Clog Pro Plumbing & Drain
833 SE Main St Mailbox 210, Portland, OR 97214, USA
(503) 479-8168We had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried to unclog it but it turned out it was more than I could fix. We had someone out the next day after I called around 4pm. The person who came was polite and used a very long pipe snake to get to and fix the clog. The whole job was done professionally. I would have no hesitation in having any other plumbing work done by the operator who fixed our drain. The appointment was set up quickly and I was given a time for someone to show up. I was called about 20 minutes before the plumber arrived to let me know when he was coming. I was very satisfied with the work and process.
2 months agoGabe and partner were both super friendly and fixed the leak in less than an hour! I have used ClogPro in the past and I've been very happy with them. I highly recommend Gabe and ClogPro! 👍
2 months agoCalvin was great! He was warm and friendly and very professional. He got the job done quickly and he and his company were willing to work with my schedule. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Clog Pro Plumbing and Drain!
6 months agoPerfect Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning
1011 SE Oak St, Portland, OR 97214, USA
(503) 964-4000We used Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning for a small repair at our rental home and had a great experience. Mike and Joey were fantastic. They responded within about an hour of our call and had the issue fully fixed the same day. What really stood out was their professionalism and responsiveness. When something goes wrong, timing matters, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. I honestly expected to pay more for such fast service. It’s refreshing to find a company that shows up when they say they will, does quality work, and charges fairly. I highly recommend Perfect Service Plumbing and Drain Cleaning.
2 months agoMike is hands down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with. Not only is he incredibly skilled and reliable, but he’s also just a great person. He recently helped with a full re-pipe and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s installing a new water heater, fixing a drain clog, or handling a major plumbing issue, Mike always gets the job done right. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his work. If you need a top-notch plumber, I highly recommend Perfect Service!
1 year agoMike was very personable and approached my repipe project with professionalism. He pointed out all the areas of my home that would be affected; I think we only missed one which was in the garage. He did two walk-throughs and really helped me understand what needed to be relocated so his crew would have ample room to work. Unfortunately, and this is hard to even write since I imagined a much different outcome, quite a few parts of this project are still incomplete as of today and it has been 4 weeks. Mike promised a final walk through and so far he has not reached out. I also feel the crew didn't leave my home as they found it. Quite a bit of debris was leftover (inside and out) and they even drilled a new hole in my bathroom floor when the route should've been through the wall, which was confirmed during the walk-through. And yes, I know changes can come about but no one ever came to me to discuss. They just took the path of least resistance. Most of the incomplete work I ran across initially I put into a document for Mike to review. He thanked me for that and promised the tasks would be taken care of. Several were not -- which included easy stuff like making sure the new fixtures were properly caulked and also secure within the walls. One amazing thing his tech Joey did was completely install my new dishwasher. My home was subject to water damage last September and I've been doing dishes in my bathroom because I only have half a kitchen. This was a wonderful surprise.
2 months agoPlumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists
9350 SW Tigard St, Portland, OR 97223, USA
(971) 213-8851We hired Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists to do two projects for us and are very pleased with the outcome of both. They cleaned out a blockage under our sink (see pictures) as well as installed an exterior clean-out for our mid-century house. Everyone was professional, efficient, and took care to not damage our property. Their pricing was also very competitive. A call out of thanks to Kamryn, Dylan, Marcus, Adam and Tony E for a job well done!
5 months agoWe hired plumbing and sewer renewal specialists to relocate our house shutoff valve inside the garage and replace the water heater. They were the low bidders on this job of 4 that I received. They relocated the valve to a more convenient location inside the garage and explained the operation of the required pressure regulator valve. When they replaced the water heater, they selected a slimmer model to fit in the space. Other bids were charging more to move and disconnect other ducting. They also cleaned up the gas vent and gas line connects so they are now compliant. Excellent job overall.
4 months agoPlumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists were great! Tristan and Jesus did a tremendous job repiping the entirety of my new home. Both were friendly, easy to talk to, and hardworking. They did a great job keeping me up to date with the progress of the 3-day job, and my wife and I felt truly taken care of. This place rules and we’ll definitely use them again!
