Proline plumbing came to my house and andre? Was very friendly and efficient getting my drain unclogged. Even though it was getting late and could have rushed through so he could get home. Wasnt sure what to expect since it was through a home warranty company which is giving us issues separately so I was hesitant after the last tech for another home issue was very substandard. And wasnt even the correct tech. We discussed other minor plumbing issues that he recommended and I agree I want done if they are approve. I'm hoping to hear from them with the exact plan in writing so I can confront the warranty company with the recommendations proline made. And would be more than happy and at ease if proline does it. Thanks for great service!

Proline Plumbing went above-and-beyond in helping me with a plumbing emergency. They were able to send Andre over within a few hours of my call. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly replaced a broken angle stop valve that had turned a small project (replacing a bidet) into a potential disaster. He then made several recommendations for replacing other angle stops that were likely to start leaking soon. I quickly made another appointment with Proline. Tristan was sent for that project, and he was just as helpful and friendly as Andre. He worked efficiently to replace old parts with new ones that will keep the water flowing well for years to come. He also installed the new bidet that I was struggling with. It was completed to perfection! Proline will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

One of my kids flushed a shampoo bottle cap and plugged the toilet. No amount of plunging and augeriing would get it out. So I called Willamette Valley Sewer & Drain. Dillon responded and had to take the stool out of the floor and extract the cap from the back side. I appreciated his fast, friendly, and professional service. I saved the cap and left it in the sink next to the toilet planning to talk to the kids about it when they got home from school. Incredibly, before I could do that, one of them flushed the cap again! I called Dillon, explained what happened, and he performed the same service at no charge! Best plumbing service ever!

Wow! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I called Dylan and he was here within 15 minutes—seriously impressive. We had another company out about four weeks ago that snaked the line from the bathtub to the house cleanout, but they never checked the cleanout to the street. Fast forward to today and everything backed up into the house—sinks, toilets, tubs, all of it. 😩 The prior company refused to look at the street cleanout and still charged me $794 just to snake the drain… and didn’t actually fix the problem. Dylan and Lewis with Willamette Valley Sewer immediately pulled the cleanout, brought out the cameras, and found the real issue. It’s going to cost me more to repair, but at least now I know what’s actually wrong—and it’s being handled correctly. I will absolutely be using Willamette Valley Sewer for all of our sewer needs going forward. Honest, fast, thorough, and professional. Thank you, Dylan and Lewis! 👏

After having Action Drain out twice and still having reoccuring problem, I contacted Willamette Valley Sewer & Drain and Dylan James came out within two hours and found the problem and fixed it! I will always call him for any future needs. He is so kind, personable and knowledgeable, and I always prefer to use Silverton businesses whenever possible.

NW sewer and drain is your best option out there. Called a few places and they were all trying to over charge me even just to come out and check out the problem. Alex took his time and didn’t leave until the problem was fixed. This is the type of company you want to support and do long term business with. Not really sure what happened here, but I called on 07/16 to discuss having a camera inspection done on my rain drain system. They were super professional and helpful during this call. I got scheduled to have them come out on 07/23 to perform the inspection. On 07/23 - they no-call, no-showed the appointment. I called and left a voicemail trying to figure out if this was a miscommunication on my end, or a mismanagement on theirs. My voicemail was never answered and I haven't heard from anyone at the company since. I don't know why they never followed up, but I guess I'll be looking elsewhere for service.

Excellent professional and courteous service! I called after having maintenance do several plumbing repairs in my apartment. They were never able to clear it completely so I took matters into my own hands and called NW Sewer and Drain. Alex was quick to answer the call and took less than an hour to fix a recurring problem that wasn't fixable by two other professionals in the months prior. Bret Brammer was absolutely a wonderful help. We called right at 8am, and he was at our house within 20 mins. We had two blockages that he cleared within an hour. He also gave us advice on how to maintain our old house system. Additionally, he walked us through additional work that would need to be done soon because our current system is degrading but not dysfunctional yet. We really appreciated his can do approach. this fall i had a leak in my water pipes at home. my place in keizer is pretty old, about 71 years, and still had a lot of old galvanized plumbing. this was actually the second time i had a leak there. my old plumber stopped doing smaller repair jobs, so they sent me over to carl & sons plumbing & gas. when i called, geoffrey in customer service was really helpful. then braden came out and fixed the leak quickly and did a solid job. while he was there, he let me know that all those old galvanized pipes could be swapped out for new plastic piping, since the old ones were wearing out. john came by later to give me a quote, and i thought it was a good price so i went with it. a few days later, the crew showed up right on time and worked hard for the next four days to get everything done. everyone was friendly, polite, and always cleaned up before leaving each night. now my plumbing looks way better and i feel like my home is worth more, too. i’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing a plumber in keizer.

