I've been using Roto-Rooter for the past 4-5 years to unclog drains and bathrooms at the church that I go to. When I first called them it was to figure out why the one bathroom kept clogging up and other plumbers couldn't figure it out. Dylan came out and was able to finally diagnose the problem and offered a solution that has worked well over the years. Some might think that as a nationwide company their pricing would be higher than locals but that hasn't been my experience. If you want it done right the first time call Roto-Rooter!

Had a plugged sink drain I couldn’t get unclogged with my 20 ft snake. Called this company and they were here in 20 minutes! They got the job done in no time. Took 30 ft of their commercial snake. Then I asked if they could install my new sink and faucet which I was about to attempt myself. No problem said their technician Isaiah. He had the whole job including unclogging the drain done in 2 hours at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and polite young man. Will ask for him for any future plumbing needs.

The guy that came out to snake my drains assured me that if I had problems they would come back out and fix the problem. Well that was a lie! 🤬. I had service done on 6/29. My toilets are backing up. My washer flooded this weekend. I paid $165 to have this done! I call and they say we can send someone but it’s gonna cost $$$$ 165.00 again. This is not fair, how can you do this? I trusted you to fix the problem and you made it worse. Thanks for nothing. I gave you my hard earned money to be treated like I’m nothing

We were truly lucky to find Hartford Plumbing. The problem at our house was no easy/quick fix that any technician could have solve. These gentlemen had to break concrete, dig up dirt, remove walls, remove a window, remove carpet, dig some more and remove all the broken, rusty, or altogether missing cast iron pipes. It was a 4 month ordeal but they were so professional and knowledgeable about their profession that it went smoothly. I highly recommend them for any type of plumbing issue, because if they fixed our whole piping problem there is no issue they can't fix!

Justin just left after doing a first-class job. Replacing a bathroom faucet is something I would have done, but arthritis makes it impossible for me now. He worked efficiently and expertly. He left no mess — got to applaud a man who cleans up after himself. He was polite and friendly. He explained the cost ahead of the installation, making sure I was all right with the price before he did the work. I give him a 5-Star rating. Besides installing the faucet I bought from Loews, he also replaced 30-year-old supply valves, which were corroded by our wonderful, calcium-rich water. I'm a happy homeowner tonight. Having issues with our tankless water heater, Sun City sent their guys out right away. Brian and Anthony came out first to evaluate the issue, determined that a new heater was needed, and clearly explained the problem. Ryan and Anthony made quick work of the replacement job. We had a non-issue after the installation (my fault), and Aaron came out for the quick fix. Kudos to the team and also to Crystal for providing a fantastic customer experience (friendly, punctual, neat) and high-quality work.

Brian was absolutely the best. I was having a terrible leaking problem with my Kinetico Water Softener. I called Sun City, whom I was familiar with having gotten my HVAC from them. It was late on a Friday night. I was left with the thought of turning off the water to the house and going to a hotel for the weekend, or taking a chance with Sun City. Brian returned my call within three minutes. He came out to the house late, late Friday night, helped fix the leak quickly. After talking to Brian, I decided to have my Kinetico system and its leaks replaced. Brian was there in the morning on Saturday and shortly thereafter I had a brand new Aqua Systems Water Softener. It's so much better. Brian, measured my water softness, tested water pressure, showed me how everything worked in the system, and impressed upon me that Sun City is family owned and that they would always be there for me if ever needed. Which has also been the case with my HVAC. It was a great experience. Brian was fantastic.

This company came to my home for a Warranty Claim; the tech found the problem and told my wife he needed to go get a wax ring to fix the toilet. This was around 9am. My wife instructed the tech that she had a prior engagement at noon, but the tech advised her he would be right back. Two and a half hours later he still had no returned, I called the office to find the status and was told my warranty company didn't approve the claim so they would not be coming back. This sort of upset because why didn't they tell us the claim had been denied and that they would not return, instead they just left us waiting. Now we all know that their time is more precious than ours because they have you sit and wait for them to arrive in a 4-hour window but to say you will be right back and never return is just unprofessional. I called the office and asked why didn't tell us the price so they could just install the seal, we could have paid them directly, the representative stated he would ask the tech the price and get back to us that was 3 days ago. We have called a professional service out to fix the problem 'If you value your time and honest work, don't use this company. As a Veteran we pride ourselves on integrity, well it appears this company has none, avoid at all costs would be my recommendation by experience.

I can't say enough about the service I received!!! I had a plumbing emergency. I contacted Gustavo after being recommended to him. We spoke, set up a time and he came out and he was able to find the problem very quickly. He showed & explained the cause of the issue and I'm very appreciative of him and son. Called to get a small leak to the water heater fixed and they did a great job replacing the ball valve. But I got a bonus... while here, Joel also reinstalled the gas line to my newish stove so I could move it closer to the wall. I couldn't be happier.

I am grateful for his work. Whether it's some regular yearly work or an emergency, he is usually ready and available for whatever I need. If not immediately, then within a few days. He is not cheap but you get what you pay for. He takes his work very seriously.

Needed a plumber ASAP on a Sunday. Most everyone is closed but Miguel came out and fixed us right up. Even though it was the weekend Miguel didn't charge us an arm and a leg. Quality work and dependable. I'll be using him again as my go to guy for plumbing.

We had a plumbing emergency on a Friday afternoon. After calling several other companies and being turned away, we called Las Cruces City Plumbers. They were ready and eager to assist. They arrived promptly and completed the job quickly - within 30 minutes! I recommend giving them a call. We found them to be knowledgeable, reliable, and timely.

You call this place and it says 24 hrs and put in my zip code which is literally it the center of Las Cruces and the automated system says there is not an available plumber in my area. Well if the company can’t find a plumber in the city the company is named After then I don’t have much confidence in them finding a leak in my home either.

Office staff is slow to respond to any major issues with the units. No notices posted prior to any construction. No grounds crew to keep property at "curb appeal" and owners don't even live in the same state.

These guys showed up same day and fixed a difficult bathtub faucet that would not turn off. Their price was VERY reasonable and I will be calling for their good help exclusively when needed. The las time I had the other shower faucet fixed the plumbing company had to take a shelf out of a linen closet next to the shower and go through the wall to fix the faucet… Considering JJs (Jose and JJ both came out to the house) fix-simply replacing the cartridge in the damn faucet - I hope the other plumber didn’t rip me off, because that bill was close to a thousand dollars. So, use JJ! Honest, quick response, don’t look for ways to increase your bill, they keep the cost down and do good work. My Cost? $220. Thanks, JJ Plumbing.

Absolutely, love these guys! I Had them come out to install a mini split Hvac. Brian was so helpful! Was able to answer all my questions, installed and cleaned up like they were never there. They Stayed behind to show me how to use and clean the assembly correctly. I have never had a service care so much about thier customers and not just the job itself. It felt like having friends over, not like just salesman wanting my money. These are service men who actually care about the customers. 100% recommending to Everyone! Oh and the HVAC is absolutely amazing! Totally worth it and thinking about maybe even getting other one for the garage. I will never use another company!
