3 months agoOur water heater started leaking Saturday morning, and Mr. Rooter had a replacement installed within a few hours of our call. It saved us from a weekend without hot water!
5 months agoEasy to contact and reserve on their schedule, came out next morning on time and gave us a quote up front, they stuck to the quoted cost and took care replacing a water heater that was installed in a hard to reach space. Nice work.
3 months agoMyPlumberNow
320 SE Booth Bend Rd Ste B, McMinnville, OR 97128, USA
(503) 563-0989The best team of professionals you could want. I had a huge sewer issue and they collaborated with me through the entire process. Jerry, Trevor, Sean, Caesar and Anthony did an amazing job on repairs and got my house up and running again. Highly recommend!
1 month agoI have used Sean several times troubleshooting work other plumbers have done. Not only is he very nice, but he's also very professional, prompt to respond, and on time. We will continue to use My Plumber Now ans Sean and we would ecommend him to anyone. This was the first time meeting Trevor and he is a mirror to Sean in his kindness and ability to cross everything off the list of the various jobs that pop up. Thank you My Plumber Now for such great service.
2 weeks agoMy plumber now made scheduling very easy and they were very reliable. The guy, Trevor, doing the plumbing repair was knowledgeable and able to share the details with me in a way that I could understand easily. He explained everything and even showed pictures. He kept everything in the house clean and tidy and I really appreciated that. Everyone I've come in contact with at this company has been very nice.
2 months agoCarl & Sons Plumbing & Gas
890 Rafael Ave N, Keizer, OR 97303, USA
(971) 213-7400I called Carl & Sons Plumbing & Gas on a holiday afternoon, not really expecting anyone to be available. To my surprise, Nolan arrived at my home in Keizer within half an hour. He quickly found the issue with my sewer line, used a camera to inspect the pipe, and even provided clear footage showing exactly where the crack was. Nolan was professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. Now I have all the information I need to get my sewer line fixed properly. I highly recommend them for any sewer or plumbing issues.
4 months agoWe had a plumbing team come to the home we recently purchased for several important jobs. It is an older house and needed a lot of updates to the water and drain systems. They installed a new water softener, a well pressure tank, and new sump pumps with battery backup, and they also checked other plumbing-related equipment to make sure everything was working the way it should. From Geoffrey’s clear communication, friendly attitude, and helpful customer service on the phone, to John’s honest and knowledgeable assessment during the estimate, to the work completed by Braden, Geoffrey, and John, everything was professional and high quality. The plumbing work was done on time, and the crew was patient with our questions and took the time to explain the repairs and new equipment. They addressed all of our concerns and made the whole process easy to understand. We also had multiple estimates from other companies, and this team stood out for fair pricing, solid workmanship, and quality equipment. The crew worked hard the entire time they were here and showed real care for doing the job right. We are very pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them for any future plumbing needs.
1 month agoWe hired this plumbing company for a large plumbing project, and the quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent. Throughout the job, Nolan was respectful of our home and comfort and did everything possible to keep disruption to a minimum. The plumbing work was completed properly, on schedule, and at a fair price. Because of that great experience, we also called them back for smaller plumbing services like water heater work, faucet installs, and emergency plumbing repairs. The same strong workmanship, care, professionalism, and fair pricing we saw on the big project were just as clear on the smaller jobs. For any plumbing job, large or small, I highly recommend this plumber.
1 month agoValley Plumbing NW
2822 E 2nd St, Newberg, OR 97132, USA
(503) 405-8391I can’t say enough about the team at Valley Plumbing NW. Our sewer pump went out early this week and we panicked. Valley Plumbing was the quickest to respond and come out to investigate the problem. They were thorough, communicated all throughout the process, and made the fix later in the week when they got the new pump and parts. Everything works like a charm now and they didn’t gauge me on price like other service providers do. They were so friendly and respectful of my home too, which is a major plus! Highly highly recommend using them! If we have another issue (which I hope we don’t), I’m calling them.

