Expert Drain Cleaning in Redmond, OR

I'm a first time home owner and found this company via my original home warranty. I kept calling them after my warranty expired and I continue to use them when anything comes up. I have certainly tried to do minor "plumbing" myself, but I feel so much better just calling them. They have helped with a pretty serious clog in the drain at this house due to it being unoccupied for several months prior to me moving in. As well as they repaired a pretty serious leak in my crawlspace that was discovered when I had the crawlspace dug out. It was great find because the previous plumbing was underneath a large concreate slab outside the house and they re routed the lines to be located in the crawlspace allowing for easier accessed in the future. My house is quite old! I've also had them add a water line to my refrigerator for the ice machine. I plan to use them in the future for any issue or home improvement projects that arise.

Einstein Pros installed our mini splits and we are thrilled with them. Quiet as can be and super easy to use. They answer their phones immediately and any questions are quickly answered. I’ve always seen their vans around town. Now I know why. They’ve very good at what they do.

My wife and I had our water heater go out, Einstein Pros Plumbing Heating Cooling, responded quickly, Daniel came out, was early to appointment, respectful of our time and gave us an excellent estimate, THEY PRICE MATCH with competetors. Daniel installed our new water heater the same day taking less time than was estimated for the job, even disposed of our old water heater!! Excellent company, I am extremely happy we went to them for our needs. Will definitely use them for any plumbing needs again in the future!!!

I found J&S Drain Services through my neighborhood Facebook group when looking for a septic pump out service. They were extremely communicative and got back to me within hours of my first email. They kept me updated on timelines and were overall great to work with. Efficient, fair, and friendly. I'll make sure to use them again in the future.

Firkus Plumbing for my septic to sewer change and decommission of my septic tank was an outstanding business to hire. They worked as fast as they possibly could to do a job like mine. Casey and Gage the 2 young men who were under my house were real troopers, who worked in that very confined space to hook every thing underneath the house which was complicated buy a bathroom addition. Jason Firkus Gave me a "Cheat" sheet that made it easy to know exactly what permits I had to get. a great company and crew to work with

When you have an irrigation leak that has flooded your crawl space, you're not exactly thriving. Firkus Plumbing was recommended by another Plumbing company who was too busy. I called. They scheduled me for the next day. They found the broken pipe. Fixed it. Explained that whomever landscaped the home was at fault. They were kind and patient, explaining everything in detail. They did the whole job in an hour. I just got the bill and was surprised that it wasn't higher. Firkus Plumbing is a great value and I highly recommend them. If only I had known to call them and check the irrigation before this happened. Let this be a warning to all who read this. Landscapers are not licensed Plumbers. They do not have to build to code.

Mr Rooter's response to my requests are handled within a day. Their plumbers are well trained, efficient & clearly explain procedures for products. My recent request was not urgent, & I was surprised how quickly my water heater & circulating pump were installed!

I scheduled Mr Rooter of Central Oregon for a garbage disposal replacement. I had an appt. But no estimate. I cleaned everything from below my sink. The service rep came in, looked at my needs and went to get his equipment. On the way to the kitchen he causally stated oh this will be $550.00. I stated that seemed expensive. He goes "do you want this done or what. I'm just the service provider" no other discussion. He went to his truck brought in a disposal he had in his truck. It took him less than 45 minutes. That's the break down. A provided disposal which I'm sure they bought in bulk for $50 or less. That's $500.00 per hour! I paid as it was all done. I contacted the owner and explained I was on a fixed income and felt the cost was ridiculous! He said OK. No other response. The new disposal makes noises I've never heard and does not sound like it will last very long. I deeply regret using Mr Rooter. They were recommend on Next Door. Way too expensive.

The receptionist was so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Someone staying at our rental flushed the toilet paper holder down the toilet and we needed it fixed the same day before our next guest arrived. They were able to come out 2 hrs after I called and Jason the man who did the fix was also amazing. He even offered to go to Ace to grab a replacement toilet paper holder so that my next guests had one. Cannot say enough nice things about them. They will be my go to plumber for any future issues!

