My sewer was backed up and I couldn't use any water in my house. I called a few places but Plumbing Solutions were going to be the quickest to arrive and on the same day. Drew came out and gave a great price! 1/3 of what I paid 5 years ago when it last backed up so I agreed and they had it done quick. They tested it out and showed a video going down the pipe to show it was now running great. I have a couple dogs and cats which they petted and loved. They were nice and friendly and respectful while here. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them first in the future for any plumbing needs.

Note: To any consumer purchasing a brand new CBH home, please (and I cannot stress this enough) ensure that you have your new home inspected thoroughly before taking ownership to ensure that you run into the same issues! Workers, etc. use the toilets even when the water is not actively running and this can be catastrophic to your investment.

Plumbing Solutions of Idaho was so great to work with. They showed up on time, were knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain what was going on instead of rushing through it. I really appreciated that. What makes them different from other plumbers is how thorough and respectful they are. It never felt rushed or transactional. The technician was clean, efficient, and left everything looking better than when they arrived. I called Master Plumbing for back-up problems I was having in the master bedroom shower and toilet. The service technician, Adam, was very polite and professional. He was on-time and did a thorough job scoping the pipes with a camera and finding the source of the problem. He recommended replacing the toilet, which was a low-end brand subject to clogging and flushing problems. I've had so many problems with the plumbing in my house that I decided to go ahead with the replacement. The new toilet is a "higher-end" brand and has been working great. Adam was terrific in emailing the video of the piping underneath my house. He also explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. My only note - Master Plumbing is not the least expensive plumber in the area. They are more expensive than the previous plumber I used, but Adam did a great job!

Joe W did an awesome job! Over and above! Can’t say enough positive things about him! We had some unfortunate problems with PRIOR shoddy plumbing installed when the building was built. It involved leaks into a very angry downstairs neighbor’s bathroom lights. It wasn’t pretty, but Joe worked wonders with the neighbor, the HOA, and us to get it resolved peacefully. We’ll definitely use Master -especially Joe - again!

Kyle at Master Plumbing is fantastic. He was sent out today to do the final part of a water repair incident caught two months ago also by Master Plumbing. Not only was Kyle prompt and on time, he gave me a heads up when he was on the way. I asked for a little extra to be done while he was here (replacing a shark bite fitting another company installed) and without hesitation he made a trip to the store and got the exact pieces i was needing. The work he did was spot on. Both my water heater and softener have been reinstalled on the platform they originally were on. With the leak, I ended up buying a new water softener and Kyle helped transfer some of the top layer of salt to the new unit from the old one until i can pick up more salt. He did a great job also securing the drain lines for the Water softener and Heater. I am also able to actually reach my main water shut off valve behind the unit now with the placement he did for the units. He also was able to take my old water softener to dispose of. Thank you again Master Plumbing and Kyle, I will be using your services again in the future!

Beacon Plumbing was suppose to be here this morning between 8-10am. Never showed. When I called, they had an emergency and would come by this afternoon (no concern for my time). I said forget it and called Master Plumbing. They came a few hours later and did exceptional work in a very reasonable amount of time. I thought I was going to have to buy a new toilet but they got it working as if brand new. Saved me money and I feel so much better about the whole day. 🙏🏼

We have worked with Master Plumbing for a couple of years and through buying an older home, there have a few unexpected critical needs that they have helped with and this time was no different. We had an emergency leak in our ceiling that could not be traced and appeared to drip through recessed lighting only. Not only did they calmly assure us on the phone that someone would arrive soon, our plumbing technician Jim (Colburn) arrived within an hour, upbeat, positive and very focused on figuring out what the leak could be from. We were very impressed with how he treated it with care as if this was his own home and took it very seriously and efficient with great kindness. We just have to mention that Jim also took the time to explain what everything meant and helped us feel at ease that are home would be okay and not in any great danger or further damage while sharing knowledge with us about other potential issues in our home to prepare for the future. Matt did a great job installing a new plumbing pipe vent. We had a terrible sewer gas smell in the attic and could not figure out why. Matt took the time to listen to the steps we had taken to resolve the problem without success. Matt located the problem, which was the builder only stubbed the vent pipe into the attic rather than out the roof. Matt completed repairs on the same day and now the sewer smell is gone.

SUMMARY: Excellent folks - truly professional and trustworthy. I wholeheartedly recommend! DETAILS: I was in the market for a water heater. I am not a plumber so I headed to a big box store. They sent a plumber for a recommendation that was astronomically high - so I called Cloverdale to avoid being ripped off. Justin, the owner, was kind enough to talk through my options on tanks and install. He spent a great deal of time working with me and making sure I understood my choices. He never rushed me and treated me respectfully. He gave me a fair quote (MUCH MUCH more reasonable than the first bid!). And he steered me towards a tank brand I am comfortable with (very happy he talked me out of my first uneducated choice). He sent two professional and kind young men who worked diligently. They were very respectful of my property, time, and also answered my myriad questions. They were timely, clean, and professional. You can tell they moved with a practiced and professional hand. I would name them here, but I want to respect their privacy - but these guys are fantastic plumbers!! The tank is great, improved, and working well. They gave me straight tips on operation and maintenance. And the lady who set up the appointment was very courteous, kind, and welcoming. All phases of my experience with this company was a delight. But importantly, too, they were very honest with the pricing. It was fair and honest. It was an exceptional value for such a good experience. Also, I live remotely. I appreciate that they were willing to come up to where I live to do work. I live south of Idaho City - it is much appreciated that they were willing to come out. Couldn't be happier with these fine folks. I suggest you give this strong and established local business a try - I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation.

Cloverdale plumbing came the same day I called sent a highly professional and knowledgeable technician. He quoted me a price $1000 less than a previously called plumbing company. Riley Explained everything he would be doing and why it was necessary. Asked if I had any questions and he was extremely professional. He installed my water heater with a few hours and it was perfect. The service and price were outstanding. I am so glad I called for a second estimate. The savings were incredible. I highly recommend Cloverdale plumbing for any job you may have.
