Mr Rooter's response to my requests are handled within a day. Their plumbers are well trained, efficient & clearly explain procedures for products. My recent request was not urgent, & I was surprised how quickly my water heater & circulating pump were installed!

I scheduled Mr Rooter of Central Oregon for a garbage disposal replacement. I had an appt. But no estimate. I cleaned everything from below my sink. The service rep came in, looked at my needs and went to get his equipment. On the way to the kitchen he causally stated oh this will be $550.00. I stated that seemed expensive. He goes "do you want this done or what. I'm just the service provider" no other discussion. He went to his truck brought in a disposal he had in his truck. It took him less than 45 minutes. That's the break down. A provided disposal which I'm sure they bought in bulk for $50 or less. That's $500.00 per hour! I paid as it was all done. I contacted the owner and explained I was on a fixed income and felt the cost was ridiculous! He said OK. No other response. The new disposal makes noises I've never heard and does not sound like it will last very long. I deeply regret using Mr Rooter. They were recommend on Next Door. Way too expensive.

I'm a first time home owner and found this company via my original home warranty. I kept calling them after my warranty expired and I continue to use them when anything comes up. I have certainly tried to do minor "plumbing" myself, but I feel so much better just calling them. They have helped with a pretty serious clog in the drain at this house due to it being unoccupied for several months prior to me moving in. As well as they repaired a pretty serious leak in my crawlspace that was discovered when I had the crawlspace dug out. It was great find because the previous plumbing was underneath a large concreate slab outside the house and they re routed the lines to be located in the crawlspace allowing for easier accessed in the future. My house is quite old! I've also had them add a water line to my refrigerator for the ice machine. I plan to use them in the future for any issue or home improvement projects that arise.

Einstein Pros installed our mini splits and we are thrilled with them. Quiet as can be and super easy to use. They answer their phones immediately and any questions are quickly answered. I’ve always seen their vans around town. Now I know why. They’ve very good at what they do.

Firkus Plumbing for my septic to sewer change and decommission of my septic tank was an outstanding business to hire. They worked as fast as they possibly could to do a job like mine. Casey and Gage the 2 young men who were under my house were real troopers, who worked in that very confined space to hook every thing underneath the house which was complicated buy a bathroom addition. In November, I was belatedly advised by the City of Bend that I had a long duration leak. After frantically searching my entire home, property, and adjoining properties, thankfully I did not find any evidence of leaked water. Based on the strong referral of several friends, I contacted Firkus Plumbing. Jonathan promptly came to our home and determined that the leak was likely in our service line. While still onsite, he contacted American Leak Detection and scheduled a survey that confirmed the exact location of the leak in the service line. Thereafter, Firkus mobilized their equipment, excavated to expose the leak and repaired it. We were fortunate that the large volume of water leaked apparently went straight down deep and into the ground at the source, which is what Jonathan surmised on his original site visit. At Jonathan’s strong recommendation, I had him install a Flo by Moen in line home leak detection apparatus, which continuously monitors our home for leaks and will automatically shut the water off if it detects one. I would highly recommend Firkus Plumbing and gladly give them a 5-star rating for their expertise, promptness, courtesy, and follow-up!

Can’t say enough good things about Deschutes Plumbing. Our sewer pump went out on a Thursday night, and I called first thing Friday morning. They had someone at our place within the hour to assess the situation, got our reservoir pumped using their resources, and had a solid plan in place before 9 a.m. Their communication was outstanding the whole way—clear updates, quick responses, and you always knew exactly what was happening next. Even their technology/processes made everything feel smooth and organized from start to finish. They also immediately called around to find a replacement pump locally—none were available in town (not their fault)—so they had one overnighted and ready to install Monday morning. On Monday, they coordinated everything flawlessly with Abe’s Septic to get the reservoir re-pumped, then had a tech on site shortly after to swap the old pump for the new one in just a few hours. Their resources—and the partners they work with in town—are top-notch. Not to mention this was all right before Christmas. Fast, professional, and genuinely impressive service. I compared prices for hot water heaters at several different stores/vendors. The one I got from Deschutes Plumbing was supposed to be the best at a price marginally above the lowest value heater. Also, their plumber who installed the heater in my garage during subfreezing weather arrived promptly, did the work in half the time expected, picked up everything, and was very nice.

