1300 Rufina Cir Unit A2, Santa Fe, NM 87507, USA
(505) 737-5373Macs Plumbing showed up the day I contacted them and unclogged my shower drain! Joe was fast, pleasant and efficient! He is coming back this week to do more work for me. Highly recommend!
3 months agoWe had Mac’s Plumbing come last week and installation went fine for all four bathroom sinks . They even took care of a slow draining sink that we didn’t realize was still a problem. Thanks Joe and crew!!!!!!!!
3 months agoWe have used Macs Plumbing three times now. We are very happy with their courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism. They also suggested and implemented a solution to a problem that had been unresolved for years. Greatly appreciate their service.
3 months agoCaitCo Drainworks
1589 San Mateo Ln, Santa Fe, NM 87505, USA
(505) 424-9191I recently had CaitCo Drainworks install my heating and air-conditioning unit, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was friendly and the customer service was amazing from start to finish. They were very informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly, and they really got the job done right. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service!
4 months agoI've been using Drainworks for many years. I am very pleased with the work they have done for me AND very happy to use a locally owned business who will answer my questions and my calls. They have secured the duct work for my heating system (didn't know it was just hanging there), replaced an old swamp cooler with an ac/furnace combo, my HWH and cleared many drains...from the person on the phone to the one at my door...thank you for your service.
4 months agoWe've used CaitCo twice for two different issues at your house with clogged drains. Luis was our technician both times and he did a great job solving our problems. Scheduling was prompt and easy. I highly recommend this company.
4 months agoElite Plumbing, Sewer & Drain Solutions Inc - Santa Fe
05 Camino Debra, Santa Fe, NM 87507, USA
(505) 490-1051Tech service crew came over to hydrojet-wash a septic cleanout line and inspect the pipes, the same day so we could get back in the house and resume using drains. During the inspection we saw that tree roots had already filled the deteriorating old pipes and were going to create a future issue and asked them to replace the waste line and they came back with a small excavator the very next morning to dig out and replace that section and also replaced the old, ill-fitting elbow pipe connection. They dug out and cut out the tree roots invading the pipe and cracking the line and replaced a cleanout section. They stayed until the entire job was done which took almost 10 hours but they made sure the work was completely done. After 9 days of staying in hotels because we did not having a working drain, they got the entire project done in one and a half days. Dedicated, qualified and professional service!!
7 months agoWhen our septic system backed up and was still clogged after having it pumped out, Elite Plumbing came to our rescue! Fernando came out within a few hours after calling, diagnosed the problem, AND FIXED IT THE SAME DAY!! Our issue was fixed AND everything was also brought up to code as well! It’s difficult to find this kind of professionalism and work ethic these days. Thank you to Elite Plumbing! 100 stars!
11 months agoThe service was outstanding and I appreciated their prompt attention to my situation. I had a roof drain that was clogged and was creating a leak in my home. They addressed the situation immediately in the middle of rain storms. Great crew and I am appreciative for their support and assistance.
1 year agoDrain Surgeon
PO Box 28533, Santa Fe, NM 87592, USA
(505) 473-9208Wow! Jodie (Jody?) Arrived on time and PERFECTLY cleared the backup from out Grandon liberally pouring dental floss picks, (which create a perfect trap for TP (and you-know what) from flushing properly - along with makeup pads and a nice big solid bar of soap so everything would be nice and clean. Very thoughtful! The job was clearly explained and the clog gone and the bathroom was left spotless in less than 10 minutes And a 30 day warranty is included. Absolute highest recommendation for Drain Surgeons. Just wonderful in every respect. (Best $162.70 including tax - that I've ever spent!
6 months agoHighly recommended plumbing service for the Santa Fe area! The Drain Surgeon was able to come the same day we called. Our kitchen sink was draining slowly, and the guys were able to snake our pipes and fix the issue. They were courteous, professional, and competent. And very, very reasonable! They'll be my go-to plumbing resource from now on.
3 years agoThese guys were subcontracted from another company. Jose arrived on time, explained his work, and completed the job promptly. He also cleaned up after himself. I would prefer to hire these guys directly next time to avoid the company that subcontracted them, as I was not satisfied with their service.
