We were very very pleased with the work that was done by Shaun and trainee, Sam. They did an awesome job! Our kitchen drain was backed up, (first time in 30 years) they came to our rescue and had it fixed in no time. As an added bonus, Shaun offered to replace the water hose on our new toilet. We highly recommend American Rooter, very professional and very friendly. The office ladies were very helpful too in getting us scheduled on a late Friday afternoon, they were fantastic!!

American Rooter has long been the company we turn to for septic and drain maintenance at our properties in Corvallis. Brandon is excellent at identifying problems and coming up with solutions. They do a great job in cleaning out the drains as well. Highly recommend.

Kellen came the day after we called American Rooter. He quickly got rid of the blockage in our pipes that was causing our bathtub to back up and replaced a frozen trip lever. Thank you for the quick and efficient service. We would definitely use American Rooter again.

Bought my house four years ago knowing it had issues, and needed repairs. Plumbers spent time explaining options as well as giving me clear expectations going forward. We now have a clear drain, plumbing in the kitchen that drains well, and a garbage disposal. Which I was told wouldn’t be an option being on septic. Would recommend again.

Miles and Micah came out last week to help unclog my clients kitchen sink which really needed it! They did an amazing job and handled it well, they explained everything so well for my client and made sure he understood everything that was going on and made sure he had some time to think what was the best option. They got the job done in a timely manner even with the smell that came from clearing out the pipes. I give them a 20 outta 10 for the job they did. And would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for the great job and making my client happy!

These guys are awesome!!! Great company, highest possible recommendation!! Special shout out to Miles for his thorough assessment of my home and skilled craftsmanship resulting in a perfect installation, and to Erica for her prompt and competent customer care. I had a tankless on-demand gas water heater put in, and since my previous water heater was electric and in a different location, (and the layout of my house infrastructure is challenging), it required some complicated work. I was reluctant to pay for an in-home estimate at first, but it was well worth it, as Miles took time to evaluate the specifics of my home and worked with me to create quality proposals and the best and most cost-effective solutions for me. The scheduling was a breeze, without waiting, return emails immediate, office staff kind and responsive. And the work! Professional and exacting quality and attention to detail. I was so very pleased when they were here working…and even more so when I experienced the results, hot water forever, hooray! A few days after the install when I perceived a problem, (it was not their fault), they promptly responded to my emergent request after hours, and Miles stayed with me until the responsible party was onsite for a good hand off. I was relieved and grateful for this white-glove customer care as well. A+ experience all the way ‘round. I recommend Linn Benton Plumbing in the highest possible terms! I have them in my contacts now for any future plumbing needs. Thanks you guys!

I called early before they opened for business. Someone called promptly at 8am. They were at our house in less than 5 hours. Had to do a short follow-up after I got home from work. They used a camera and found some issues that hopefully the city will take care of. All in all we are satisfied with the service. We will definitely recommend Stutzman for plumbing issues. Thanks again from Danny and Darlene Calahan

These guys are amazing. From the very start they were professional, nice, and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions without making me feel stupid and anticipated some needs before I did. Getting bids and working with insurance was easy. When it came time to do the work they were efficient and highly-skilled.

Just had Chris out to fix my washing machine water shut off valves. Repair ended up being larger then I thought but he was prepared and completed it perfectly. He was amazing, professional, and efficient. I was at work so corresponding with him and my adult children via the phone was a breeze. He was more than willing to talk to me on the phone and the kids said he was great and super clean. I'm a very happy customer and will now be using them for all my plumbing needs.

Our water heater ruptured unexpectedly today (Saturday), so we called Tony at Einstein Pros here in Albany, and he responded immediately. He made it to our house in under 20 minutes, and in less than 15 minutes of arriving, he had our water back up and running. Tony was extremely professional and transparent about the services we’ll need moving forward. He clearly explained the issue, walked me through our options, and made sure I understood everything before moving ahead. There was no pressure, only honest and straightforward communication. He also promptly scheduled a follow-up appointment for the following week to get a new water heater installed. We truly appreciated the quick response time, efficiency, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Tony and Einstein Pros!

Tony was great! I woke up in the middle of the night with my toilet running and the water valve no longer working. I contacted Tony and he was able to fit me in that morning. He was very professional, detailed, and efficient. He also made time to look at another less urgent plumbing need and made the repair. Im very happy I went with Einstein Pros and would recommend to others!

Ken Dickason

We had what I considered "A Sewer Nightmare" until Patrick arrived and made things right. One flush and it appeared that the problem had corrected itself. A few more flushes and the problem returned. Patrick worked awhile and problem solved, or was it? A night of blissfully using the system lulled us into thinking that we had dodged a bullet. Rude reality appeared early the next morning with the problem returning in full force. A frantic call to Evenflo brought Patrick back out, now with the big machine. This time we felt that success had really been achieved. After running the camera on a wire down the pipe we could see that the fix was probably temporary. The camera revealed that our 50-year-old concrete pipe had suffered root infiltration. Next step, replace 10 feet of pipe with the new stuff and install a clean-out riser. Patrick quickly agreed to let me dig down to the pipe and prepare the area. He must have known somehow that I had hard-packed clay and gravel in my yard that I would have to contend with. Fortunately, I scheduled Patrick to come out a week later for the final push. I now have a new appreciation for what plumbers have to contend with after moving approximately 2 cubic yards of what seemed at times to be concrete to prepare the area. Patrick and Eugene showed up at the agreed upon time to finish the job. The city inspector showed up to approve the installation and let me know that I had hired good people for the job. Good to know. It wasn't long and the new pipe had been installed and lots of water was sent down the pipe to check for leaks, none detected. Real success this time. Patrick was great to work with, and he listened to and understood my concerns about the project and was willing to work with me. I'll never take flushing the toilet for granted. Bottom line, if I ever need a plumber again, I'll call Evenflo and ask for Patrick.