22740 OR-240, Newberg, OR 97132, USA
(503) 547-4408Josh was great! I will definitely call again when I need a plumber. When I called he answered right away and it was no problem getting on his schedule. He was super efficient and friendly, and Oregon Plumbing gave me the most reasonable quote. So glad I found him!
3 months agoJosh and crew at Oregon plumbing were a pleasure to work with. They were reasonably priced, and took their work seriously, having a passion to do a good job. This is hard to find these days. I've called on them several times to fix issues with my aging home; first to fix a leak, then replace shower plumbing in main bathroom, then later another shower in laundry room, and finally to replace entire plumbing in the 50 year old house. They are a great group of people and are my #1 choice for plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
4 months agoOregon Plumbing is a fantastic company to work with. Josh has helped us with several small to medium projects over the years, including replacing hose bibs, install working shutoff valves, and modernizing 100+ year old leaky pipes. Josh is friendly, professional, shows up on time, and does quality work at a competitive and fair price. He is our 1st choice for all our plumbing needs

4771 Joanie Rose Ln NE, Salem, OR 97305, USA
(503) 881-7470Kyle Is the Real Deal Kyle is the kind of contractor you hope exists but rarely find. He gave me an exact appointment time, none of that 3-5 hour window nonsense, and showed up when he said he would. My project ended up being way bigger than originally scoped, going from one sink to two, but Kyle kept the pricing incredibly reasonable even after already quoting me for the smaller job. That kind of integrity is rare and I made sure to tip him for it. What really sealed it was that he ran several additional checks I never asked for, at no charge, just to make sure everything was solid. That peace of mind is worth more than I can put a price on. I’m confident I won’t be dealing with plumbing headaches anytime soon. If you need a plumber who respects your time, keeps his word on pricing, and genuinely gives a damn about the quality of his work, Kyle is your guy. PERIOD.
2 months agoWe had a broken water pipe in our bathroom. Kyle came out earlier than expected the next morning to help us out. He offered to come out the night before, but I had temporarily stopped the flood and could wait. He was very professional, very helpful, polite and didn’t leave until he had the solution to fix the issue. I will keep Top Tier Plumbing in my contacts and definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs.
3 months agoKyle was punctual and very honest. He explained everything clearly and efficiently and gave me peace of mind that I knew exactly what my money was paying for. Would absolutely use him again.

Common Drain Issues in McMinnville, Oregon
Mature Tree Root Intrusion: McMinnville is known for its beautiful canopy of Oregon White Oaks and old-growth trees. Unfortunately, these roots often seek out moisture in older clay or concrete sewer lines common in historic neighborhoods, leading to stubborn, recurring backups.
Historic Piping Scale: Many of the charming homes near 3rd Street still utilize original cast iron or galvanized plumbing. Over decades, mineral scale and rust build up inside these pipes, narrowing the passage and catching debris like hair and soap scum.
Heavy Pacific Northwest Rainfall: During our typical rainy season, the saturated Yamhill County soil can put immense pressure on your home's exterior drainage. This often results in slow-draining basement floor drains or yard drains that can't keep up with the runoff.
Hard Water Mineral Buildup: The Willamette Valley's water can lead to calcium and magnesium deposits in your fixtures. Over time, this 'rock' forms inside your kitchen and bathroom drains, significantly slowing down water flow and requiring professional hydro-jetting to clear.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for McMinnville, Oregon
Clear Your Gutter Outflows in Autumn: Before the heavy Willamette Valley rains begin, ensure your downspouts and perimeter drains are clear of debris to prevent water from backing up into your foundation.
Insulate Exposed Pipes in Winter: While McMinnville has a moderate climate, occasional deep freezes can cause pipes to crack. Ensure outdoor faucets are drained and covered to prevent pressure-related clogs and leaks.
Post-Harvest Disposal Care: For those who enjoy the local bounty and engage in home canning or heavy cooking in the summer, remember to avoid putting fibrous vegetable scraps or fruit pits down the kitchen disposal.
Spring Root Maintenance: Early spring is the best time to have your main sewer line inspected, as the moist soil encourages rapid root growth that can infiltrate aging sewer pipes.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in McMinnville, Oregon
Standard drain cleaning in McMinnville typically ranges based on the severity of the blockage. A simple sink or tub snake is on the lower end, while main sewer line clearing or hydro-jetting for root removal falls on the higher end of the spectrum.
