Proven Plumbing was great to work with. We remodeled our kitchen and they took care of all the plumbing including some modifications to existing water lines, drain lines, new faucets, and new garbage disposal. They were punctual, professional and did great work. Highly recommend.

We could not recommend Proven Plumbing enough. A couple days ago our hot water heater started leaking, which then made us realize that our floor drain was backed up. We started looking for an emergency plumber and had a close friend recommend Proven Plumbing and it was an absolute God send. Cody came to the rescue. He gave us options but ultimately we decided that it was time to replace the hot water heater. The price was totally reasonable and he even cleared the clog out of the floor drain for us. This was a stressful situation for us but Cody made it so much more manageable and took really great care of us. If you're looking for an honest, reliable and professional company to do your plumbing work, look no further. We will be calling Proven Plumbing for now on!

This is the second time I've reached out to Proven Plumbing to perform plumbing work. I must say, without doubt, Cody is a true plumbing professional, who is always on time, quick and knowledgeable. Came home from work to find my kitchen sink and toilets all backed up. Called Raptor Rooter to schedule an emergency appt, (because what family can go overnight without working toilets) and was told the technician would be calling soon. Within 15 mins, Brandon called and 30 minutes after that was already in my home diagnosing my problem. Told me the issue, what he would need to do, and gave me the cost up front. They are spendy, but you get what you pay for. Brandon was very thorough and made sure everything was cleared out and working as it should, before putting everything back together and leaving all areas as clean as he found them. Brandon is very professional but also very personable at the same time. He recommended things that could be done to make it easier if this should happen again, and emailed me those quotes with no pressure to schedule. I’d definitely recommend Raptor Rooter for all of your plumbing needs. Ask for Brandon.. you won’t be disappointed.

Dylan did a wonderful job helping us out and was very friendly. I personally tried to unclog our toilet but I did it wrong. After he did it with the same tool I have he gave me some helpful tips on how to use the tool in a more effective way next time it happens. Raptor rooter has been there for us in the past and have always been good to us. I highly recommend going with them if you’re in a pinch. Good honest service with good honest employees. Raptor Rooter was amazing when I had a burst pipe causing water damage in my home. I met Brittany Buckner who is a great, positive, representative for the company! She called me personally, on a Sunday, to hear what happened and how she could help. Wyatt, the plumber, came out 1st thing Sunday morning, replaced the cracked pipe and gave me great advice about what happened and how to prevent problems in the future. Overall, from the office to Briitany to Wyatt, I give Raptor Rooter an A+!!!

Jerry with Plumbline Pro helped us with a clogged drain and redoing some sink plumbing to be more efficient and work better. Highly recommend calling for any plumbing needs. They also have flat rate pricing posted for a lot of services and installs which is very refreshing in 2025.

He provided a quote on the spot, and even though there was a bit more work involved than originally anticipated, he honored the quote and maintained an upbeat and fun demeanor the whole time. We hired Straight Shooter Plumbing and Rooter for a remote job at our property in Spirit Lake, Idaho. While the project took longer than anyone expected, they stood by their word and made every effort to get the job done — and done right. It was an expensive septic repair, but the overall price was fair for the amount of work involved. We worked with Dean, who did an excellent job communicating with us throughout the process — even texting to make things easier. We really appreciated their honesty, persistence, and commitment to quality.

