Flannery was absolutely professional and good natured, he inspected our plumbing, found an outside access, quickly cleared the blockage and verified we were draining to the sewer, and we were on our way!

Our water heater started leaking Saturday morning, and Mr. Rooter had a replacement installed within a few hours of our call. It saved us from a weekend without hot water!

Easy to contact and reserve on their schedule, came out next morning on time and gave us a quote up front, they stuck to the quoted cost and took care replacing a water heater that was installed in a hard to reach space. Nice work.

I can’t say enough about the team at Valley Plumbing NW. Our sewer pump went out early this week and we panicked. Valley Plumbing was the quickest to respond and come out to investigate the problem. They were thorough, communicated all throughout the process, and made the fix later in the week when they got the new pump and parts. Bret Brammer was absolutely a wonderful help. We called right at 8am, and he was at our house within 20 mins. We had two blockages that he cleared within an hour. He also gave us advice on how to maintain our old house system. Additionally, he walked us through additional work that would need to be done soon because our current system is degrading but not dysfunctional yet. We really appreciated his can do approach. Kyle Is the Real Deal Kyle is the kind of contractor you hope exists but rarely find. He gave me an exact appointment time, none of that 3-5 hour window nonsense, and showed up when he said he would. My project ended up being way bigger than originally scoped, going from one sink to two, but Kyle kept the pricing incredibly reasonable even after already quoting me for the smaller job. That kind of integrity is rare and I made sure to tip him for it. What really sealed it was that he ran several additional checks I never asked for, at no charge, just to make sure everything was solid. That peace of mind is worth more than I can put a price on. I’m confident I won’t be dealing with plumbing headaches anytime soon. If you need a plumber who respects your time, keeps his word on pricing, and genuinely gives a damn about the quality of his work, Kyle is your guy. PERIOD.

We had a broken water pipe in our bathroom. Kyle came out earlier than expected the next morning to help us out. He offered to come out the night before, but I had temporarily stopped the flood and could wait. He was very professional, very helpful, polite and didn’t leave until he had the solution to fix the issue.