I called Severson to find and fix a pipe leak which was behind my wall, and leaking from the kitchen drain upstairs to the bedroom downstairs - it was a tricky one to find for sure. Brian Segalla was the plumber who found my leak and fixed the issue for good. I was impressed with Brian’s service level and quality of work. He traced the leak quickly to the upstairs kitchen and carefully cut a small access hole to the cracked pipe from behind the drawers of my custom cabinets. Nobody wants to have to cut through custom cabinets to fix a leak, but Brian’s precision work remedied this issue quickly and discretely - I appreciate that very much! Moreover, Brian sent detailed photos and video to highlight the issue and the fix, which I appreciated as a remote owner. I’d call Severson first in the future, and in fact I have used them to fix plumbing issues at another house across town. Great work, Brian, Thank you!

Great people. I had my vents cleaned with their awesome equipment. They showed before and after pics and were very clean inside the house. They tested my equipment before they left to make sure everything was working properly and were able to diagnosis and fix issues that was causing excessive heating bills. Would definitely recommend!

I was referred to Renew Plumbing by a family member who spoke very highly of them. I do not write gushing reviews often, but when I do, it’s for businesses that DESERVE PRAISE & GRATITUDE. I called in the morning and was lucky enough to get same-day service for what I thought was a broken garbage disposal — the disposal was fine, but some pipes under my sink were not installed correctly and were literally coming apart. The plumber informed me and quickly worked to replace and repair the pipes. He also took the time and effort to tack my dishwasher hose in the proper place for function, tighten my faucet and its handle (which was loose), as well as secured my freezer door handle properly back to my fridge. Renew Plumbing will have me and my family as customers for life. The plumber (who also happened to be the owner) is the kindest and most respectful human… He loves what he does, is extremely experienced, and does a 12/10 job, going above and beyond to make the customer happy. Oregon Heating and Plumbing were amazing all around in our purchase of a mini split heat pump! Elia come out and gave us an estimate and explained the options. He took his time and explained the 3 options. Cody Pierson installed the system today and took time to explain the units and how to operate the remote as well as how to clean the filter We were amazed at how fast the whole process was from our first call to installation. Less than a week and it could have been quicker. And there were no hidden fees.

Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical has exceeded my expectations!!! As part of my membership, Spencer did the annual inspection on my A/C and heating systems this week. He had replaced the blower motor in it last year, giving me the confidence in this company. This year he found more wear on my 23 year old units so I asked him to have a representative contact me. Yesterday DJ Wilson arrived and spent considerable time and care to evaluate what would be needed. I decided to replace both heating and air conditioning now rather than wait for them to break. The bid was under what I had estimated so we scheduled the work which was completed today. DJ set me at ease and significantly increased my confidence in his company. Technicians Fred and Jordon were masterful in everything they did to custom fit the new appliances into my home. My first experience with Sunset Plumbing was 100% positive. They sent Bryce less than 24 h after my request. He had a totally acceptable replacement for my kitchen faucet in his truck, saving me hours or days of shopping. He finished the installation in an hour, left everything clean and functional. Cost was an $80 service call plus the price of the new Moen faucet. Very reasonable. Thank you!

"We" ordered a new kitchen faucet and didn't want to hassle with installing it ourselves. I called Sunset Plumbing and was able to get an appointment the next day. The plumber arrived in a nice, fully stocked, van and was early in the appointment window, which is appreciated. He has been a Journeyman Plumber for a year, after going through four years of trade school and completing his apprenticeship with Sunset Plumbing. I had sticker shock at the cost of installing a kitchen faucet. It seems like a very small job for the price. However, I didn't have to install it myself. So there's that. He was here less than an hour. He did add a coupon in to lower the price by $50. He was very friendly, my dog liked him and he liked my dog :-) and he did the work quickly and professionally. The four stars just reflects the cost, everything else was top notch service and work.

I had an exterior hose bib that needed replaced. They showed up on time and had the job completed quite quickly. This is the second Job I’ve had them do and I will definitely call them back for the next one.