5 months agoClog Pro Plumbing & Drain
12511 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98682, USA
(360) 369-3748Clog Pro provided excellent service and we can't thank them enough for their work. They were informative about what needed to be done and got right to it. The house is older and had several issues along the way but they tackled them like true Pros. Thank you!
4 months agoJesse and his team at Clog Pro went above and beyond to assist us with a backed up sewer line. Within an hour, a Clog Pro tech came out to diagnose the issue and clear out our sewer backup, while also cleaning up the sewage water that backed into our basement. He scheduled us for a sewer scope the very next morning. Jesse came out to take a look at the line and even called the City of Portland on our behalf to get them to inspect the scope video the same day. Jesse and technician Josh were able to clear out the rootball that had worked its way into the line and the line is up and flowing again. If you find yourself needing help with your clogged issues, I highly recommend Jesse, Josh, and the team at Clog Pro Plumbing & Drain. Their professionalism, knowledge, and care for your home is unmatched.
7 months agoI hired Clog Pro to connect my house to city sewer. My home in Vancouver was built in the 1950s and had a septic system rather than being hooked up to the sewer. My understanding is that if the septic tank or drainfield ever needed replacement, the city would require I hook up to the city sewer. I decided to have that done now rather than having to do it in an emergency in the future, or having a future owner of the house deal with it when they wouldn't know what obstacles there are in the ground to have to work around than I do. I used Yelp reviews to pick two contractors to get cost estimates from. One was located in the Portland suburbs and one in Clark County. The cost was expensive but I expected that because the hookup needed to be a pumped system that goes around the yard and up the driveway, not a simple gravity connect from house to street. One contractor indicated I should initiate a hook up permit to the city so I went there. One of the tasks of the job was right-of-way work in the street to hookup to the sewer that runs along the middle of the street. The city gave me a list of contractors who are on their approved list who have done that work with the city before. I looked through the list and didn't find either of the contractors that I had picked so far, but found one that looked like a possible third option- Clog Pro. I didn't look into Clog Pro prior to that because I figured from their name that they specialize in unclogging drains and pipes rather than other plumbing work. But their web site listed sewer connections as one of the things they do. So they came and looked over the project and gave an estimate. Discussing the job with the Clog Pro supervisor (Jesse), his understanding of the job impressed me the most, although the other two companies probably would have done a good job also. Also, Clog Pro's price was lower than the other two. I hired Clog Pro. I had always dreaded going ahead with this project because of the things that could go wrong. For example, the sewer pipe had to go close to some wires in the ground that control valves for my irrigation system, and I was worried they might be damaged. But the project went incredibly smoothly, no problems. From when I first got the estimate it was only about two weeks until the job was completed. I would never have thought that this job would go so smoothly. I am extremely impressed with the job they did, as well as how reasonable their charges were.

3 months agoFirst time using Pacific Plumbing. Front office got us scheduled quickly. Greg did a great job clearing a kitchen clog. He explained what he was doing, took time to clean up and didn’t overcharge me. We will call them again when we need a plumber. 👨🔧

He arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem, explaining everything clearly. Within 45 minutes, my shower was running smoothly again, and he even gave me some useful maintenance tips to prevent future issues. 1 week agoAlchemy Plumbing & Drain Cleaning
6615 SW McEwan Rd, Lake Oswego, OR 97035, USA
(971) 417-2081The two technicians were Brody Diaz De Leon and the other gentleman, whose name I did not catch. The repair involved replacing a 4-inch building drain that had already been agreed upon. They cut out and removed the 4-inch-long ABS 90. Once removed, they installed a new glue coupling a new 4-inch long-term ABS 90. The technicians from Alchemy are always polite and always efficient. In the last few months, we had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that was fixed, and then the main waterline in the crawlspace of our house was also fixed. When they came to do that second repair, they pointed out that the 4-inch building drain needed to be repaired. So that’s what they repaired today. I hope I don’t see them for a while, not because of their work. Their work is fantastic, but because I hope we don’t have any more leaks in the near future in our home, the next time I do need some plumbing work done, I always know who to call, and that’s Alchemy Plumbing. I included a few photos for reference. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work; they are reliable, honest, and thorough every time.