We moved into a new (to us ) house , back in April 2025 - knowing our HVAC was 25 years old - so we knew at some stage it was going to need replacing . It broke down a few days ago so we got some companies in to give us prices for a complete new system . We called in Central Oregon Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical because we loved the great Google reviews they were getting and we see their company trucks around Bend all the time . Their project manager - Alex Pickles - came to give us a quote which we thought was fair and then he said the make they used was “ Carrier” . Well, he had me at that word because we have used Carrier before and rate it really highly. So we accepted their quote and 2 days later in comes two of the most professional and polite installers - Jesse and Harley - to change out our old system for a new “ Carrier” one . They worked so consistently well together and knew exactly what each other were doing from beginning to end . We are now the proud owners of a fantastic new heating and cooling system that looks neat and tidy . Many thanks to Alex , Jesse and Harley for their professionalism and for being such great guys to work with . I intend to let my neighbours and friends know about this company and who to contact when their system needs replacing . I would give this company 10/10 . PS. So - we had a little problem with our new system . I called up and they sent out a wonderful technician named Buddy within 24 hours to look at it for us . Without hesitation. He talked to his manager and came back the very next day with the part and another guy to help him named Austin . Both these young men were super polite and treated us and our home with respect . They did great work and got the problem sorted out for us very quickly and professionally . Thank you for your help with everything guys . I would 100% recommend this company for their service and promptness in dealing with our problem .

I’m giving Richard 5 stars—he was knowledgeable, prepared, and did a great job fixing my heat pump. However, my experience with the system itself and the initial installation has been very disappointing. ​Every time I go to change the filter, my drywall crumbles and the door has sharp edges and was poorly fitted. I was promised an easy-access setup, but after a chaotic two-day install involving a blown fuse, that never happened, and the salesperson has since left the company. ​Most importantly, the performance is lacking; I was told this unit was perfect for my home, yet it struggles to cool even when it’s only 70°F outside. To top it off, I was never informed that I needed regular professional service to keep my warranty valid. Finding out my warranty could have been voided because of a lack of communication from the sales team is incredibly frustrating. ​I’m grateful for Richard’s help, but the company’s initial installation and follow-through have fallen short of expectations.

Oregon Heating and Plumbing were amazing all around in our purchase of a mini split heat pump! Elia come out and gave us an estimate and explained the options. He took his time and explained the 3 options. Cody Pierson installed the system today and took time to explain the units and how to operate the remote as well as how to clean the filter We were amazed at how fast the whole process was from our first call to installation. Less than a week and it could have been quicker. And there were no hidden fees.

Elliott did a fantastic job of diagnosing and fixing an issue I had with our water circulation pump. He was prompt, courteous, and tidy. He gave me an upfront estimate with a couple of options and contingencies, so I would know what I was in for and gave me a couple of pointers of things to be aware of in our home, like the location of the shut off valve in case of an emergency . Most importantly, he fixed our problem – now we have hot water rapido!

Danny Rowe came to my home on time and was absolutely one of the most efficient service technicians I have experienced. He was very pleasant and thorough in his work and insured. Everything was done to my satisfaction before leaving. He also thoroughly cleaned and a mess that had been made. I can highly recommend him as a plumber!

I called Severson to find and fix a pipe leak which was behind my wall, and leaking from the kitchen drain upstairs to the bedroom downstairs - it was a tricky one to find for sure. Brian Segalla was the plumber who found my leak and fixed the issue for good. I was impressed with Brian’s service level and quality of work. He traced the leak quickly to the upstairs kitchen and carefully cut a small access hole to the cracked pipe from behind the drawers of my custom cabinets. Nobody wants to have to cut through custom cabinets to fix a leak, but Brian’s precision work remedied this issue quickly and discretely - I appreciate that very much! Moreover, Brian sent detailed photos and video to highlight the issue and the fix, which I appreciated as a remote owner. I’d call Severson first in the future, and in fact I have used them to fix plumbing issues at another house across town. Great work, Brian, Thank you!

Can’t say enough good things about Deschutes Plumbing. Our sewer pump went out on a Thursday night, and I called first thing Friday morning. They had someone at our place within the hour to assess the situation, got our reservoir pumped using their resources, and had a solid plan in place before 9 a.m. Their communication was outstanding the whole way—clear updates, quick responses, and you always knew exactly what was happening next. Even their technology/processes made everything feel smooth and organized from start to finish. They also immediately called around to find a replacement pump locally—none were available in town (not their fault)—so they had one overnighted and ready to install Monday morning. On Monday, they coordinated everything flawlessly with Abe’s Septic to get the reservoir re-pumped, then had a tech on site shortly after to swap the old pump for the new one in just a few hours. Their resources—and the partners they work with in town—are top-notch. Not to mention this was all right before Christmas. Fast, professional, and genuinely impressive service. Hoss came to my house and was extremely polite and very easy to work with. The evening prior to our appointment I had a crack in my main drain line and he fixed it and was very kind about it.
