Jacob was awesome! Very polite and courteous and respectful, explained everything to us and was a very pleasant person to work with. You guys were able to come out same day of my call, communicated when you were headed this way and we're prompt and able to replace my toilet within a few hours. I am very happy with my experience with M & R and with Jacob, and will be letting others know about the quality of service and technicians! The technician that came out was very helpful. He helped me locate the leak in an older tub and shower combo. We discussed the fix, and he quoted the fix and explained other alternatives along with preventative maintenance that I may need on my plumbing system. He also took a quick look and my radiant hot water home heating system and recommended a maintenance routine. He seemed very knowledgeable and well trained. I like how he gave multiple options on each thing I needed fixed. He was very polite and professional for the entire visit.

M&R came out twice, once for a water softener issue and the other for an HVAC issue. Both teams that came out were wonderful. They addressed our concerns and answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided us with the information needed to make informed decisions. Excellent service and excellent staff. I highly recommend them.

Backed up bathroom sink, so I called. Man came out and unclogged. Didn't clean up after himself but unclogged. Within a week, toilet flooding (assume he didn't check line). It took nearly a month to get toilet and line fixed since they couldn't figure out where problem was. I'm a senior citizen and was without any water drainage for weeks. I could run water in a bucket and dump outside. After they "fixed" I noticed black all over walls, hole in wall behind toilet, and my new tub (less than a year old) cracked and chipped.

Did a very poor job, couldn’t even get the vent hose level. Left trash on the property. Cut corners so he didn’t have to do as much work. Took forever to even come out. Mismeasured the toilet and cut the hole in my floor at the wrong spot. Said he’d be back out in a week to fix it and he came back after 2 weeks after I constantly texted him. Price was not fair for the type of work he performed. Go with someone more reputable.

I highly recommend this company. I was having issues with my water heater . I called multiple places and they were trying to charge me for a diagnostics fee. I called B & D plumbing and heating. they answer the phone right away and made arrangements on their schedule to come and help me the following day. They came out first thing in the morning and got the issue resolved With no hesitation. I am Beyond blessed that I had the opportunity to work with this company! I had excellent customer service here. I made an apt called them the day of that I could not expose my septic cuz the ground was just too hard. I waited till the weather was warmer and softened the ground then called them on a Monday to make a new apt. And they got here within an hr. I had the issues of my lid handles were broken and I couldn't open the lid. They sent out a guy, Isaiah i believe was his name, who worked for 30 min trying to open the lid. He didn't quit till he got it done. He was very polite and professional. I know his job can't be easy to do. But he works hard for this company. And I appreciate all his help! ( I hope I have the right name of the guy. ) Thanks again!!!!!

Roto-Rooter I will definitely recommend from here on out. I called so many places and Roto-Rooter were the only ones to help us pump our septic tank, very reasonable price, and very friendly and helpful.. the gentleman who came gave us some very helpful recommendations as well. Thank you!!

Unexpected issues in a new rental property had us in some bad shape over the weekend. Christian and Gage came out Saturday morning, fixed The clog quickly and explained potential problems or causes, and we were all cleared up within 20 minutes. They were friendly and professional and I hope I don't need their services anytime soon but they'd be my first call.

These guys did a great job after I had another plumber mess up a tankless water heater installation. They came out the day I called. The following morning, they were here as agreed and removed the previous mess and installed everything cleanly and correctly and in 5 hrs time! Platinum Plumbing has been so professional to work with. They were very responsive to repair leaks during our remodel. They came back later to take care of other plumbing needs we had to add a second sink in our mater bathroom. The tools that were used to identify our in floor heating pipes put my mind at ease as they took out the old and put in a new drain for our walk in shower. We chose to abandon a tub in order to install a second sink. The guys with Platinum Plumbing are just amazing in their ability to work a challenging task and complete it in a short amount of time. Brian was great to work with and really knows how to work with copper pipe.

I was without hot water for 2.5 weeks because of another company. I called Platinum Plumbing and Jason was at my house the same day and he was able to get everything squared away in 2 days with an upgrade from the standard tanked to tankless. I will definitely call them again anytime I have a problem and they are definitely worth recommending to those around me.

Called Platinum Plumbing for an after hours emergency!! Jason was extremely easy to talk with, as I explained my issue. He had Chandler at my house within 30 minutes. Chandler had my issue taken care of within an hour and was very professional and respectful. Thank you all for your professionalism and expertise. We had an emergency and Jason got here very quick. Helped us dig out some septic tank covers in the sweltering heat. Educated us on how to properly take care of a septic system, which we did not know anything about. Diagnosed the problem. Told us what parts to replace. Him and his wife were very nice people and I highly recommend trying their business out.

Jason and his workers are hard working and get the job done. We changed out all of our shut off valves in park and 2 underground leaks were detected. Jason and his crew worked tirelessly into the night making necessary repairs so park could have water. We will be using CMS exclusively for our plumbing and sewage issues going forward.