We have called on EvenFlo for different plumbing jobs several times and have always had a great experience. The scheduler/dispatcher Wendy is always very courteous and friendly, making sure to send a crew to our house immediately, even when not a plumbing emergency. Most recently, plumber Tim and an apprentice came out to replace a kitchen faucet and repair another bathroom faucet. Tim and the apprentice were on time, very professional, courteous, and respectful. They respected our home and cleaned the work areas once the jobs were completed. I could overhear Tim training his apprentice while they were working and was really impressed with his knowledge, patience and teaching skill. I will call EvenFlo for all my future plumbing needs.

Evenflo Plumbing was referred to me by a neighbor and I'm glad I gave them a call. Robin was able to squeeze me in same day after explaining my issue. Keygun was very nice and professional. He was very informative and answered any questions that I had. I was very pleased with the service I received. Also very affordable and was pleased with their price point compared to other quotes I had been given.

I would highly recommend North Point Plumbing. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in on Monday afternoon! (Non-emergency call) They were on time, very polite, and did excellent work at a reasonable price. I've got myself a new plumber! Will do many more projects with them in the future.

If you’re looking for fast, reliable, honest plumbing services, North Point is where you want to look. My water heater died, so we were without hot water. Other companies came out and gave me quotes that were sky high, preying on the fact that I had an urgent repair. Derrick charged me just a fraction of what the other companies were bidding and had my new water heater installed the next day. The job was done fast, clean, and professional. I will absolutely call North Point the next time I have a plumbing issue.

Mitchell was prompt, professional and thorough. I was referred by a friend who had a hot water heater replaced, and I was looking for a local pro on a same-day service - most of the plumbers I have used were scheduling out 10-15 days (even for existing customers) and so called NW Plumbing based upon my friends referral. Not only was Mitchell responsive but was able to move his schedule around to remove and replace my gas water heater that afternoon. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the new unit in (and some updates made) in less than an hour. He was meticulous in his prep and cleanup, and made sure things were fully functional before he left. Super nice, super professional, and reasonable prices!

Verify Availability Before You Call

Professional Drain Cleaning in Corvallis, Oregon

Corvallis homeowners know that between the constant Willamette Valley rainfall and the hustle of a busy college town, a clogged drain is the last thing you need. Whether you're living in a historic home near Oregon State University or a newer development on the edge of town, finding a plumber who is actually available today can be a frustrating game of phone tag.

Our service changes that. We don't just give you a list of names; we actively scan our network of certified Corvallis plumbers and filter them by your exact zip code. We then personally call them to confirm they have an opening for your specific drain emergency right now. This means you don't waste time calling businesses that are booked out for weeks—we do the legwork to ensure you get fast, reliable service in the heart of Benton County.

Common Drain Issues in Corvallis, Oregon

Root Intrusion from Old Growth Trees: Many Corvallis neighborhoods, especially near Central Park and the university, feature beautiful, mature trees. Their root systems are notorious for seeking out moisture in older sewer lines, causing persistent backups that require professional snaking or hydro-jetting.

Heavy Rainfall Silt and Debris: With Corvallis's significant annual rainfall, outdoor drains and basement floor drains often become overwhelmed with silt, moss, and organic debris washed down from gutters. This can lead to localized flooding if the drains aren't kept clear during the wet season.

Historic Plumbing Challenges: The charming older homes in the College Hill West Historic District often feature aging galvanized or cast-iron pipes. These materials are prone to internal corrosion and scale buildup, which traps hair and grease much faster than modern PVC.

High-Occupancy Rental Issues: In a bustling student hub like Corvallis, rental properties often face heavy-duty drain clogs caused by excess food waste, hair, and so-called 'flushable' wipes. These high-use systems require frequent professional maintenance to prevent major overflows and property damage.

Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Corvallis, Oregon

Fall Gutter and Yard Drain Clearing: Before the heavy Oregon rains begin in October, ensure your yard drains and downspout extensions are free of fallen leaves and pine needles to prevent foundation seepage.

Winter Pipe Protection: Corvallis can see freezing temperatures in January. Ensure your outdoor faucets are drained and insulated to prevent pressure backups that can cause indoor pipe bursts and drainage failures.

Spring Root Maintenance: As trees wake up in the spring, roots grow aggressively. If you have older pipes near the Willamette River, consider a preventative camera inspection to catch root intrusion before it causes a total blockage.

Summer Garbage Disposal Care: With the bounty of the local Corvallis Farmers' Market, summer often leads to more fibrous food waste in disposals. Avoid putting corn husks, celery, or artichoke leaves down the drain to prevent mid-summer kitchen clogs.

Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Corvallis, Oregon

$175-$450

Prices in Corvallis typically depend on the severity of the clog and the equipment required. A simple sink snake is more affordable, while hydro-jetting or main sewer line clearing involving root removal will be on the higher end.
