American Rooter Inc.
149 41st Ave SE Suite a, Albany, OR 97322, USA
(541) 926-1185We were very very pleased with the work that was done by Shaun and trainee, Sam. They did an awesome job! Our kitchen drain was backed up, (first time in 30 years) they came to our rescue and had it fixed in no time. As an added bonus, Shaun offered to replace the water hose on our new toilet. We highly recommend American Rooter, very professional and very friendly. The office ladies were very helpful too in getting us scheduled on a late Friday afternoon, they were fantastic!!
4 months agoAmerican Rooter has long been the company we turn to for septic and drain maintenance at our properties in Corvallis. Brandon is excellent at identifying problems and coming up with solutions. They do a great job in cleaning out the drains as well. Highly recommend.
6 months agoKellen came the day after we called American Rooter. He quickly got rid of the blockage in our pipes that was causing our bathtub to back up and replaced a frozen trip lever. Thank you for the quick and efficient service. We would definitely use American Rooter again.
7 months agoCanyon Drain llc
38940 SW 2nd Ave, Scio, OR 97374, USA
(503) 877-3070We’ve been using Canyon Drain for quite some time, and Justin is always our go-to for drain cleaning, especially in emergency situations. He’s reliable, quick to respond, and gets the job done right every time. Highly recommend Canyon Drain for anyone needing fast and professional service.
7 months agoCanyon Drain was fast, efficient and affordable. As a property manager, it’s important to have people you can trust for repairs and issues that may arise with tenants. I will definitely be using Canyon Drain again for any future issues with homes we manage.
6 months agoMy whole house was backed up just very suddenly I'm on septic. Called up someone and they said no they didn't do that sort of work. They told me I needed to call a router type setup and I told them I I didn't trust them especially if it turned out to be a problem other than just a plug. Called up Canyon drain and Justin was absolutely awesome he came out and cleared up the problem and and he even found a crack in the line which was causing the problem but some other contractors had done and not said anything about. I definitely give him 10 Stars if I could but they only go up to five LOL. If you need a plumber call Canyon drain!
5 months agoLinn Benton Plumbing
4505 Marion St SE Suite C, Albany, OR 97322, USA
(541) 406-7521Bought my house four years ago knowing it had issues, and needed repairs. Plumbers spent time explaining options as well as giving me clear expectations going forward. We now have a clear drain, plumbing in the kitchen that drains well, and a garbage disposal. Which I was told wouldn’t be an option being on septic. Would recommend again.
7 months agoMiles and Micah came out last week to help unclog my clients kitchen sink which really needed it! They did an amazing job and handled it well, they explained everything so well for my client and made sure he understood everything that was going on and made sure he had some time to think what was the best option. They got the job done in a timely manner even with the smell that came from clearing out the pipes. I give them a 20 outta 10 for the job they did. And would definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for the great job and making my client happy!
10 months agoThese guys are awesome!!! Great company, highest possible recommendation!! Special shout out to Miles for his thorough assessment of my home and skilled craftsmanship resulting in a perfect installation, and to Erica for her prompt and competent customer care. I had a tankless on-demand gas water heater put in, and since my previous water heater was electric and in a different location, (and the layout of my house infrastructure is challenging), it required some complicated work. I was reluctant to pay for an in-home estimate at first, but it was well worth it, as Miles took time to evaluate the specifics of my home and worked with me to create quality proposals and the best and most cost-effective solutions for me. The scheduling was a breeze, without waiting, return emails immediate, office staff kind and responsive. And the work! Professional and exacting quality and attention to detail. I was so very pleased when they were here working…and even more so when I experienced the results, hot water forever, hooray! A few days after the install when I perceived a problem, (it was not their fault), they promptly responded to my emergent request after hours, and Miles stayed with me until the responsible party was onsite for a good hand off. I was relieved and grateful for this white-glove customer care as well. A+ experience all the way ‘round. I recommend Linn Benton Plumbing in the highest possible terms! I have them in my contacts now for any future plumbing needs. Thanks you guys!
