We had a clogged kitchen sink. I tried to unclog it but it turned out it was more than I could fix. We had someone out the next day after I called around 4pm. The person who came was polite and used a very long pipe snake to get to and fix the clog. The whole job was done professionally. I would have no hesitation in having any other plumbing work done by the operator who fixed our drain. The appointment was set up quickly and I was given a time for someone to show up. I was called about 20 minutes before the plumber arrived to let me know when he was coming. I was very satisfied with the work and process.

Mike was very personable and approached my repipe project with professionalism. He pointed out all the areas of my home that would be affected; I think we only missed one which was in the garage. He did two walk-throughs and really helped me understand what needed to be relocated so his crew would have ample room to work. Unfortunately, and this is hard to even write since I imagined a much different outcome, quite a few parts of this project are still incomplete as of today and it has been 4 weeks. Mike promised a final walk through and so far he has not reached out. I also feel the crew didn't leave my home as they found it. Quite a bit of debris was leftover (inside and out) and they even drilled a new hole in my bathroom floor when the route should've been through the wall, which was confirmed during the walk-through. And yes, I know changes can come about but no one ever came to me to discuss. They just took the path of least resistance. Most of the incomplete work I ran across initially I put into a document for Mike to review. He thanked me for that and promised the tasks would be taken care of. Several were not -- which included easy stuff like making sure the new fixtures were properly caulked and also secure within the walls. One amazing thing his tech Joey did was completely install my new dishwasher. My home was subject to water damage last September and I've been doing dishes in my bathroom because I only have half a kitchen. This was a wonderful surprise.

Highly recommend the folks at Perfect Flush! Our main plumbing line has clogged twice in the last four months and Perfect Flush were the ones to fix it every time by jetting the pipes, when other plumbing companies were unsuccessful. Highly recommended. We needed 2 toilets installed. Kyle arrived at the promised time and worked efficiently. One install was straight forward, the second required a few extra steps and parts. Kyle clearly explained the situation and all alternatives. Ultimately he got the job done in the shortest possible time while courteously answering my random questions along the way.

The two technicians were Brody Diaz De Leon and the other gentleman, whose name I did not catch. The repair involved replacing a 4-inch building drain that had already been agreed upon. They cut out and removed the 4-inch-long ABS 90. Once removed, they installed a new glue coupling a new 4-inch long-term ABS 90. The technicians from Alchemy are always polite and always efficient. In the last few months, we had a leaking pipe in the ceiling that was fixed, and then the main waterline in the crawlspace of our house was also fixed. When they came to do that second repair, they pointed out that the 4-inch building drain needed to be repaired. So that’s what they repaired today. I hope I don’t see them for a while, not because of their work. Their work is fantastic, but because I hope we don’t have any more leaks in the near future in our home, the next time I do need some plumbing work done, I always know who to call, and that’s Alchemy Plumbing. I included a few photos for reference. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work; they are reliable, honest, and thorough every time.

Wow this company is amazing. My husband worked with a guy named Sean who was very knowledgeable and helpful. We just bought our house and had a propane tankless water heater that wasn’t installed properly and the thing was having mini explosions…. Like idiots we still waited to get a better quote etc because it was not cheap. Finally we decided to bite the bullet and we got them out here to install a new tankless heater with the propane conversion. The two guys the sent were so lovely, Josh and Spencer were absolutely kind, respectful, knowledgeable, provided details and happily answered questions. They were thorough and clean. The equipment was properly installed and set up nicely with great attention to detail. Honestly I cant come up with a single area for any improvement. Maybe cost? But honestly that’s what you pay for and these things aren’t cheap. I’m glad we went with this company and will be returning.

Brody was rad! He and his partner were super personable and professional. They came the same day I called. Updated my old broken pipes and new nozzles. Very clean, and they even added nail plates, so the contractors won’t accidentally puncture the new pipes. I’m super happy with the service. Thank you Alchemy!!!

I worked with Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing and he replaced my faulty turn off valve and had to drain, rework and moved the gas pipe for my stove. When I first called him due to my water not turning off under my sink he was here very fast! He was kind, explained everything that needed to be done and got to work. He also, was able to come out on a later date to move my gas line, so, my new gas range stove could fit in its spot and be hooked up properly. He has excellent both times I used him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!!