1 year agoLobo Tech LLC
1259 Coriander Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87507, USA
(505) 316-4231Made a call for an urgent business need, clogged floor sink in commercial kitchen. William was there in less than 2 hours and got the clog cleared. Fast, thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. Extremely fair pricing, they earned our future business. And a competitor lost it.
6 months agoWe had an emergency pipe leak that we needed fixed as soon as possible. The Lobo Tech technician was at our house shortly after I spoke to Robert. The technician quickly assessed and fixed the problem. I couldn't have asked for a better response!
8 months agoLoboTech came through in a pinch by fitting me into the schedule in less than 24 hours. They installed a gas range, and sorted some old, less than kosher gas line issues from a previous installer's work.
8 months agoAnytime Plumbing, Sewer, Drain & Heating
1528 Center Dr, Santa Fe, NM 87507, USA
(505) 209-8604I am very happy with the quality of work and responsiveness of Miguel and his crew on a major sewer line repair and pipe lining at my house. Involved deep excavation to replace collapsed clay section connecting to the city main and lining of remainder of drain line. I talked to five different companies and Anytime was the most responsive and inspired the most confidence that had a good handle on what was needed, as well as that they would do the job well and relatively quickly. It is working out as promised.
4 months agoI had a great experience with Anytime plumbing. I had an emergency on a Saturday and they were responsive to my call. The issue needed more intensive work to resolve and working with the managers at anytime to understand the issue, the solution, the cost and to schedule the work was easy. Anytime gave me the names and photos of the technicians assigned to my job. The technicians who completed the work, Cesar and , were excellent!! They were communicative, timely, friendly, cleanly and professional!
6 months agoWe are very happy with the work that Dominic from Anytime did on our boiler replacement. I have dealt with a lot of trades through my facility work and I appreciated how careful and meticulous. He and his helpers maintained a very clean and safe workspace as well and were easy to ask questions and very polite and patient with those questions. Ultimately the completed job looks veery clean and properly labeled. I highly recommend them.
3 months agoRoto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
9 Crouch Ct, Santa Fe, NM 87507, USA
(505) 372-0745Roto-Rooter in Santa Fe was responsive ,professional and friendly. Oscar was upfront with the cost before he began, which I appreciated. Oscar cleaned my main sewage pipe extremely well and helped me diagnose the issue using the snake camera. Brittany and Camille followed up with me early this morning, which I called the main line last night, and were on top of scheduling today. Thank you team for a job well done.
3 years agoRicky was my tech and he was awesome. Friendly and fast. I had a crazy thing happen with a lotion jar falling into the toilet bowl and getting wedged, Ricky handled this unusual situation calmly and with candor—we did need to take the toilet off to remove the jar. I’m so glad he was able to do this quickly and toilet serviceable in a few hours. Thank you!
11 months agoHad a water leak under our home this weekend, we called around and Roto Ruter were the only ones to have someone available. Ricardo was great though he didn’t have the part necessary he did advise us that he would be coming back on Tuesday, May 27. On this day Ricardo was out sick and someone else was sent out. This guy came to do an “estimate” then was off to buy the items, be aware Ricardo took the part needed and from the dispatch the new guy already knew what we needed. Yet I believe I was charged for the two hours to go back to Santa Fe and come back to my home in Espanola plus another hour for the supposed work he performed. When we tested all the water outlets, the master bath had no hot water in the tub yet the sink had hot water and the rest of the house had hot water. We asked him if he had connected everything correctly he said yes he kept saying that we needed a new water heater yet the whole house had plenty of hot water other than the tub. He looked frustrated and let us know that if we wanted that fixed, he would add more time. In my honest opinion, I believe he half assed the job and did not connect a line to my tub. He also left all of the insulation completely wet under my mobile home, which in turn can cause mold and he knew this. I was charged nearly $1400 for him to do a half ass job. I don’t mind paying what it is if the job is done right but this guy this new guy they sent to my home was a half ass worker sad to say. I will never use this company again no matter how pressing my issue is. You have lost my business and the best marketing tool is word-of-mouth. Be aware when you use this company.