6 months agoWow this company is amazing. My husband worked with a guy named Sean who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We just bought our house and had a propane tankless water heater that wasn’t installed properly and the thing was having mini explosions…. Like idiots we still waited to get a better quote etc because it was not cheap. Finally we decided to bite the bullet and we got them out here to install a new tankless heater with the propane conversion. The two guys the sent were so lovely, Josh and Spencer were absolutely kind, respectful, knowledgeable, provided details and happily answered questions. They were thorough and clean. The equipment was properly installed and set up nicely with great attention to detail. Honestly I cant come up with a single area for any improvement. Maybe cost? But honestly that’s what you pay for and these things aren’t cheap. I’m glad we went with this company and will be returning.
4 months agoJohn was on time, thorough in his work, and did a great job. I have pvcp piping and hate any job where I have to mess with it. After a nightmare event with a washer repair man that ended in months of repair work from the pipes he broke, it was worth every penny to have Alchemy complete the new task. The piece of mind knowing I had a licensed plumber on the job was priceless. Alchemy communication was prompt and continued throughout the entire process, from scheduling to completion. I would highly recommend them and will use them again with confidence. Thanks, John! Nice work.

7713 SW Cirrus Dr, Beaverton, OR 97008, USA
(971) 459-0257Rhiley was super helpful! He took care of a leaking faucet for me and did a great job explaining the process before getting started. He took the time to look at the pipes around my water heater and give me helpful information without coming across as pushy or like he was trying to sell me extra services. He also noticed something that was not sealed properly while walking through my garage and took care of it for me at no extra cost! All in all, no one enjoys paying for plumbing services but with Alchemy I truly felt that they had my best interest in mind. I would use them again!
2 months agoCalled Alchemy for a crawl space water leak. Xavier set up the appointment and followed up with reminders and advance notice of arrival. Dylan came to do the work. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Work was performed well along with a more detailed overall house plumbing evaluation. We were very happy with the quality and professionalism of the Alchemy team.
2 months agoGreat service and offered the most affordable option. Clean, polite, and fast!

2180 NE Clarendon St, Hillsboro, OR 97124, USA
(808) 766-4207We had an emergency plumbing issue and Dylan, the owner, came out the same day to assess the situation. He was professional, timely, and took the time to clearly explain what needed to be done. Dylan then made room in his schedule to return the very next day to complete all the repairs so we could get our water running again as quickly as possible. The work was done efficiently, the pricing was very fair, and everything was handled with care. We really appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism and would absolutely recommend this company.
4 months agoWe had 2 toilets with slow leaks and one decided to spring a faster leak. I called Kamakoa Plumbing based on their reviews on multiple sites, and Dylan was great. He was able to get us an appointment quickly, and the service was great. We needed quite a bit of work and the replacement of a cracked toilet, but it was done well, quickly, and we now have 2 fully functioning toilets again. I will definitely use them again.
4 months agoGreat company to deal with. Came out and did my estimate and repair in one day. Great person to talk too. Workmanship looks to be great and all items look better than what was replaced. Feel good knowing this pipe won’t burst while we are not at home. Repaired items was pressure valves for fire sprinklers system in home. Give him a shot and help local business out. Will call them first for any future repair needs.
2 months agobluefrog Plumbing and Drain of Portland
3822 SE Franklin St, Portland, OR 97202, USA
(503) 389-8259I recently had Bluefrog replace my electric water heater, and what started as a routine installation turned into a complicated situation when we discovered my condo’s radiant floor heating system required a different electrical configuration than expected. From the very beginning the experience was smooth and reassuring. Morgan handled scheduling and communication beautifully, including reminder texts with a photo of the technician so I knew exactly who to expect. That attention to detail set the tone for the whole interaction and reflects the care this woman-owned business puts into its work. Shae, the technician leading the job, handled the unexpected complication exceptionally well. Instead of rushing forward or guessing, he paused the installation and worked to make sure the system would be installed correctly and according to manufacturer specifications. He coordinated with Bradford White technical support and brought in an electrician the next day so everyone could hear the same information and agree on the proper solution. What impressed me most was Shae’s ability to calmly manage multiple competing interests — the manufacturer’s requirements, electrical code, the company owner’s perspective, and my concerns as the homeowner — and build consensus around the right solution. That kind of professionalism is rare and incredibly valuable. When it became clear that an electrical upgrade was needed, Bluefrog even shared part of that cost, which I felt was a very fair and thoughtful approach. Shae is clearly someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, not just the fastest way. From the office coordination to the technical work in the field, the entire Bluefrog team delivered a thoughtful and professional experience. I’m very grateful for the care they brought to the job and would absolutely recommend Bluefrog to others for plumbing work in Portland.