6 months agoStutzman Services
4185 Spicer Dr SE, Albany, OR 97322, USA
(541) 801-3383I called early before they opened for business. Someone called promptly at 8am. They were at our house in less than 5 hours. Had to do a short follow-up after I got home from work. They used a camera and found some issues that hopefully the city will take care of. All in all we are satisfied with the service. We will definitely recommend Stutzman for plumbing issues. Thanks again from Danny and Darlene Calahan
3 months agoJust had Chris out to fix my washing machine water shut off valves. Repair ended up being larger then I thought but he was prepared and completed it perfectly. He was amazing, professional, and efficient. I was at work so corresponding with him and my adult children via the phone was a breeze. He was more than willing to talk to me on the phone and the kids said he was great and super clean. I'm a very happy customer and will now be using them for all my plumbing needs.
4 months agoJake and Dakota at Stutzman Services did a full house repipe in two days. I had a newer addition with a bathroom and they were able to have that bathroom fully functioning at night. They went through a cupboard to access some pipes for lower impact on the house. Drop cloths were employed and they did focus on cleanliness. These guys are master plumbers.

3 months agoTony was great! I woke up in the middle of the night with my toilet running and the water valve no longer working. I contacted Tony and he was able to fit me in that morning. (541) 926-2727I had a leaking shower valve and I twisted the housing trying to remove the old cartridge. Jason was able to get my shower back in operation with better flow than before. Erik
9 months agoJason at Brass Plumbing went well above & beyond our expectations! He was professional, kind and courteous to us, our kids, dogs AND our home. 2 years agoEvenflo Plumbing LLC
106 S 11th St, Philomath, OR 97370, USA
(541) 230-7897We had what I considered "A Sewer Nightmare" until Patrick arrived and made things right. One flush and it appeared that the problem had corrected itself. A few more flushes and the problem returned. Patrick worked awhile and problem solved, or was it? A night of blissfully using the system lulled us into thinking that we had dodged a bullet. Rude reality appeared early the next morning with the problem returning in full force. A frantic call to Evenflo brought Patrick back out, now with the big machine. This time we felt that success had really been achieved. After running the camera on a wire down the pipe we could see that the fix was probably temporary. The camera revealed that our 50-year-old concrete pipe had suffered root infiltration. Next step, replace 10 feet of pipe with the new stuff and install a clean-out riser. Patrick quickly agreed to let me dig down to the pipe and prepare the area. He must have known somehow that I had hard-packed clay and gravel in my yard that I would have to contend with. Fortunately, I scheduled Patrick to come out a week later for the final push. I now have a new appreciation for what plumbers have to contend with after moving approximately 2 cubic yards of what seemed at times to be concrete to prepare the area. Patrick and Eugene showed up at the agreed upon time to finish the job. The city inspector showed up to approve the installation and let me know that I had hired good people for the job. Good to know. It wasn't long and the new pipe had been installed and lots of water was sent down the pipe to check for leaks, none detected. Real success this time. Patrick was great to work with, and he listened to and understood my concerns about the project and was willing to work with me. I'll never take flushing the toilet for granted. Bottom line, if I ever need a plumber again, I'll call Evenflo and ask for Patrick.
6 months agoWe have called on EvenFlo for different plumbing jobs several times and have always had a great experience. The scheduler/dispatcher Wendy is always very courteous and friendly, making sure to send a crew to our house immediately, even when not a plumbing emergency. Most recently, plumber Tim and an apprentice came out to replace a kitchen faucet and repair another bathroom faucet. Tim and the apprentice were on time, very professional, courteous, and respectful. They respected our home and cleaned the work areas once the jobs were completed. I could overhear Tim training his apprentice while they were working and was really impressed with his knowledge, patience and teaching skill. I will call EvenFlo for all my future plumbing needs.