I contacted Vitaliy for an estimate on water heater replacement and also to look at a water temperature problem in our master bath. He gave me a 2 hr. window and contacted me 30 min. before to let me know he was on the way. He listened to my explanation of the issues we were having and I ended up going with him based mostly on my interaction with him. The day of install he was alittle early and took some time to troubleshoot the temperature issue and gave me some possible solutions. Water Heater install went smoothly and we decided to give it a couple days to see if it made a difference. I had him out again once I received the new parts and he resolved the problem with water temperature. He is very easy to get ahold of and responds within just a few minutes and is always prompt when he comes out. I will be seeing him every year for the waterheater maintenence and will use him for any other plumbing issues I run into.

Absolutely fantastic service from beginning to end ! We replaced our 23 year old Central Air unit and furnace. AC died two summers ago and I refused to do a third summer with portables. Nobody really wants to spend this kind of money, so it was important to not only get several quotes, it was important for us to get a feel for the people representing the company we went with. Tyler came out and was very thorough in creating a quote that fit our needs. He explained our options and a timeline that worked perfectly for us. I had no reason not to trust what he was telling us. Today Jairo and Julian spent a full workday inside, outside ( on and off rain) and even under our house. They were polite, efficient, and patient with our pack of dogs who wanted to investigate them every single time they saw them. The guys absolutely left everything immaculate and taught us how to use the new thermostat they installed. We notice an immediate difference in the heating and cooling in the house as they tested both. I recently had Bluefrog replace my electric water heater, and what started as a routine installation turned into a complicated situation when we discovered my condo’s radiant floor heating system required a different electrical configuration than expected. From the very beginning the experience was smooth and reassuring. Morgan handled scheduling and communication beautifully, including reminder texts with a photo of the technician so I knew exactly who to expect. That attention to detail set the tone for the whole interaction and reflects the care this woman-owned business puts into its work. Shae, the technician leading the job, handled the unexpected complication exceptionally well. Instead of rushing forward or guessing, he paused the installation and worked to make sure the system would be installed correctly and according to manufacturer specifications. Ian arrived on time to evaluate my non-functioning tankless water heater. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and gave excellent advice. Since my tankless heater was very old, it was decided to replace it. The price was very fair and he replaced it within a few hours. I was extremely pleased with the service I received and would recommend this company to anyone requiring plumbing services

Daniel and Shae helped me with my sewage ejector pump which has been as fun as it sounds. My home is older and I've had issues with it. I've gotten a lot of varying responses from plumbers over the years dealing with it. I've had companies who told me they'd charge large fees just to open it to diagnose the problem. In this case, I was lucky and it was a simple fix. They gave me two estimates (one for the simple fix) and one for the "you need to replace this entire thing." The replacement estimate was in-line with others I had been given (minus the large fee for just diagnosing the problem in some cases) and the other (if something was blocking the flow) was a sensible quote. Both quotes were also in-line with what I expected the problem to be. They were done in what seemed to be 30 minutes and left the area clean. They told me if it ever needed to be replaced, they'd use much nicer parts than what I currently had for a price that was comparable to other companies. When I asked if there was a difference, since I had wondered especially about how float qualities could differ, Shae gave me a knowledgeable answer. Their expertise, emphasis on quality, longevity of working parts, and this company's fair pricing was appreciated.

We hired Plumbing and Sewer Renewal Specialists to do two projects for us and are very pleased with the outcome of both. They cleaned out a blockage under our sink (see pictures) as well as installed an exterior clean-out for our mid-century house. Everyone was professional, efficient, and took care to not damage our property. Their pricing was also very competitive. We hired plumbing and sewer renewal specialists to relocate our house shutoff valve inside the garage and replace the water heater. They were the low bidders on this job of 4 that I received. They relocated the valve to a more convenient location inside the garage and explained the operation of the required pressure regulator valve. When they replaced the water heater, they selected a slimmer model to fit in the space. Other bids were charging more to move and disconnect other ducting. They also cleaned up the gas vent and gas line connects so they are now compliant. Excellent job overall.
