It was the first time we had to call someone to fix a problem at our house. Roto-Rooter was prompt and came out twice in the evening to fix our clogged main line. They honored their warranty as well. I would recommend them to anyone. Gianni and Travis were kind, informative and fixed the issue quickly.

We had a blockage in the sewer drain that blocked the entire house. Travis came out and was available to repair the clog and all the other independent clogs in the house. Super nice, super helpful and great at communicating what he was doing and what the costs were. Frankly, Travis, with Roto-Rooter was available for us when we really needed help and the other place (also great place) was unavailable. Travis was very kind, pleasant, and flushed our sewer line in both directions, multiple times, to make sure the issue was fixed. He’s even helping us learn what we need to know. I recently hired Luke at Captain Rooter for a trenchless sewer lining, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Luke was fantastic—extremely professional and efficient from start to finish. David and his team installed a french drain on one side of our house where we were having drainage issues. The drain works great and we no longer have any issues. They were courteous, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Recommended.

David took on a huge drainage project for me and was on top of everything at all times. The transformation was amazing. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He is on time, does exactly what he says he will do and always checks to make sure we are on the same page. He even helped me out with some great referrals for other work. Today was the second time we’ve had Drain Raider, Eugene to our house to fix a problem. Both times, the initial phone contact was after hours and friendly. Today, Aubrey and Allan were here to replace a broken pipe fitting in the crawl space which left us with no hot water. They were on time, friendly, professional, and had us fixed up in under an hour. They have saved my pipes in a pinch, and even came and helped me out with a clog last minute saving me the expense of shamefully having a ton that wouldn't drain when my mother in law came to visit!! (Their reasonable priced, speedy service worth it's weight in gold for saving me from inlaw embarrassment alone!) My garbage disposal broke and clogged up my kitchen sink. Mr Rooter provided timely, professional, friendly service and cleaned up nicely: underneath my sink was cleaner when he left than when he got here!! Highly recommend.

Called the morning the service was needed. Lady on the phone quickly let me know they could be at the house same day. Got a call 45 mins before the driver showed up. Excellent, would highly recommend and will likely use again. Was honest about what he would and would not be able to address. We have older, narrower pipes, and was able to get our sink draining again quickly. He was able to fix our problem. Even followed up with fixing another unforeseen issue a week or two later. Took my call in the evening when I didn’t expect any other plumbers to do so, which really helped me plan my next work day. Friendly and a pleasant person to have in our home.

I was really impressed and satisfied with Christian and his team. He fixed a problem that two leak detection companies and another plumber couldn’t track down. It was a nagging leak that continued to baffle all of us. Christian didn’t give up nor did he move on because it was hard. He stayed with it, located the issue, and fixed it all in one day. I appreciate the professionalism and Christian’s Plumbing knows their craft. They will always be my first call because I know whatever the issue they will be able to fix it.

Excellent service! Excellent prices! Now permanently saved in my contacts. I’m so glad I called around. I work on my plumbing issue for three days because of a backup, buying two different length snakes and replacing the toilet wax ring and dumping drain cleaners down my sink and tub drains with no luck. Matt fit us in his route same day and with the drain camera and jetter, cleared our drain in less than an hour. He also discovered a second clean out pipe that was buried nearer our house that we can now access in the future with my newly purchased drain snakes. As a DIY’er I appreciate Matt going the extra mile to give me the edge to take care of future issues myself. If I’m ever in a jam again though, I’ll call Drainmaster first thing. Cost is a big determiner for me as well and these guys have their competitors beat.

I hired Ready Rooter & Chapman for a full repiping to replace corroded copper pipes. I found their quote to be very competitive, and I was pleased that the same individual who initially provided the estimate was part of the team that performed the work. He meticulously documented the project plan and ensured his colleague was well-informed prior to commencing any tasks. The repiping of my 1500 square foot home was completed efficiently by two technicians within half a day. Their workmanship was excellent, and they exhibited considerable respect for my property. When I requested a couple of modifications during the process, they were addressed without any hesitation. It has now been a full year since the work was completed, and I am pleased to report that I have not encountered any issues. Consequently, I would enthusiastically recommend their plumbing services. Furthermore, I engaged Ready Rooter & Chapman for septic pumping services. While there was a slight delay due to vehicle maintenance, I was scheduled promptly once the truck was operational. The technician who managed the pumping was professional and ensured thorough cleanup afterward. I also noted that their pricing was substantially more favorable than the quote I received from Royal Flush.

Did a great job for us pumping our septic. Our pump was out and he was able to replace it on the same day. Good customer service and responded quickly to our initial phone call.

In December 2025, I thought I had a leak at the base of my toilet. I called Benchmark Plumbing and they came out the next day, even arriving earlier than expected (they called first to verify early arrival was ok). They found there was no leak at the base of the toilet. I'd planned on replacing this old toilet with a new one for some time. They said they could go get a new toilet and install it right away. So within a couple of hours of their first arrival I had a new modern toilet installed. Levi and Ryan did exceptional work. Excellent installation and cleanup, and they hauled away the old toilet. Very nice to deal with Levi, the owner of the company and his apprentice, Ryan. February 2026... I had Benchmark Plumbing install a new shutoff valve at my water meter box, and they replaced two outside faucets with frost free style. While under the house, they noticed the bathroom and kitchen sink drains had been leaking for some time since the 60+ year old pipes had corroded. They recommended I contact Dry Pro to clean up the water and sink debris under the house. When Dry Pro finished, they coordinated with Benchmark to come back. Then Levi and his apprentice Ryan replaced the worn-out piping under the house. They were very efficient and explained everything before and during the work. I've dealt with a number of plumbers over the years and have never had the pleasure to work with someone like Levi and Ryan from Benchmark Plumbing. As I said, Levi carefully explained the work to be done, offering an option that would save time and money on the drain pipe repair. After these service visits from Benchmark Plumbing and getting to know Levi and Ryan, I feel like I had my plumbing repair done by a couple of old friends. I'm very glad I found Benchmark Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Levi with Benchmark Plumbing was fast and in action. I had a Water Heater go bad and with a family of 10, no one could shower. He was very professional and informative. He rushed out and completed the job beyond my expectations. Worked on my water lines and shut valve of on top and brought it back to code with straps and a Thermal expansion tank. Explained everything in terms i could understand and did everything in a timely matter. I am 100% happy and impressed by Benchmark Plumbing. I will never go anywhere else.

Hunter did a great job fixing our shower and toilet. He’s also very considerate and respectful to offer to take his shoes off and wear a cover for his shoes. He was fast, informative and he clean up after he gets done. He tried his best explaining the issues with our shower and toilet which I appreciate. He gave me discount for first time customers which was really nice. I would highly recommend and would call them again for sure if ever I’d need their service again.
