Very prompt arrival for blocked drain. Keegan came out and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond to take care of whole issue vs quick fix. Great customer service and pricing was reasonable as well. Never had a bad experience with them over the years, all great!

Before he even began working, this person took time to understand and diagnose the issues we we experiencing. He formed a plan, brought in floor coverings, and was very neat. When complete, he had us test different things to ensure drains were cleared and all was working properly. Did a great job in cleaning up work spaces. Cost was reasonable for the 2 and 1/2 hours he was here. Will hire again. Thanks.

Had decent service from them for several years but they came out last Friday, 2/13, and snaked the same pipe they had done previously. Every time before it stayed clear for 7 to 8 months. This time it backed up in 3 days. Again not a huge issue, until I called and requested some help with this situation. You would have thought that I had asked for a kidney, first response was not we are willing to check out the problem and see what we can do to help with the problem. Their immediate response was well you will have to pay again, period. Horrible, horrible customer service, I will never recommend roto rooter again for any issue. FYI I called a different plumbing company and they came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour.

I knew this would come down to a he said she said ordeal because as you can see they've totally twisted what they said and what I said. If you look at other reviews I'm far from being the only one to say what horrible treatment was given by this company. This office doesn't care about customer satisfaction only about their money. Look at the pictures is this how you would expect a company to leave your place? That alone should tell you who is the dishonest person here. Disrespected and lied to by the Davenport office. I was told by Billy there shouldn't be an issue fixing my water heater or my clogged sink. They couldn't fix my water heater and they couldn't fix my sink clog. I was offered a 15% discount for them telling me that the liquid they would use would work immediately but it did nothing. What's worse is they left with my $356 without leaving an invoice or telling me they were leaving. They left filthy horrible smelling water in both my kitchen sinks and left the filthy plunger out on the counter. They dumped the water that backed up in my sinks into my bathroom toilet after stating to dump it out the backdoor leaving black goop on the toilet seat. All this and they believed a 15% discount would compensate me. I was never so disrespected, dissatisfied and lied by any company like this. There promise of customer satisfaction was a joke! This company is a joke and only cares about their money! See the pictures of how they left the sink and the bathroom.

This company went above and beyond the regular call of duty! They have a very reputable reputation for a reason! My father's toilet had a major clog. They came out on a Friday to help out, and now it is working great! The staff were incredibly friendly. I was given an estimate before they did the work. I was very happy with the service and the price and know that I will continue to use them in the future! Thank you so much!!!

I was out of town and my wife called to have a toilet installed. They charged 1200$ to set a toilet and left with a kink in the supply line and stated on the invoice that the water line had a pressure issue. The plumber also caulked around the base of the toilet and left it looking like a child threw paste at it. There was also a complaint of having to drill a pilot hole through tile to mount the unit. Do plumbers not have to use a drill bit ever? One of the worst jobs ever preformed. What plumber charges this much to set a toilet and leaves with it not working? I feel violated because the plumber took advantage of an unsuspecting customer that doesn't know much about plumbing. Update: They did send someone back to fix the caulking and offered me $200 dollars to take down by 1 star review. I've updated it to 2 stars.

Zach T was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He walked us through what he was doing and answered all questions we had. He installed the new garbage disposal quickly and also cleaned our drain. Great work!

Called for an emergency, after hours, service. My sewer line was backing up into my basement. I was given the option of the after hours service or they had a first appointment of the morning available, so o took the appointment. This team was fantastic from the beginning! They called to verify that it was still ok for them to come out, and told me what technician would be coming to my home. They also sent me a picture of the tech along with a little work and personal info about him. John C arrived right on time. Was very nice and did a great job. He was professional and got the job done fast. I would definitely recommend!!!

Started off paying 6 thousand first day for a furnace and ac unit installation. They installed the furnace the second day all is well. They tell me the ac unit needs to be installed 60° or above... Cool. A month or so goes by and they call me to schedule the ac install. I take the day off from work they come by at around 9am work until almost 5pm. They informed me they were having issues and would try to come back tomorrow and finish the ac installation. I'm like ok I'll take another day off so we can get this done. Today I call and see what time they would be by and find out they have been sent to start another installation so I'm told by her they'll try and get there today otherwise I'll have to reschedule. So now I'm going to have to take another day off. This is basically a rough draft at 8am but will be edited with more pictures if they don't finish the job

