We had a slow drain on our washing machine and the technician, Ismael Davis, did an amazing job to ensure that the clog was completely eliminated. Mr. Davis was very professional, thorough, and even cleaned up the area afterwards. We would highly recommend Zoom Drain based on this experience!!

Zoom Drain saved the day. I woke up this morning to sewage backing up in my toilet and was on the verge of tears. We were just getting ready to move out of our house. Michael at Zoom Drain assured me they’d have someone out there right away. Within an hour and a half, Trevyn came to assess the situation and cleared the blockage in no time. The price was very reasonable! Later the same day, our toilet started to back up again, so the blockage wasn’t 100% cleared. I called Michael back and he immediately sent Ismael out, arriving in less than 45 min. He fixed it right up with the hydro-jet and didn’t even charge me. My toilets are working great again. I couldn’t be more impressed. I’d highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

I found Zoom Drain after 2 other companies were unsuccessful in clearing a clog in my sewer main line. The other companies said I would need to replace my sewer line to the street and undergo a major excavation project that would cost thousands of dollars. Also a few other companies couldn't get me on the schedule for multiple days. When i called Zoom I immediately could tell the employee on the phone was knowledgeable and he was able to get me on the schedule that day! When Ismael Davis arrived he immediately got to work assessing the situation and provided options including hydrojetting which was the first I had heard about this option. After hydrojetting the line twice and confirming the line was clear with the camera Ismael had my line to the sewer completely clear! Also he went into the crawl space and confirmed my pipe was cast iron and was in good shape and not in need of a full line replacement. Thank you Zoom and Ismael both are highly recommended!

I called first thing in the AM and scheduled an appointment for same day service. Enrique showed up in 1 hour. He was professional, patient, experienced, knowledgeable, and all around AMAZING. He answered every question and provided valuable insight into why my drains were clogged. The main drain line to street clogged. Nothing draining in house. Enrique & Valentino were able to "snake" it out. Then made sure everything was draining properly. They were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and offered advice for a camera inspection as this continues to happen. The company also sends text of what tech is coming with picture & some info on tech. Great experience! Highly recommend company. The price was reasonable .

On July 28th I called a web site for a plumber at 6:45 am and at 7::02 James called me. I told him my problem and we made a appointment fir 2:00 the same day James arrived zI showed him the clogged area in the kitchen and he went right to work. He was done unclogging the drain in a very short time no mess perfect customer service and very fair price. I have found my forever plumbing company . Poor customer service !!!!! Disappointed again by action plumbing they've come out on two different occasions The first time I showed up after a week waiting for them they showed up with broken equipment the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing very indecisive and don't believe the hype about the drain clearing for 29 or 49 That's just to give me a come on The owner Addison is extremely rude I would never ever recommend anybody going to this individual for any type of repair not unless you want to be insulted I'm disabled man there's been waiting over 10 days for them to come through they said that they arrived I'm a residence knocking and banging which is lie I'm disabled I'm not deaf they really didn't want to proceed with any type ofRepair and I'm going to be sure to report them to disabled American society they left me without water running water plumbing or any of that facility with no excuse for 10 days and then they yelled at me and my son

I can't recommend this plumber enough! I needed my toilet replaced like yesterday but Addison came out today (same day) and installed a new perfectly working toilet for like $400 less than what tlc quoted me. Excellent job!

Our boiler said exhaust blockage I used Grok it said Fist Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling Inc. was a certified Navien repair company. Technician Saul Prieto called back the same morning. He had the boiler up and running in time for us to get to work. Highly recommend this company and friendly staff!

Phil came to my house today to do the seasonal maintenance of our heating system. He was very respectful, asked me if we were having any issues and addressed my concerns with clear explainations. After he did his thing he showed me a few things that could have further maintenance or be replaced. The company has created some money-saving bundles for common maintenance needs that are also very helpful. He was not pushy about agreeing to those fixes immediately and was happy for me to discuss them with my husband before deciding. This was a great experience overall. I had to have a complete new boiler system installed to replace the broken out of code dangerous one I had. Donavan the tech was very professional in assessing the problem. He provided me with the information I needed to make the right decision. He and Oscar came and worked in removing the old unit, then installing the new one. Again, very kind, professional men. Cleaned up as they worked each day. Donavan explained in detail how the system works, what to look for if there's a problem in the future. I would highly recommend these two men, and the company definitely. My heater has been working well in heating my home!

Had a clogged tub and called another plumber that did not fix it and wanted more money, so my Landlord called Albuquerque Sewer and they came out in a few hours and fixed the clogged. I will use them again should I have anymore plumbing problems. Won't use the plumber that has a 7 in there name again.

Amazing service and amazing price. I own and manage 9 different apartment buildings and use him for all of them. I had a sewer emergency and the owner came out personally and they started replacing it the next business day. He charged half what I would have expected for the work and did a great job. He finished the project one fifth of the time I would have considered reasonable. Use this guy.

Plumbing express saved the day. They found a screw that the roofer put in the electrical conduit. They showed up fast and ran an extension cord to my refrigerator so my food wouldn’t spoil. They located the problem in the wall and used tarps to protect my furniture. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Will definitely use again

We had tree roots growing under the floor affecting 2 toilets. After a camera showed extensive damage, Zach explained in detail what the repair would entail. The floor was jack hammered and the pipes were repaired in 2 days. A solution was found so they did not have to rip up the floor in the other bathroom. Jesus , Zach and a few more team members did a fantastic job. They removed tiles along a grout line and poured a concrete subfloor in such a way that replacing new tiles was fairly easy. Communication was excellent throughout the job. Thank you guys!

Very professional installation. Arrived within minutes of scheduled appointment. Final price was several thousand below their competition. For a water heater installation, that says something. Brought our heater installation "up-to-code" which was interesting. Our system wasn't up to code from the day it was installed 30 years ago. Maybe the code has been updated. Our water heater is strapped in tighter than a baby in a new car seat. Bottom line, I highly recommend TLC. We have used them on various water line leaks over the past few years and will continue to use them when we future water of HVAC issues.