2 months agoIan arrived on time to evaluate my non-functioning tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and gave excellent advice. Since my tankless heater was very old, it was decided to replace it. The price was very fair and he replaced it within a few hours. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company to anyone requiring plumbing services
2 months agoDaniel and Shae helped me with my sewage ejector pump which has been as fun as it sounds. My home is older and I've had issues with it. I've gotten a lot of varying responses from plumbers over the years dealing with it. I've had companies who told me they'd charge large fees just to open it to diagnose the problem. In this case, I was lucky and it was a simple fix. They gave me two estimates (one for the simple fix) and one for the "you need to replace this entire thing." The replacement estimate was in-line with others I had been given (minus the large fee for just diagnosing the problem in some cases) and the other (if something was blocking the flow) was a sensible quote. Both quotes were also in-line with what I expected the problem to be. They were done in what seemed to be 30 minutes and left the area clean. They told me if it ever needed to be replaced, they'd use much nicer parts than what I currently had for a price that was comparable to other companies. When I asked if there was a difference, since I had wondered especially about how float qualities could differ, Shae gave me a knowledgeable answer. Their expertise, emphasis on quality, longevity of working parts, and this company's fair pricing was appreciated.
3 months agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Beaverton, Oregon
In the heart of the Tualatin Valley, Beaverton residents are no strangers to the demands that Pacific Northwest weather puts on residential plumbing. From the historic homes in Central Beaverton to the newer builds near Cooper Mountain, a sudden drain backup can disrupt your entire day. Our service is designed to eliminate the stress of finding a reliable technician by doing the heavy lifting for you. We maintain a network of 15 certified plumbers throughout the Beaverton area, ensuring that no matter where you are located, help is nearby.
What sets us apart is our proactive verification process. Instead of providing a generic list of names, we filter our network by your specific Beaverton zip code and personally call the plumbers to verify they are available for 24-hour service. We confirm they have the right equipment to handle your specific issue—whether it's a simple sink clog or a complex sewer line backup—before we ever connect you. This ensures that when you pick up the phone, you are speaking to a professional who is ready to head to your door immediately.
Common Drain Issues in Beaverton, Oregon
The abundance of Douglas Firs and Maples in Beaverton’s established neighborhoods like Vose and Highland leads to frequent root intrusion. These roots seek out moisture in your sewer lines, causing stubborn blockages that require professional hydro-jetting to clear.
With Beaverton’s high annual rainfall, exterior area drains and driveway grates often become overwhelmed with organic debris and silt. When these drains clog, it can lead to localized flooding around your foundation or in your garage during a typical Oregon downpour.
Many older homes in the West Slope and Central Beaverton areas still utilize original cast iron or orangeburg piping. Over decades, these pipes develop internal scale and corrosion that snag debris, leading to recurring slow drains that DIY chemical cleaners simply cannot fix.
Hard water minerals common in the Tualatin Valley water supply can contribute to 'rock' formations inside your pipes when combined with soap scum. This buildup narrows the diameter of your drains over time, leading to frequent backups in showers and laundry lines.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Beaverton, Oregon
Before the heavy autumn rains arrive in Beaverton, clear all fallen leaves and needles from your outdoor area drains and gutter downspouts to prevent basement seepage.
During our occasional Willamette Valley silver thaws or deep freezes, ensure your outdoor hose bibs are disconnected and insulated to prevent pressure backups that can crack interior drain joints.
Late spring is the best time for a camera inspection if you have large trees on your property. Beaverton’s soil is most active during this time, and catching root intrusion early can save you from a full sewer line replacement.
Summer BBQ season in Beaverton often leads to kitchen clogs. Avoid putting fibrous vegetables like corn husks or celery, as well as fats and oils, down your garbage disposal to keep your kitchen lines running smoothly.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Beaverton, Oregon
Basic drain snaking for sinks or toilets in Beaverton typically starts around $175. More intensive services like hydro-jetting or main sewer line clearing involving camera inspections range from $400 to $650+, depending on accessibility and the severity of the blockage.
