you are hosting guests for local events or holidays, remind everyone to avoid putting fibrous Northwest produce like celery or corn husks down the garbage disposal, as these are leading causes of holiday clogs.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Gresham
Pricing in the Gresham area typically depends on the location of the clog and the equipment needed. A simple sink snake is more affordable, while main sewer line clearing or hydro-jetting falls on the higher end of the scale.
