You'll note that I rarely contribute a google review. (Because I'm so dang busy.) But OC Drain Service, led by Travis, were so effective in their work, and so friendly in their service and description of their work, that here I am. They efficiently did a job - clear out a line between my shop and septic - that two companies before them failed at. And their price was better! Thank you OC Drain Service!

I heard about Tyler via a neighbor who also had work done on one of their drain pipes. He answered my call immediately and booked an appointment for just a few days later. He arrived at the scheduled time, diagnose the issue and did as much work as possible. Due to the unique complexity of the issue, he recommended another repair service to complete the repair. He went so far as to call them to explain the issue. The work that he did get done was professional efficient, and well executed.

Tyler is absolutely amazing, he was able to come within a few hours and got our clogged drain fixed. He is very professional and kind. Will definitely call him again!!

The sewage line to my house was blocked. I called Henco, reached their answering machine and left a message. Within 24hrs, I received a call from their service “representative.” He had a very polished male voice. He was also very rude. I was interrupted and “talked over” a number times before I finally asked, “Are you AI?” He curtly said he was an immediately changed the subject. If this had been a real person, I would have hung up the call. As events turned out, I SHOULD have hung up the call anyway. I discovered that Henco was very expensive and they could not find the location of the problem or correct it. Their camera could only make it down the first twenty feet of pipe. The snake that they subsequently ran down thirty feet of pipe didn’t correct the problem. Total cost of these two minor procedures? $820. (I saved myself $250 by pulling the toilet for them.) Not only that, they incorrectly located the location of the blockage. Good thing I didn’t have them dig in the location they identified. Another company sent out their representative. They went in through the roof vent with both a camera and a sensor. Clog was located out by the street. “No charge.” The only reason this review of Henco isn’t a one star review is that the Henco drain tech had very good people skills. He was professional, clearly explained charges and he was friendly. (I am including my comments about Henco’s AI “representative.” because they are relevant to this poor review. After all, Henco management hired them.)

My kitchen sink was backed up, and the technician was great! He was able to tell me why it backed up, and got it working again. So happy they could come out the same day I called. Fabulous service!

Called them to check out some staining around the vent fan and lights in two different bathrooms. They gave really good feedback and recommended that a series of steps to check prior to having them get involved, including referrals to remediation and roofing companies. Both the referrals did a great job (got our problem fixed), and henco also provided a quote for an additional item that we wanted while they were here. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend, since they helped us figure out how to get a resolution quickly, even if they weren't involved directly.

We had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried to unclog it but it turned out it was more than I could fix. We had someone out the next day after I called around 4pm. The person who came was polite and used a very long pipe snake to get to and fix the clog. The whole job was done professionally. I would have no hesitation in having any other plumbing work done by the operator who fixed our drain. The appointment was set up quickly and I was given a time for someone to show up. I was called about 20 minutes before the plumber arrived to let me know when he was coming. I was very satisfied with the work and process.

Clog pro did a great job. I worked with Daniel and he sorted out the clog quickly and easily. I called 8 pm the night before, was sorted out 9 am the next day. On time, friendly and professional. You can't go wrong with the service I was provided.

Highly recommend the folks at Perfect Flush! Our main plumbing line has clogged twice in the last four months and Perfect Flush were the ones to fix it every time by jetting the pipes, when other plumbing companies were unsuccessful. Highly recommended. We needed 2 toilets installed. Kyle arrived at the promised time and worked efficiently. One install was straight forward, the second required a few extra steps and parts. Kyle clearly explained the situation and all alternatives. Ultimately he got the job done in the shortest possible time while courteously answering my random questions along the way.

We had an excellent experience with Wild Pine Plumbing during our kitchen remodel. They relocated our kitchen sink and did a thorough inspection of the existing plumbing while they were here. They identified potential drainage issues that could have caused problems down the road and updated all of the plumbing in our basement to ensure everything was functioning properly. They also added the proper venting to our plumbing system, which completely eliminated the gurgling and “talking” pipes we had been dealing with for years. In addition, they installed a water line connection for our refrigerator. Brandon and Nathan were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they found and why the updates were needed. Brandon with Wildtime Plumbing came out to Rainier, Oregon when I had a bad drain clog. He was professional, showed up on time, and got the drain cleared up quickly. Mike was very personable and approached my repipe project with professionalism. He pointed out all the areas of my home that would be affected; I think we only missed one which was in the garage. He did two walk-throughs and really helped me understand what needed to be relocated so his crew would have ample room to work. Unfortunately, and this is hard to even write since I imagined a much different outcome, quite a few parts of this project are still incomplete as of today and it has been 4 weeks. Mike promised a final walk through and so far he has not reached out. I also feel the crew didn't leave my home as they found it. Quite a bit of debris was leftover (inside and out) and they even drilled a new hole in my bathroom floor when the route should've been through the wall, which was confirmed during the walk-through. And yes, I know changes can come about but no one ever came to me to discuss. They just took the path of least resistance. Most of the incomplete work I ran across initially I put into a document for Mike to review. He thanked me for that and promised the tasks would be taken care of. Several were not -- which included easy stuff like making sure the new fixtures were properly caulked and also secure within the walls. One amazing thing his tech Joey did was completely install my new dishwasher. My home was subject to water damage last September and I've been doing dishes in my bathroom because I only have half a kitchen. This was a wonderful surprise.

