I called Master Plumbing for back-up problems I was having in the master bedroom shower and toilet. The service technician, Adam, was very polite and professional. He was on-time and did a thorough job scoping the pipes with a camera and finding the source of the problem. He recommended replacing the toilet, which was a low-end brand subject to clogging and flushing problems. I've had so many problems with the plumbing in my house that I decided to go ahead with the replacement. The new toilet is a "higher-end" brand and has been working great. Adam was terrific in emailing the video of the piping underneath my house. He also explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. My only note - Master Plumbing is not the least expensive plumber in the area. They are more expensive than the previous plumber I used, but Adam did a great job!

I had a really great experience working with Master Plumbing on a septic pump-out and fitting a new septic riser and lid. Mark and Makayla, the service management team, were fantastic to work with in figuring out some questions I had on the septic system. Anthony, who did the pumping, was on time and great to work with. I called master plumbing to come to my rescue As I had issues with my tub, my toilet and my other bathroom. Colton T. and Chris T. came to my house they were both very friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and very professional. Colton T. did a complete assessment of my problem and an estimate to fix the problems. He’s thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. Colton T. also arranged for Chris T. to come that same day to pump out my septic tank to complete the job. Chris T. explain to me everything he was doing and how to keep my septic tank healthy. Colton T. made me another appointment for the next business day so he could come to repair one of my toilets and to clean my drains of clogs in both of my bathrooms.

I walked into the workplace after spotting it from a distance. Jeremy arrived within the allotted time frame of the scheduled appointment. Unclogged my toilet after I accidentally flushed a cloth down it and provided me with up-front pricing. I'd rather not discuss the specifics of the service or the final cost, but I can confirm that I was indeed charged exactly what he estimated. A plumber I've used before wants to put in a 5-hole faucet set that I put in myself in under half an hour. The company was not of that nature. I was able to save money compared to my expectations, which will lead to continued business with them. Clayton conducted my repair, informed me of his findings, and walked me through the procedure. I feel like I wasn't overcharged, given the time and effort involved and the final price.

We had a new water filtration system installed by the plumbing team. I was also guided through filter maintenance by the plumber. The taste of water has greatly improved. They worked quickly and with professionalism. I heartily suggest these.

A plumber from Boise Plumbing came to my house within three hours of my online request for service, and he arrived within the hour. The leak was repaired proficiently and promptly. It was a bit pricey to get the leak fixed (when compared to just buying the necessary parts and doing it yourself). Considering that I would still have bad water if I tried to fix it myself due to problems the internet didn't warn me about, I think the money was well spent. They also do a yearly check for leaky faucets and cleanse the water heater. So far, I'm glad I went with Boise Plumbing to take care of my piping needs.

Had an overflowing toilet on a SATURDAY! So they told me up front there would be an emergency charge on top of the work fee. We approved. Wanted someone out fast, and called a couple plumbing companies and didn't get the time I wanted. Called Cloverdale Plumbing, first time using them and they could be out quickly. Josiah and Austin were great, and very courteous and professional. Diagnosed the problem right away and cleared the sewer drain and everything is working great. Will use them again.

I'd highly recommend McDaniel Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. They are professional, polite, and responsive. Very friendly crew. I've had them repair a separated under sink drain line and switch out multiple plumbing fixtures throughout the house. They also made some changes to my hot water heater and gave some recommendations for care and maintenance. Taking on your own repairs isn't recommended unless you really know what you're doing. Professional repair and installation goes a long way in terms of longevity.

I had a slow water main leak next to some 50+y.o. silver maples. Original ~60 y.o galvanized pipe. Evident by a spongy spot in the lawn before I did irrigation start up for the year. Called McDaniel on a Friday and Chris was out to look and give me a quote one the following Monday. 1st impression was great and gave them the go ahead to schedule the work. Chris and his team was right on time and got to work right away. The job was digging about 3-4' down and ~20' long. The excavation was not easy. Witnessed as this was right outside my office window. Battling many roots (which they dug under three of biggest to preserve the tree) They took great care preserving the adjacent lawn by putting Vis-queen down for the few yards of dirt that was unearthed and plywood for the excavator tracks. If it wasn't for the filled in trench, you'd never know i had a water main replaced. They also replaced my 30 y.o. blowback preventor. I can't say enough good things about McDaniel Plumbing and the entire crew that worked on my repair. I feel, you should always get more than one quote when doing large projects such as these. So you can gauge what others charge for the same work. I called three plumbing outfits and McDaniel was the clear choice for cost and quality.

Chris and his crew were professional, fast and efficient. They replaced all our galvanized pipes in two days- including having to drill through concrete and crawl through a very tight, claustrophobic tunnel. They’ve done other repair for us in the past. They are our go-to plumbers.

Called IdaPros for a water heater flush. They found a leak which I was unaware of and repaired it during the service call. Tyler did a great job and his work was very clean. Oh yeah, did I mention it was same day service? I called to ask about the water heater flush and they arrived about 2 hrs later. Highly recommend these guys!

Kyle V. installed a new water heater for me. He is kind, capable, personable and helpful. He explained how to drain and restart, how to adjust the temperature. He made sure everything was clean when he left. I'd recommend him to anyone needing plumbing repair/replacements.

Kyle at Master Plumbing is fantastic. He was sent out today to do the final part of a water repair incident caught two months ago also by Master Plumbing. Not only was Kyle prompt and on time, he gave me a heads up when he was on the way. I asked for a little extra to be done while he was here (replacing a shark bite fitting another company installed) and without hesitation he made a trip to the store and got the exact pieces i was needing. The work he did was spot on. Both my water heater and softener have been reinstalled on the platform they originally were on. With the leak, I ended up buying a new water softener and Kyle helped transfer some of the top layer of salt to the new unit from the old one until i can pick up more salt. He did a great job also securing the drain lines for the Water softener and Heater. I am also able to actually reach my main water shut off valve behind the unit now with the placement he did for the units. He also was able to take my old water softener to dispose of.