1 year agoJames Plumbing and Heating
1159 Coriander Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87507, USA
(505) 473-7148We've had recurring issues with our aging tankless hot-water heater, and Carlos has done a lot of work to keep it going longer. He clearly knows what he's doing and has always provided excellent customer service. James in general has been easy to get ahold of and quick to send help when we need it. Highly recommend this company!
3 months agoThe worker from James Plumbing was very nice. He spoke to me in terms I understood and explained the problem well. He also offered suggestions on how to prevent in the future. When there was a problem that came up right after he left, he came back quickly and resolved it early the next morning after trying to help me over video call. I was very grateful for the time he took to explain everything, and made sure my family had hot water.
2 months agoDaniel as the tech is the best I’ve ever used for clean outs. He really knows his trade. And the office staff, namely Gabriella, is very responsive and thoughtful in providing the services. I recommend this company as one of the best in Santa Fe.
3 months agoTopp Plumbing & Heating Inc
1536 Kachina Ridge Dr, Santa Fe, NM 87507, USA
(505) 930-0294Matt and his crew are awesome! We had a boiler go out when it was freezing and he returned my call right away and came out and explained everything clearly and gave me an honest assent of the problem, solutions and cost. He went above and beyond with the replacement, replacing parts that I thought were fine. His crew is great! Nice guys, very competent , helpful and patient with all my questions! Matt is very knowledgeable and runs a great outfit! I definitely plan on using him again!
1 year agoMy experience with Topp Plumbing & Heating were exceptional! Both Jon and Jeremiah were the most friendly and personable guys to get the job done. They were professional and expedient. They installed a gas fireplace stove and pipe and it works perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the customer service they provided and would refer them to anyone. They are actually now going to be doing another job for me. Topp's comes highly recommended and give them 5 stars!!
1 year agoMatt has been our go to plumber for fifteen years. When we had a problem with our boiler on Christmas Eve, Matt came to our house and fixed the problem. This week, we discovered we had a leak which turned out to be a major problem. Matt and Tino spent days trying to locate a pinprick in a pipe before successfully fixing the problem. It was a complex job as the leak was in our slab. Matt is so honest, so skilled, so friendly. He and Tino are awesome.
1 year agoRoadrunner Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing
27482 E Frontage Rd, Santa Fe, NM 87508, USA
(505) 473-9000We had Roadrunner take care of a number of issues with my Mom's home in New Mexico: The house needed a new main shutoff valve put in an easier spot to reach; a new hot water heater and a revised recirculation line (with a pump) going from the back of the house to the front. In addition, we needed to get rid of a now defuct 400lb solar hot water tank in a front closet (see pictures). The Roadrunner plumbers, Tommy T and Justin M, were efficient and courteous, and were also sleuths of a sort, sorting out previous plumbing work. They discovered that the old cast Iron sewer line had major cracks (and leaks) and they replaced that, too. As you can imagine the expense for all this was substantial, but now we have the house's plumbing dialed in for another decade and my mom can get hot water to her kitchen sink much faster. I would recommend these guys.