Our water heater gave out right after we got home from work, so we called Perfect Service. Mike answered the phone and was extremely friendly and helpful. Even though it was already around 6pm, he said he would come out that same night—and he actually did. The service was fast, professional, and honestly way better than we expected for an after-hours call. We’re super grateful he was willing to help us out so quickly. I worked with Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing and he replaced my faulty turn off valve and had to drain, rework and moved the gas pipe for my stove. When I first called him due to my water not turning off under my sink he was here very fast! He was kind, explained everything that needed to be done and got to work. He also, was able to come out on a later date to move my gas line, so, my new gas range stove could fit in its spot and be hooked up properly. He has excellent both times I used him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!!

Highly recommend Vitaliy! We had issues with our water heater, and he was great. He quickly diagnosed that it needed a flush and some parts replaced. He was friendly, knowledgeable and explained exactly what was wrong, Our hot water is back to normal! Will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

My husband and I hired Drain Away Rooter to scope a drain in our basement. We were recommended their services. We had a technician show up - he tells us there is no pipe attached to the drain - and that we needed to hire a separate plumbing company to solve our issue. That service call cost us $200. So we called another plumbing company and they quickly let us know that the problem was misdiagnosed. There was a pipe there after all - they showed up - and now we have to pay them for their service call, $300. My husband spoke with the owner of Drain Away Rooter about getting a refund for our initial service call since his technician misdiagnosed the problem. Makes sense to me - why did we pay $200 for misinformation? The owner's response is that it doesn't matter - we still need to pay for a "service fee". He was adamant about this because his guy showed up and took some equipment out of his truck. To compare: I am a photographer. If I show up to take portraits of someone, they pay me, and I send them files are corrupt - why would I still charge them for "showing up" and "providing a service". Personally, I think it's incredibly unprofessional to make a client pay for your mistake - just because you used your time.

I was called, as told, before they arrived on time. Matt came out and serviced my clogged tub. He was super professional and kind. He wore booties in the house, and even wiped down the sludge that came up and splattered while unclogging the drain. Seriously great experience with him and this company! A lot of people leave a mess after finishing the project assigned, and he went above and beyond. 👍🏼

We are in the process of buying a property and needed to get a catch basin drain line inspected. Not only was Brandon on time, he was very informative about the functionality of the drain. Because of the inherent bend on the drain line, he was unable to pass a scope. However he took the time to inspect the bottom of the drain and walked around the property with me to show me the sewer line. Hs took genuine interest in our property. And on top of that, they only charged me half of the service call. Thanks a lot, Brandon. We will use your services if we ever have any plumbing issues in the future.

Brody was rad! He and his partner were super personable and professional. They came the same day I called. Updated my old broken pipes and new nozzles. Very clean, and they even added nail plates, so the contractors won’t accidentally puncture the new pipes. I’m super happy with the service. Thank you Alchemy!!!

Wow this company is amazing. My husband worked with a guy named Sean who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We just bought our house and had a propane tankless water heater that wasn’t installed properly and the thing was having mini explosions…. Like idiots we still waited to get a better quote etc because it was not cheap. Finally we decided to bite the bullet and we got them out here to install a new tankless heater with the propane conversion. The two guys the sent were so lovely, Josh and Spencer were absolutely kind, respectful, knowledgeable, provided details and happily answered questions. They were thorough and clean. The equipment was properly installed and set up nicely with great attention to detail. Honestly I cant come up with a single area for any improvement. Maybe cost? But honestly that’s what you pay for and these things aren’t cheap. I’m glad we went with this company and will be returning.

While my family and I were out of town, Josh with Alchemy Plumbing repaired a leak in our main water line near the meter. Josh was fantastic to work with — responsive, professional, and thorough. Fortunately, we live just down the street from Alchemy Plumbing, and they were able to arrive on-site the same day and take care of the issue promptly. It was such a relief to come home to find everything already repaired and in good order. We really appreciate the quick response and quality service.

Alchemy Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. I called at 7:45 am on a Friday and Daniel and Reicher showed up at 8:15 am. We had a drainage issue with our kitchen sink. They were professional, honest, and thorough, in diagnosing the problem, and providing a solution. Alchemy is definitely a 5 star company. I highly recommend them.

Worked at my house in 2024. I did a great job my bathroom powder room installing the sink and toilet today. A little minor adjustment with the toilet fixed it no problems fast and easy. Keep up the great work.
