Needed my septic line rodded out, lucked out and Mike was in the neighborhood. Got here in 30 minutes. Did a great job at very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!!! Great guy, very professional!

I had a great experience overall. This morning, when I called to explain my situation, I was informed that they could assist me the same day. By 3:00 PM, Walt arrived and was able to fix the issue. Everyone I interacted with was professional and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They will be the first ones I contact the next time my main line clogs.

I can not say enough good things about these guys! They are NOT plumbers, and made that very clear from the beginning so there was no confusion. But they were able to fix my sewer line issue at a fraction of the cost quoted by another company (that's a whole mess in itself!). They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and just all around good guys. Will recommend to everyone I know!

Chris at Master Plumbing was wonderful to work with. He had to come out multiple times to empty our tank until we were able to get a new drainage field dug and installed by UltimateExcavation. Chris was very friendly and pleasant to visit with. The staff was wonderful as well when it came to scheduling us a service at short notice due to our situation.

Breadon was very nice, polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job. And he stayed until the job was done!!! So appreciate that. His boss came too and cleaned up after job was done. Definitely will call again....if need be.

Keith is an excellent, honest, plumber with great customer service skills! He is good for his word which is rare these days! I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs! I called Keith on a Saturday and I was shocked that he answered the phone. He came out and crawled in my crawl space which had several inches of water in it to find that our bathtub drain pulled apart. I am so glad that I found him! Our water heater went out on a Sunday afternoon. Emailed Kieth at First Choice Water & Plumbing and had a response within 15 min! They were able to get us on the schedule for the next morning. New water heater was installed and attention to detail was top notch! They even noticed a leak that I hadn't noticed on our 30+ year old water softener and we were able to set an appointment to get the system replaced. Super efficient, super easy to work with, and excellent quality work!!

Right in the middle of the holidays I had a broken pipe under my house. First Choice Water & Plumbing (Keith and Robert) were on top of it fixing it in just a short time. This is a great service. It covers electric air, your heating your plumbing, and they always send a picture of your technician and a little background about him which I truly find ideal cause I want to know who’s coming into my home. We moved here a year and a half ago and this is our second subscription to them. I give them five stars