4 months agoEvenflo Plumbing was referred to me by a neighbor and I'm glad I gave them a call. Robin was able to squeeze me in same day after explaining my issue. Keygun was very nice and professional. He was very informative and answered any questions that I had. I was very pleased with the service I received. Also very affordable and was pleased with their price point compared to other quotes I had been given.
6 months agoNorth Point Plumbing, LLC
3056 NW Oak Grove Dr, Albany, OR 97321, USA
(541) 974-7935North Point Plumbing was super helpful. I was in a jam and they got the job done quickly. Great customer care, I highly recommend them.
6 months agoI would highly recommend North Point Plumbing. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to fit me in on Monday afternoon! (Non-emergency call) They were on time, very polite, and did excellent work at a reasonable price. I've got myself a new plumber! Will do many more projects with them in the future.
1 year agoIf you’re looking for fast, reliable, honest plumbing services, North Point is where you want to look. My water heater died, so we were without hot water. Other companies came out and gave me quotes that were sky high, preying on the fact that I had an urgent repair. Derrick charged me just a fraction of what the other companies were bidding and had my new water heater installed the next day. The job was done fast, clean, and professional. I will absolutely call North Point the next time I have a plumbing issue.
2 years agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Albany, Oregon
Albany, nestled in the heart of the Willamette Valley, is a city defined by its rich history and beautiful riverside landscapes. Whether you are living in a meticulously restored Victorian in the Monteith District or a modern family home in North Albany, a clogged drain can bring your daily routine to a screeching halt. The challenge for many residents isn't just finding a plumber, but finding one who is actually available when you need them most.
Our service revolutionizes how Albany homeowners handle plumbing emergencies. We don't just provide a directory; we actively scan our network of certified local professionals, filtering specifically for your zip code. We then take the extra step of calling these plumbers to verify their 24-hour availability before you even pick up the phone. This ensures that when we connect you, you are speaking to an expert who is ready to head to your Albany property immediately.
Common Drain Issues in Albany, Oregon
Historic Home Pipe Degradation: Many of Albany's historic districts feature original plumbing systems with clay or cast-iron pipes. Over time, these materials can scale or collapse, leading to persistent slow drains and recurring backups that require professional intervention.
Willamette Valley Root Intrusion: With Albany's lush vegetation and proximity to the Willamette and Calapooia rivers, thirsty tree roots are a major culprit for sewer line blockages. These roots find their way into tiny cracks in your pipes, growing into massive obstructions that standard DIY snakes simply cannot clear.
Heavy Rain and Silt Runoff: During Oregon's notoriously wet winters, heavy rainfall can wash silt and debris into exterior drains and basement floor drains. If these lines aren't maintained, Albany residents often face localized flooding during the peak of the rainy season.
Kitchen Grease and Mineral Buildup: Albany’s water, while generally soft, can still contribute to mineral buildup in older pipes. When combined with kitchen fats and oils, this creates a 'fatberg' effect that narrows the diameter of your pipes until a total blockage occurs.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Albany, Oregon
Fall Leaf Clearing: Before the heavy Willamette Valley rains begin in late October, ensure all outdoor area drains and gutter downspouts are clear of leaves to prevent foundation water damage.
Winter Freeze Protection: While Albany's climate is temperate, occasional cold snaps can cause pipes in uninsulated crawl spaces to contract and crack. Check your pipes for small leaks that can lead to major clogs later.
Spring Root Maintenance: As trees around Albany enter their peak growth season, consider a preventative hydro-jetting service to blast away small root tendrils before they take hold in your sewer line.
Summer Event Prep: With Albany's summer festivals and outdoor gatherings, your plumbing handles extra stress. Remind guests that 'flushable' wipes are not truly flushable and are a leading cause of summer sewer backups.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Albany, Oregon
Pricing in Albany typically ranges based on the severity of the clog. A standard sink or toilet auger service is on the lower end, while high-pressure hydro-jetting or main line clearing with camera inspection falls on the higher end.
