Had a kitchen sink drain line that was clogged. They snaked it and in under a hour had it draining again. Friendly knowledgeable service. We’re quick and did a great job. They laid down a tarp used shoe covers and were very respectful. Would definitely use again.

I cannot recommend Advantaserv enough. The communication was more than I have ever had on a fairly large emergency job for a water line. I knew what was going on, what to expect, and realistic timelines. I could not have asked for it to go any smoother. They should be at the top of your list to call for work needing done!

We had an issue with our main sewer line being uncapped downstairs at the basement drain. We weren't quiet sure what the deal was with that as we haven't seen a line to the sewer at one of these drains before. We called and asked for some advice and clarifying questions and these guys were so nice and explained what it was and that we just needed a cap over it. And even recommended that we make sure the main line to drain water was still working right. They were extremely helpful and great on the phone. I would totally call again if we needed them to come to the house!

Knowledgeable plumber, but dishonest estimates. Claimed there was $900 in parts when there is just no way that could be true. Over 400% markup seems pretty offensive. I was able salvage the valve myself and I spent less than $50.

Antonio saved my butt from a flooding basement due to a 19 year old water heater busting and gushing water in the basement, he stopped the flooding very quickly and installed a new high quality water heater in a very short amount of time, I'm impressed! 10/10 will be calling Antonio again when I need future plumbing work done! Excellent service! We had some drain issues, we called them and they just came the same day, with very reasonable price and professional technician. Kyle helped us clear the drain and carefully checked that the pipes were draining well afterward, he also explained all the details. Very patient, knowledgeable, and hardworking. We also had Spencer came before, he is awesome too. We’ll definitely call them again. Highly recommended!

Super impressed by Roto-Rooter of Eastern Idaho. We had some main line issues late on a Friday night, called and was seen in less than 12 hours! Little did the tech know I was 8 1/2 months pregnant and we’d shut off our water to stop the flooding. I could’ve hugged him when he got to our house! Any childbearing woman knows the hassle of overnight bathroom trips, I didn’t want to have to go any longer than I had to. We even took trips to the closest gas station late at night and early in the morning. So happy Roto-Rooter saved us from a weekend of endless “potty break” trips! Great folks to work with and extremely helpful with helping us troubleshoot and resolve the issue!

The technician that completed my garbage disposal replacement deserves a raise. He was excellent. Friendly, Fast, Efficient and no mess. The entire thing took 25 min. Super impressed, even gave him a tip for lunch on me.

I had an on demand water heater and softer installed. A Pro beat out 4 other bids by a wide margin. Service was great and system works flawlessly. In addition, I had a hose bib repaired. Both times A Pro showed up to do work at my house, the technicians were respectful, friendly, competent and efficient. Highly trust and recommend these guys.

I've used A Pro three times now—once for a water heater repair, once for replacing old pipe coming in from the well, and once to install a new garbage disposal. Basement flooded a couple days before Christmas, these guys showed up. I asked for 5 star service and they did deliver 5 stars. It was worth the money. My home is 50 years old and so we did a lot of work. New hot water heater, softener, main line fixes like regulator valve, shut off valve and auto shut off valve cause I don’t need another flooded basement. Reverse osmosis for drinking water and probably more that I don’t remember cause I’m no plumber. I was frustrated at some things and so were they cause it was a lot of work for them and a 30k budget for me. They were professional and delivered the 5 star promise. Will hire again

We had our Water Softener replaced by Sean. We are so very pleased with the installation, his knowledge, his professionalism, thorough service, and his expertise. Sean provided a great completion inspection with us and gave us excellent know how of our new Water Softener and all we need to know about how it works and what to expect. We hired Criterion plumbing to come out and do some work for us. The initial repair led to multiple leaky pipes. We followed up with the company on Monday and Chris came out. He completely fixed both issues we were having. I was impressed with both his service and attentiveness. Thanks Chris!

I can pretty much do any DIY stuff, but I purchased an older mobile home. In process of replacing kitchen faucet, hot water valve would not shut water off entirely. Crawled under home, 😩, no luck. I know when to quit! 😂 Called Cody, he came by soon as he could. Between the two of us we were able to find the main line that in itself was worth his visit. That being said Cody was able to get right in and replace the hot and cold dial is under the sink to new updated valves! Between his response time, great price, friendliness, troubleshooting and repair it was no time at all that I was back in business to finish my job in hand. Thank you sir you made my day!

We hired Ammon Plumbing when our shower dial locked up and only produced super hot water with no cold water. They came out promptly and fixed our shower piping/valve thing in under two hours. They were on time, very reasonable and provided super customer service. I have recommended them to several friends over the last few weeks as I was very happy with them. I will definitely hire them again if the need ever arises.

I've used Idaho Falls Plumbing Company a couple of times in the last few weeks, first for a water heater and water softener install and more recently to reposition some water and drain lines for a total renovation that we're doing on our master bathroom. In all cases, they've been a great company to deal with. Jason in particular has been awesome at communicating, something we've found lacking with some other contractors in the region. When there was something a little tricky to go over, Chad (the owner) came out himself to review what needed to be done. All in all I'm totally satisfied and they are now my go-to plumbers if I need anything done. (Props to Weston and Rick, too!)

These guys quoted me a price of $1500 to $1800 for a leaking shower faucet replacement. I don't have that kind of money as I am on a fixed income. I told them I would get back to them. I called another plumber and he replaced 2 gaskets, 2 springs and stopped the leak. Cost me $40. My advice is get a second opinion.

I had a toilet break 2 days before hosting a large Thanksgiving gathering. They were able to install a new toilet same day! I am very pleased with the work they did.