Straight Shooter Plumbing was phenomenal from start to finish. They answered my call on the first ring and had their plumber, Shawn, at my client’s home within an hour. My seller had already relocated out of state and wasn’t able to weatherproof the home before a major freeze. Unfortunately, a pipe burst in the master bathroom, causing flooding in both the bathroom and closet. Straight Shooter responded quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and thoroughly checked the rest of the home to make sure there weren’t any additional problems or hidden damage. Shawn went above and beyond by showing us where the main water shut-off valve was and explaining how to prevent future issues. Pioneer Plumbing Family Owned and Operated Dustin and his assistant Cayden provided plumbing services today to ensure my bathtub leaky faucet was repaired and a a bathroom slow drain was working efficiently! He also diagnosed and updated the water pressure which was running too high and causing undue wear on pipes. Services included a detailed assessment and education regarding my plumbing concerns. I appreciated that he and Cayden were professional and courteous and wore disposable booties while in my home. Also very pet friendly! Pioneer Plumbing sets the bar for trustworthy, reliability, timeliness and professionalism. I write this as a homeowner for the past twenty-five years. Jennifer handled my service request very thoughtfully, cordially, and promptly. As it happened, the time between the moment I made a request for service and Dustin's knock on my door was less than an hour. This is a well-known company with a pristine reputation. I won't hold them to an hour in the future, but it is the fastest service I've ever experienced from the housing/construction trades. Dustin inspected each of the four plumbing issues I had, checked our water pressure (which no plumber has ever done) and then gave me a great understanding of what he proposed to do, with options where they were possible. After we identified the best approach, he prepared a detailed propose with all costs identified. There was no cost for the visit, the inspection, or the proposal. We decided on what needed to be done and as we shook hands, I knew I'd found "my" plumber. So have a lot of other customers: all five star rating in a region where people are hard to please. My pipes completely froze up last night and I was left with no running water and a huge fear of them suddenly bursting soon. The team came out very quickly after I called and provided stellar service despite all the complications that come up with fixing plumbing issues in a manufactered home. Dan, Jason and Rilley were friendly and transparent about everything they were doing as they were dethawing my pipes. The work they provided was done in a timely manner, professional and very well priced for all they did. Big kudos to Jason especially for crawling underneath the crawl space and taking the time to re-winterize my pipes running underneath! They went above and beyond to help out with my situation and made sure that all my pipes were properly insulated and protected and was able to find a solution to get me running water until the weather warms so they can fix the core issue. Forever GRATEFUL for river city plumbing. I called them on a emergency repair for my mothers water heater as she had no hot water for 24h The owner picked up, dispatched tom and Adien SAME DAY. Tom and Adien educated me on the issue, gave me serval options go. After deciding, tom connected me with the amazing office staff alisha,peggy and linda. They gave me options on payment, helped me schedule the follow up visit and get all the finalized paperwork/ got me photos to send to our insurance. Tom and Adien, was kind and let Dan know about our bad water heater door. Dan sent someone out with a new wood door free of charge. A total of 48h later. Our insurance inspector came out and found another issue! A leaking pipe. I called Tom and Adrian they came SAME DAY and got the job done! I appreciate the teams, communication, support, ability on financial options, quality and quick work!

From my first call when my water heater went out, my experience was great. Within an hour of calling Tom and Aiden were at my home to help. Tom explained clearly that my 10 year old water heater was not worth fixing. He helped me understand my options and cost. I chose an electric water heater instead of another gas one which was much more affordable for me. He also contacted an electrician to add a junction box. These guys were AMAZING!!! Top notch service all the way! My initial call was to see about getting someone to come out and take a look at my plumbing and main shutoff valve, (we had a middle of the night emergency a couple nights earlier. I wish I would have called Bulldog then!) The representative on the phone was so sweet and helpful! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves major kudos for kindness and help!!! So she hooked me up right away and sent out Sully Sullivan. He was at my house in less than an hour of my phone call. And I gotta say, this guy is AWESOME!!! I felt like the sky was falling from a ton of family emergency issues, health problems and vet bills this past month, and plumbing issues was just the icing on the cake! But Sully assured me he could help us out, no problem! And he was right! He came back the next day and cut out our old 50's plumbing, in extremely tight quarters, and rebuilt our plumbing and main shutoff valves under the kitchen sink! All on a Friday afternoon and without tearing our walls apart, like another company wanted to do! 4 hours of struggling under there (old piping did NOT come out easy!) and he always kept an upbeat attitude while constantly pushing forward! Even joking & laughing with me through our conversations. GREAT GUY! Very knowledgeable and explains things very well! He even took a liking to our cat and was very sweet to him! Always gave us a heads up when he was going to be extra loud so our cat could get in the back room to not be freaked out! ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE!!! Oh, and the price for our work was way less than I was quoted by others! Without tearing out our walls too! I could keep rambling on and on but I'll just say this... Zach was so helpful and went out of his way to help us get our thermostat/furnace wiring fixed! We run Airbnb’s and Zach was so prompt to come out before our guests arrived and was very friendly and easy to communicate with 🤗! Will definitely continue to use America NW Plumbing for our HVAC and plumbing needs!

I had a pipe leak and American NW had Ryan come out that day. He did a great job with the fix so next time I had other plumbing issues they were the first people I called and once again came out same day. I'm very happy with their responsiveness and quality of their work.

I got three quotes for a carbon filter install and these guys were the lowest price, but the install was great and they offer a 1-year warranty. Most importantly, they didn't have pushy sales people, which is a massive green flag in my opinion.
