Expert Drain Cleaning in Roswell, New Mexico

Got a sewer line replaced a few years back when I first bought my house in 2020. Super easy to deal with and just last week had them change out a faucet in the backyard. Rates were reasonable and they were quick as well as professional. They do big and small jobs as well as take care of the town. They are my go to for plumbing.

Over $1000 to install cleanouts so i will be able clear out my sinks and to fix a leak outside. A week later the leak outside is back in full swing. Come back and charge me $400 for the leak and the cleanouts apparently do nothing with backed up sinks. Don't make my mistake.

I called 6 different places trying to get someone out on an emergency, they showed up quick and I paid less than I expected! Good people! Highly recommend!

My HVAC went out during the worst time possible time during the coldest time we have experienced this year. Called RPM and they came out right away. We had to end up replacing my entire system. RPM worked with me on all possible options to include financing. Everything was replaced within in a week and we now see how our old system did not work efficiently even before it went out. The replacement system is outstanding! I highly recommend RPM and wouldn't use any other company for my HVAC needs.

I reached out to RPM for a problem I had with my tankless hot water heater and they were able to come out the next day to fix the problem. This is something to be said because I live in Corona, NM which is over a 100 miles away from Roswell. Hannah and her husband Zack were both prompt, courteous and knowledgeable regarding the issue! They do good work. Make sure when they give you a quote that they tell you if it is a set price or not. We were charged for four hours when it took an hour. Did not find out until I called the next day to ask for a break down of all charges, that the job was a set price rather an hour or more because some jobs take 3 hours or more.

I just moved to Roswell about a month ago. After buying the home, I discovered that there was almost no water pressure in the bath tub and there was a slow leak behind the toilet. Also, a non-working water conditioner needed to be removed and capped. Alpha Plumbing came highly recommended by the gas plumbers, who installed pipes for my central heat & air. My home was built in 1930 and the water here is VERY HARD with high deposits of calcium and lime. These guys easily could have told me pipes needed replacing due to the age of the house and the hard water. Thank God for their honesty, expertise and hard work. They literally saved me hundreds of dollars by cleaning out and repairing the real problems. The guys arrived EARLY and went to work right away. They removed the water conditioner and bypassed it to make installing a new one (later) a less expensive job. My bath tub faucet was completely disassembled and the pipe behind the fixture was chiseled out, sanded and cleaned. All the tiny parts in the faucet were cleared of minerals and debris too. The leak behind the toilet was an easier fix and they had the parts on hand. It is amazing how professional and efficient these guys are! Now, there is INCREDIBLE water pressure in my bathroom and my water bill is now reasonable. It would take a pound of Crisco and a crowbar to pry me off as a customer!

Called to have our patio around pool extended. Mr Metcalf came and measured and supplied us with a quote which we thought was a fair price so we hired him. He told us it would be about 3 weeks which we were ok with. 5 weeks went by and we hadn’t heard from them so I called and he told me they were so far behind and he didn’t know WHEN they could get to it. I said, I thought I was on your schedule and he didn’t reply. Never heard from them again. So I waited over a month for them to just drop the ball. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!

I contacted this place because of the reviews; won't be doing that ever again. First off I called off of work in order to be at home when metcalf arrived. Jerry told me he'd be here in the afternoon either between 11am- 3pm. Well it was 4 and still no sign. Called the company to ask if they were even coming they weren't even sure they had me scheduled was what I was told and finally Jerry arrived at 5:17. Jerry entered my home and you could tell he didn't even want to be here. Didn't even stay 30minutes and charged me $165, didn't find the problem and didn't even try! DO NOT RECOMMEND! will NEVER contact them again.

Jerry has come out everytime I have had a plumbing issue. He has had to crawl under the house and maneuver around appliances. He us the only plumber I will do business with. He is fair, honest and reliable.