9 months agoIn early September, 2025 we decided to have Roadrunner AC,Heat, & Plumbing install a mini-split heating and cooling unit in our open floor plan living area in our cabin in Angel Fire NM. We worked out an installation date when we would be here and the staff did an exceptionally professional job in the installation and clean-up. We were very impressed with the entire process from Tim coming to the cabin to evaluate our needs to the actual installation by Joel and his team. When we arrived at the cabin a few days before the scheduled mini-split installation we noticed that we did not have any hot water and determined our boiler unit was leaking and the display was on, "the red screen of death"! We tried for a couple of days to get a local HVAC company to evaluate what we needed and could not receive a call back from anyone! I recalled the info I had seen on the Roadrunner website regarding boiler installation and maintenance so thought I would see if they would call me back. AND THEY DID!!! Justin called me back on a late Friday afternoon and we did a FaceTime call where I could show him what we were dealing with. He was able to correctly identify the problem and give us the bad news that the unit would need to be replaced. He worked up a proposal and we accepted the proposal the next day. Installation dates were not favorable to our need to get hot water and heat to our cabin. Luckily, on Monday evening we received a text from Justin letting us know they had a cancellation for tomorrow, Tuesday, September 16, 2025. We jumped on the opportunity!!! The installation is usually a two day installation but understanding our need to get heat and hot water, and their desire to get back to their homes in Sante Fe, both Justin and Reuben worked until around 8 pm that evening to get the installation completed in 1 day AND to our satisfaction. Never once did they complain when this old man was looking over their shoulders trying to understand what they were doing! Professionals all-day long just like everyone we have had the pleasure of working with at Roadrunner. I would recommend Roadrunner Air Conditioning Heating & Plumbing to anyone interested in dealing with exceptional quality and professionalism. Great people. And I can't forget to give kudos to Michaela who coordinated all of these moving parts to perfection!!! Another star at Roadrunner. Blessings to all, Dane & Kathy Williams Angel Fire NM
8 months agoReliable and efficient. These are the 2 words I'd choose to describe Roadrunner's Maintenance Program. Two words for the technicians, Gus and Mauri, who performed the work: friendly and knowledgeable. From a quick booking process to scheduling timely service to actually having the work done, I have nothing but good things to say about Roadrunner. My mini-split system is humming away and happy again.
3 months agoProfessional Drain Cleaning in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Santa Fe's unique blend of historic adobe architecture and modern high-desert living requires a specialized approach to plumbing maintenance. Whether you are dealing with a backup in a historic home near the Plaza or a slow drain in a newer development off Cerrillos Road, finding a reliable plumber shouldn't be a game of phone tag.
Our service revolutionizes the way Santa Fe residents handle plumbing emergencies. We scan our extensive network of local, certified plumbers and filter them specifically by your zip code. Most importantly, we actually call them to confirm they have the equipment and the schedule to solve your specific drain issue today. You skip the frustration of reaching out to busy shops and get straight to a verified solution.
Common Drain Issues in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Hard Water Mineral Scaling: Santa Fe's water is notoriously high in mineral content. Over time, calcium and magnesium build up inside your pipes, narrowing the passage and causing persistent slow drains that standard store-bought cleaners simply cannot dissolve.
Historic Adobe Plumbing: Many homes in the East Side or near the Railyard feature aging clay or cast-iron pipes. These systems are delicate and prone to structural issues or unique venting problems that require a plumber experienced with Santa Fe's historic building methods.
Thirsty Tree Root Intrusion: In our arid high-desert climate, the roots of cottonwoods, elms, and piñons will travel long distances to find moisture. Small cracks in your sewer line act as a beacon, leading to massive root blockages that require professional mechanical clearing or hydro-jetting.
Temperature-Related Grease Clogs: During Santa Fe’s cold winter nights, fats and oils poured down the sink solidify almost instantly once they hit the underground pipes. This creates 'fatbergs' that can completely seize up your kitchen drainage system during the coldest months of the year.
Seasonal Drain Maintenance Tips for Santa Fe, New Mexico
Spring Maintenance: As the snow melts off the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, ensure your outdoor drainage basins are clear of desert sand and debris to prevent localized flooding around your foundation.
Summer Readiness: High-use periods during Santa Fe's peak tourist season can strain older plumbing. If you manage a short-term rental or host guests, consider a preventative drain snaking to avoid an embarrassing mid-summer backup.
Autumn Preparation: Before the first hard freeze, disconnect all garden hoses. Frozen exterior pipes can cause pressure fluctuations that lead to indoor drain gurgling or unexpected leaks in your secondary lines.
Winter Care: Keep your drains flowing by never pouring grease down the sink, especially in winter. Because the ground temperature in Northern New Mexico drops significantly, even small amounts of fat can cause a total blockage in your main line.
Average Drain Cleaning Costs in Santa Fe, New Mexico
Prices in Santa Fe vary based on the severity of the blockage, the age of the pipes, and whether advanced tools like sewer cameras or high-pressure hydro-jetting are required to clear the line.
