My sewer was backed up and I couldn't use any water in my house. I called a few places but Plumbing Solutions were going to be the quickest to arrive and on the same day. Drew came out and gave a great price! 1/3 of what I paid 5 years ago when it last backed up so I agreed and they had it done quick. They tested it out and showed a video going down the pipe to show it was now running great. I have a couple dogs and cats which they petted and loved. They were nice and friendly and respectful while here. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them first in the future for any plumbing needs.

Note: To any consumer purchasing a brand new CBH home, please (and I cannot stress this enough) ensure that you have your new home inspected thoroughly before taking ownership to ensure that you run into the same issues! Workers, etc. use the toilets even when the water is not actively running and this can be catastrophic to your investment.

Plumbing Solutions of Idaho was so great to work with. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through it. I really appreciated that. What makes them different from other plumbers is how thorough and respectful they are. It never felt rushed or transactional. The technician was clean, efficient, and left everything looking better than when they arrived. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about doing the job right, not just finishing quickly and moving on. It is hard to find a plumber you can fully trust, and they definitely earned that trust. Five stars without hesitation.

Despite it being the weekend, Gary immediately responded to our call for help with a clogged drain. This is the third time we have needed him, and each time he has promptly fixed our various issues. I called Master Plumbing for back-up problems I was having in the master bedroom shower and toilet. The service technician, Adam, was very polite and professional. He was on-time and did a thorough job scoping the pipes with a camera and finding the source of the problem. He recommended replacing the toilet, which was a low-end brand subject to clogging and flushing problems. I've had so many problems with the plumbing in my house that I decided to go ahead with the replacement. The new toilet is a "higher-end" brand and has been working great. Adam was terrific in emailing the video of the piping underneath my house. He also explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. My only note - Master Plumbing is not the least expensive plumber in the area. They are more expensive than the previous plumber I used, but Adam did a great job!

Jon Crockett was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed the leak, repaired it quickly, and took the time to listen to my other concerns, and offered options for me to consider. I recommend Master Plumbing, the entire team, provides great customer service!

Cliff was great ! Professional, explained his plan and implemented with precision! When finished he removed all of the old pieces and hauled everything away! I would recommend Master Plumbing to anyone needing their services!

We had a backed up septic tank late in the evening, and they came out within 30 minutes of us calling. The tech did a good job and was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm glad I called them and I definitely will in the future!

Joe W did an awesome job! Over and above! Can’t say enough positive things about him! We had some unfortunate problems with PRIOR shoddy plumbing installed when the building was built. It involved leaks into a very angry downstairs neighbor’s bathroom lights. It wasn’t pretty, but Joe worked wonders with the neighbor, the HOA, and us to get it resolved peacefully. We’ll definitely use Master -especially Joe - again!

IdaPros Plumbing and Drains arrived on time, explained the problem clearly, and replaced our toilet quickly. We had a toilet that would refill the tank periodically during the day. There was definitely a leak. It was a goofy designed deal that did not need a std flapper change. They suggested a new, and much better unit & they were right. It works great, reasonably priced & no more making sure to hold down the flush lever while it does its deal! Top notch and friendly team, very efficient. Highly recommend if you need a reliable plumber in the valley.

I don’t know much about plumbing, but Proline Plumbing made everything so easy for me! My water heater wasn’t working, and they were so sweet and patient explaining what was going on in simple terms I could actually understand. They were professional, efficient, and really good at what they do. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was stress-free. I really appreciated how kind and professional they were. I am so pleased that I reached out to A+ Drain Cleaning and Plumbing. Out house in Nampa had exceptionally hard water. We have just dealt with it until now but decided it was time to resolve the problem instead of just dealing. I've had to replace my water heater multiple times because of how much hard water build up there was inside of it. We had a water softener, the softener loop and new water heater installed. The guys from A+ Drain cleaning and plumbing were incredibly friendly and very professional. From the initial quote to finalizing the installation they were very friendly and helped ease any concerns I had about the process. The price was amazing, $2000 less than the next closest bid. I will definitely be using them again in the future for any of my plumbing and/or sewer needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Bad clog and water backup in North End plumbing. Ed and Don saved the day! They were an efficient and cheerful team. I appreciated their updates along the way. They even let me help a little. We had a bad clog halfway between the house and the alley, and the backup is no more. Thanks guys!

I was just with that someone would come today because I only have one bathroom. It seemed that the main line was blocked and needed to be repaired. They came within two hours and completed their work in a timely fashion and did not make a mess at all, I was extremely pleased.!! Definitely would use again or recommend.

Kyle at Master Plumbing is fantastic. He was sent out today to do the final part of a water repair incident caught two months ago also by Master Plumbing. Not only was Kyle prompt and on time, he gave me a heads up when he was on the way. I asked for a little extra to be done while he was here (replacing a shark bite fitting another company installed) and without hesitation he made a trip to the store and got the exact pieces i was needing. The work he did was spot on. Both my water heater and softener have been reinstalled on the platform they originally were on. With the leak, I ended up buying a new water softener and Kyle helped transfer some of the top layer of salt to the new unit from the old one until i can pick up more salt. He did a great job also securing the drain lines for the Water softener and Heater. I am also able to actually reach my main water shut off valve behind the unit now with the placement he did for the units. He also was able to take my old water softener to dispose of. Thank you again Master Plumbing and Kyle, I will be using your services again in the future!

Beacon Plumbing was suppose to be here this morning between 8-10am. Never showed. When I called, they had an emergency and would come by this afternoon (no concern for my time). I said forget it and called Master Plumbing. They came a few hours later and did exceptional work in a very reasonable amount of time. I thought I was going to have to buy a new toilet but they got it working as if brand new. Saved me money and I feel so much better about the whole day. 🙏🏼

I could not be happier with ZPlumbers service, professionalism, efficiency and cost. They installed a new water heater and water purification system and when they quoted me prices they listed out three viable options that would suit my needs. They fully explained the pros and cons of each solution and at no time did I feel pressured to choose. Once I agreed on the type of instillation they returned in less than 12 hours and completed my install. The price was more than fair as they were willing to throw in several discounted items and a couple "while we are here projects. I don't think I'll need to look any further than Z plumbers for all my plumbing needs.