We had an issue with our basement drain that started to back up suddenly in our personal home. We've heard great things about this company, and reached out to them, to come on short notice. All I needed was a shower fixture repaired/replaced. Although I find the company easy to work with, it is with great cost. I had All Above Plumbing install a filter in kitchen faucet and attempt to repair 2 other faucets a couple of months back. The charge was over $700 and the faucets were not fixed. The filter that I provided was an easy unscrew this and screw in that type of a job. This time I purchased a new Delta shower fixture incase the old Delta couldn't be repaired. The plumber said he had to cut open the sheet rock. He didn't or couldn't repair the old fixture, so in went the new one. I now have a hole in the wall and a shower that works. About 2 hours max and another over $700 bill. I am beginning to think this plumber always bills $700 plus for any job.Even when I supply the parts. I guess they are good, but certainly a plumber could install something on existing pvc that already has shutoff valves for a bit less than $300. Even $300 is too much for such a small job.

COREY did a fantastic job of redoing our basement shower. He was very professional yet personal. We are senior citizens and he was thinking of us and advising grab bars and other safety measures to add. We were very impressed and would highly recommend COREY to do your work for you. We had a problem with our drain and septic system that we couldn’t get to fix but our septic man told him about us and he called right away and was here that afternoon. Cleaned out our drain within an hour and was very informative about our issue. Was very thorough, careful and had a great sense of humor 🤭 would highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again. HOLY COW ... best plumbing service ever used. I was able to get a recommendation from a Contractor friend, to utilize Magic Men. A week ago I had Benjamin Franklin come take a look and they left me with a $400 plus bill, a clogged drain still, and recommendation that I needed to demo finished basement. One hour of Travis's time along with great feedback on how to maintain to reduce future issues. Price was much less. I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Needed my basement drain cleaned as we usually do every few years due to build up. They returned my voicemail message promptly and were able to schedule me in the next morning as I'd hoped. They arrived on time and got right to work. Made sure both the floor and washer drain were running clear. Charge matched the estimate at just under $100. Friendly guys, very pleased, will use again.

We had several light fixtures replaced. Have always been pleased with their work we have had done over the years and the spring and fall check up plan they have. The employees they have are always polite, courteous and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is sometimes the price of things, but I guess everything is expensive these days.

I will say I did have a good experience with the company. Office lady was super nice. Booking an appointment was easy. I got some plumbing work done the first time and they were prompt and nice guys. Price was high for the work done. They did a good job and fixed my leak but for the amount it cost it would have been nice to have the proper stuff. Kinda silly I know but my hot and cold aren’t labeled now. I got stainless steel lines and 2 blue shut off valves. No biggy but kind of embarrassing when ya tell people what you paid and don’t even get that. (And yes the original ones were labeled). So plumbing side was fair but expensive but after the electrical estimate I feel I need to tell the plumbing part as well. Yesterday I had an appointment set for some electrical work from 8am-noon. They didn’t show up during that time which no big deal things happen. I called and we set up an afternoon time now of 230 or after. They showed up little before 5. Looked at everything and said no problem to do it and they would have an estimate tomorrow. Got the estimate which seemed extremely high to me considering it’s just adding a 220 outlet in my garage. But I had another company come out for another estimate today and they said the exact same thing they did as for a plan…. Except they came in at half the price! I think they are a solid company but I feel like their electrician really tried to take advantage of me. I can look past the little things but that really irked me. So I can’t say anything bad about the company part but for your own personal protection I would get a couple other quotes before agreeing on anything with these guys. Saved me thousands by getting another quote!

Conner did a great job of figuring out why my shower head wasn’t producing the power needed for a good stream of water to come out. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced. Then purchased it and soon had in place. So happy to have a wonderful shower and for the super quick service.

Would recommend to everyone. Entire process was very professional. Called for an estimate on an A/C unit and the estimator was there within 2 days. The cost was very competitive (in fact, much lower than another estimate I got.) Installation took place 2 days later. The installers certainly knew what they were doing. Clean up took place efficiently. Can't wait til it heats up so I can turn the unit on.

Dan came in and cleaned all of tge ductwork in an expedient manner. He was very easy to work with and even fixed one of the covers on a register that I didn’t have on properly. Having this done was so important to me because I just had a new HVAC system installed and the ducts probably hadn’t been cleaned in 40-50+ years! I would highly recommend using Schaal for cleaning your ducts! Thank you.

