They were able to come out to Seminole on a Sunday to help us with a major clog. The guys that came out were very knowledgeable and respected our home. They definitely helped us when we were in a bind. If we ever end up needing to call someone for plumbing needs we will be giving them a call a guy.

Replaced my pressure tank to my water well with all new components. And then upon final check, went back and re worked & replaced a coupling. So it wouldn't have clogging issues.

I’ve never dealt with a worst company. Was charged over a grand for two small holes dug and parts not even worth $100 all together, even connected to the sewer. Owner did not bother to fix or work on getting a resolution for the issue. Nor did he bother to give receipt of how labor and parts were charged. I watched his worker on cameras stand around for hours. He also blamed that someone would of dug up the clean out and taken not both but one boot on the pipe and put it unconnected back in the ground. What a shame when your own worker comes back and even says he wouldn’t pay for the work that was done.

Diego and his crew did a tremendous & fast job at our home. I had called 2 companies prior to calling him, and they gave me 1 option. I also didn't do any deep looks under the home. I called MO Plumbing for a 3rd opinion, and he scheduled me the same day to do an estimate. Right away, he offered to look under our home and gave me a different solution that was less expensive. He had great communication throughout the whole job and was great at explaining himself. He works around your schedule and is very patient & understanding. The job was done well and fast.

Must say, they were great. From the initial call; reception was courteous and scheduled the home visit for the following day. The plumbers called me while on their way and gave me an ETA which was very helpful. Once they arrived, they patiently listened to my issues ( which were around 4!!!) , started to work, kept me up to date on the progress, verified that the issue was resolved and got the job done in a timely manner. I was referred to them by AHS and I’m glad they did as the first referral a few days before was done to another plumbing company that had no communication (they never called me to schedule visit, therefore I asked AHS to change Co.). I would recommend M&M Plumbing Services and would definitely use them again if needed. Their professionalism, timeliness in the home visit and time in which job was completed was awesome. I think that plumbing issues are one that customers appreciate prompt response time and good work ethics, and M&M Plumbing delivered just that.

We had to have a hot water valve replaced under the sink. Mr. Elam made sure everything was completed before leaving. He let me know what he was doing to replace the valve and made sure there were no leaks. He was very professional and polite to my wife and I. Upon the completion of the job, he made sure everything was all picked and cleaned. Furthermore the cost of the job was very reasonable for our budget. Trust the other 1-star reviews. This company does not show up when scheduled. My wife setup an appointment to have our heat pump serviced on Monday and they said they could be out Friday. I took off work to be at home Friday loosing out on a whole days pay and they never showed up. We called twice on Friday and we're told they would call us back but no return call was made. To pour salt in the wound I wake up Saturday morning to them doing a unit install at my next door neighbor house. UPDATE! The following Monday the owner of the company called my wife to apologize. They sent out a crew the next hour and made it right. Not only did they fix the unit they also did a service inspection. The work was good quality.

The reason for my review is this. I have a customer who is an elderly man, he hired you to install a simple water filter that he himself already bought. He was charged 1300 dollars for this. Being a kind man he paid your bill. He has tried contacting you regarding this overbilling with no reply. Stop ripping off your customers 😒

Good pricing and generally good work on the actual plumbing stuff. However the sealant they used on my roof is inadequate and has caused multiple leaks. The one I knew about, they attempted to fix 3 times. I finally got up on my roof for myself and found that the sealant they used pulled away from the pipes and left cracks for water to enter my ceiling. This problem is evident in their most recent work as well as from work competed before we purchased the house. I don't even want to know how much water damage there is.
