I spoke with Dallin and Patty and they were both extremely helpful with setting up my appt in a timely manner, making sure that my needs were addressed and completed without any delays. I called in the morning and Ben, one of their workers, came out a few hours later that same day. High praise is given for their willingness to answer all of my questions and make sure everything was attended to correctly. I moved to Pocatello last month and had drain problems. I called these guys out and was told a specific number for cost - $1,200. When it was all said and done, they hit me with a bill for $4,100. No communication prior to the change. When I spoke with the owner Brandon Hempworth about my displeasure and not wanting to pay this amount which clearly was illegally added to my bill, he threatened me with a lien against my house. Horrible company and cruddy owner. So, when there’s clearly a dispute, you relate to threats to bully payments out of your customers?

Worked with Viking Elite on a emergency sewer service line replacement. Was nothing but impressed. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable and extremely personable. His team delivered a awesome replacement for this sewer line from back of foundation all the way to the city sewer main in a very timely manner. Utilities in the way, these guys deliver!

Washer drain pipe in wall was leaking. When I called Logan Brower, he and Dallyn came over within just a few hours and replaced the old pipe and seals. They are very thorough, explain what needs to be done, and they leave everything neat and clean before they leave. This is the second time I’ve had to call them. The first time was soon after I moved in to this older home and they had to run a camera through the washers drain line to see why water wasn’t draining properly.

All I knew was that the toilet in our vacation rental was badly clogged and wiggled a bit too much for my liking. Turns out it was a busted pipe! Herman went for the simplest fix first, rather than milking it for all it was worth and it worked! We also opted for a new toilet altogether and he was gracious enough to give good advice and even ended up going and picking out and hauling the the toilet for us since I had a car full of kids and was headed out of town. I gave him a price, and he found us the best deal for our money! They installed the toilet right, and left the bathroom cleaner than they found it. Jason was absolute awesome!! He came out and fixed my leaking ceiling so fast. He was super kind and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. He also fixed my toilet that's been making an extreme loud noise through my whole house that another plumber couldn't in less than 10 minutes. He was very reasonably priced as well!