UPDATED 1/21/26 Received an email from Joseph around 8am followed by a phone call from him as well. Joseph was very appologetic and understood my situation and my frustration with the original scheduling attempt and said they were working on solutions to improve their scheduling as well as communication. I was informed that a technician would be sent out within the time frame I had selected on the website which was 5pm-10pm, Joseph also stated that if no technicians happened to be available at that time, that he himself would willingly come out to take a look at my furnace with hopes of getting my heat going again as soon as possible. Fast forward to 5:15, I receive a phone call stating that a technician was ready to be sent my way. Around 5:40ish a nice gentleman Blake is at my door and ready to rock n roll. Told him my issues and some things that I had already self diagnosed as I am a automotive technician and have some slight experience with HVAC systems in vehicles but nothing with in-home units. Blake understood and agreed that my self diagnosis was on-par with what they would start testing with but wanted to ensure those steps with a quick diagnosis himself which was completely respectable. Blake was able to quickly determine that my blower motor fan was incorrectly set to the wrong fan speed therefore causing excessive heat to build up within the unit and causing one of the safety switches to trip shutting down the furnace. Blake explained thoroughly and even showed me the little switches on the control board that could be arranged to different settings to set the blower motor fan to different output speeds. Blake got the blower motor fan set to the correct speed and verified the output temps through the vents were within the maximum rating of the furnace specifications. He then even stayed to ensure the furnace was operating properly and inspected the rest of the unit to ensure no other issues were found that could cause problems. Blake was also very informative and patient as well as great with making some small talk about our experiences within a technician job. Overall very satisfied with the resolvement! As a first time customer I am unpleasntly dissapointed. Furnance quit working so I set up and online appointment that requires you to pick a time slot to have a techincian come out and look at the unit. Picked a time slot for the next day available which happend to be from 3pm-5pm. Website said that I would recieve some type of confirmation that my appointment had been made. Never recieved any confirmation so I decided to call them the next morning to make sure my appointment was setup. Lady on the phone told me that they had recieved my appointment request but they supposedly dont run a "set schedule" and that someone was sent to my house at 11am but was unable to look at the furnance because no one answered the door as I wasnt home and was at work, then she said that she would try to dispatch another technician as soon as possible. Told her that I wouldnt be home until around 3pm which still required me to leave work early, she said that was no problem and that she would let the technician know that... fast forward to 5:15pm and no phone call, no text, no email, no nothing, and nobody has yet to arrive. Assuming at this point they just canceled my appointment or forgot about it, which really makes you think if they are really even commited to working with new customers or not. What is the point of having me select a time frame on the website if the time slot I chose was essentially ignored, left work early to come home to a 40F degree house to wait in hopes of someone showing up only to be left empty handed. Seems like this company could use some communication upgrades and a better scheduling system of some sorts! For time being I have rescheduled for the next day with a time slot selected for 5pm-10pm... hopefully someone shows up within those hours and not 4 hours early when I'll be at work. My final review will depend on whether or not they correctly meet my expectations tomorrow.

So impressed with Professional Plumbing. They do a great job of explaining what they will do fix a problem. Ours was a plugged drain which they took care of and at a fair price. First class business. Highly recommend.

Jerome from Professional Plumbing came to our house to investigate a recurring backup issue we were having in our basement which several sewer companies were unable to get to the bottom of. They ended up finding a toy in the plumbing line that both sewer companies had missed with their cameras. Without their thorough help, it would probably have stayed there for who knows how long continuing to cause issues. Very kind, professional, and thorough service!

They replaced a couple of my old main home shutoff valves for $350 just as Jerome was able to quote from seeing a photo. This was a competitive price compared to others. I really appreciated them not needing to come to my house to give an estimate because that can be hard to schedule with my work. Tycin had the job done in a couple hours exactly as they estimated and valves work great. He showed up on time, didn't make a mess, answered my questions, and was a nice guy. I would call these guys again for my next job.

JP was dispatched through my Home Warranty... a few times!! AC spring maintenance, AC repair, stoppage in drain line and now probably a water heater!! Chester was so nice, informative, and efficient while installing my new clean out in the line. He even cleaned up the mess from the stoppage that he didn't have to! Chester was also able to identify and warn me of my water heater issue and that is being fixed next through the warranty too. Amanda & Amy in the office were equally kind and followed up quickly as well! Kudos to this company... so much gratitude in a stressful situation!

I've been very impressed with JP Plumbing & Heating! They did all of the work in my new build and were super easy to work with throughout the process. They were great about asking where I wanted different fixtures and keeping things custom. We had a few items come up on our home inspection (which is totally normal) and JP Plumbing & Heating came out right away to address them. We've called them a few more times for items & they've always been very kind, understanding and professional. Will definitely continue to use them!