Absolutely pleased and happy with the work done by Top Tier Plumbing, Kyle, his assistant. I had them install two toilets, two sinks and a garbage disposal. I love that they are local, they are outstanding people, Very fair priced, top quality work, cleaned up and removed all packaging and old Toilets. I really liked that you can set an appointment time, which they arrived at on time every time, and not have to hang out waiting at home for a 2-3 hour time block for them to show. I guess that's the benefit of using a small, family run local business vs. much larger ones. I highly recommend Kyle and Top Tier Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

We had a broken water pipe in our bathroom. Kyle came out earlier than expected the next morning to help us out. He offered to come out the night before, but I had temporarily stopped the flood and could wait. He was very professional, very helpful, polite and didn’t leave until he had the solution to fix the issue. I will keep Top Tier Plumbing in my contacts and definitely recommend them for all plumbing needs.

Jared and Tony are life savers. We have been using them for years and have never had an issue with any of their work or pricing. In a world that tries to take advantage of people, I know when they tell me something needs to be done and give me a price, they are not pulling my leg. I even feel comfortable for Jared to come over to the house to complete work when I am not home. Really goes to show the character of the people that this company hires. Can't say enough good things about Einstein Plumbing! Both Tony and Jared came out on a Saturday to assess and fix a water heater leak. Jared stayed on to not only repair our leak, but also stabilized, leveled our water heater and installed safety straps. Pipe work is immaculate! The price was very reasonable and the work is stellar!

Same day service, Jared came out on his way off from work, later in the day and advised likely he’s only be able to asses it. Plumbing issue (low water pressure) was fixed within 5 minutes. Lots of hoses under my sink and I didn’t want to start troubleshooting, so out of caution, I called. Problem fixed and fixed for free, literally no charge. This company is clearly out to fix issues and zero hassle, very nice man Jared is. Even offered to immediately take boots off!! Thank you so much Einstein.

Tim Kulting was so wonderful. Our water heater ended up being from 1991. We are so lucky to have not experience an explosion of that water heater. He showed up around 9:30 a.m., and was finished with everything by 2:00 p.m.. that included him leaving and going and getting us a brand new water heater, taking the old water heater out and all of the work that came with it. He was friendly, relatable and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate him and hope that you do as well. We would definitely recommend Tim and Henco plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing services.

My experience with Henco Plumbing Services was exceptional. I encountered an urgent issue with a malfunctioning tub faucet. Within an hour of requesting an estimate, Cody arrived at my residence. He promptly identified the problem and provided a reasonable estimate. Ultimately, we were able to resolve the repair ourselves, and there was no pressure to schedule services. I will undoubtedly consider this company for any future plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements.

Excellent service and professional. Quick, timely fix for a broken sewer line. They came to the rescue and were flexible in considering I had put the job out for bids from several providers.

Evergreen plumbing was great to work with. I first watched a crew re-pipe a friends house and they were impressive. I was so impressed I had them Re-pipe my own home! All the guys on the team were fabulous. Clean and respectful of my home. Took the time to answer my questions. And were clear about the whole process. Very happy I called them.

So I bought a house that one might consider a "work in progress." Plumbing was shot before I moved in, though it passed inspection, and I had an excellent team install a new water heater, insulated pipes, the whole shebang, within a few days of the initial call. Very costly to me after having just bought the house of course, but they offered financing I could afford + there's a long warranty that stays with the residence. Might as well add value to my house, right? And then - the water heater failed at the electrical connection within DAYS. I only got to take one good shower with it! And so, the next morning I called begging for help, and they came out AGAIN! New temporary water heater installed with same-day service, I couldn't believe it. Both the electrician and the plumbers (from Evergreen of course) said they'd never seen that happen with that model before. Just my luck, but the point is that they got me back up and running right before the weekend. Everyone I've talked to here has been polite and really seems to take customer service seriously - which I can give or take with most businesses, but it's a very nice experience being treated like a valued customer. I am so lucky the first plumber I called never called me back because at this point I want to stay with this team forever. They've got real experience on the team and people who you can tell genuinely love the work they do fixing up peoples' homes.
