Expert Drain Cleaning in Dubuque, IA

Called out twice in less than 2 months. Unclogged, the mainline each time and told us “you should be all good for years now” boy were they lying! So happy we went with a local business this time, because they actually educated us! We were just now SHOWN that we have severely rusted pipes! Something that Roto-Rooter should have divulged the first time they came out with the camera… or the second time! I feel this was a gross way to attempt to milk money out of a disabled woman. Highly DONT recommend! Go with a local owned company that actually cares for its customers!

Daryl at roto rooter is amazing!!! I rent a duplex in East Dubuque and the bathtub would never drain. Landlord had Mr. Rooter out twice and it was never fixed but Daryl got it in one visit and on a Saturday. He was effective and efficient and so kind. He didn't cut any corners. I highly recommend ROTO ROOTER instead of Mr. Rooter.

We had a problem with a clogged drain in the basement in a rental property. Roto Rooter is not the cheapest option. We know this from experience. I called several companies. My call went to voicemail or "no longer in service" message. Two companies did call back but said they didn't do this kind of work. We called Roto-Rooter and they sent a very professional technician, "Lucky", within a half hour. Lucky took care of the problem and provided me with a detailed report. We are very appreciative.

Im completely satisfied again with Mr. Rooters service. Fair price, professional plumbers, and respect for my house and property. Lucky and Kyle ripped out my old 1980s toilet shower and bath, and replaced them with a more modern bathroom.

Mr. Rooter service tech Lucky arrived fairly quickly, was very quick about his work and gave me good explanations of what he found. I was very happy with the service he provided.

I had a drain partially clogged. I called oyen they showed up snaked and said it was fixed. A week later the same problem. It only backed up when multiple things running water. They came back back did it again. 200 dollars for the first time 400 for the second time. They do not stand behind their work at all. I would highly suggest if this company does something for you to make sure it is done right before they leave.

Great people! They responded and got the job done fast! When our plumbing system backed up Dan and his crew figured out the iron waste pipe was rusting internally, flaking, and reducing the inside diameter. They purchased a special tool to grind out the pipe internally and remove the rust deposits to allow free flow through the pipe. We haven't had a backup since! Thanks Dan, Ashley, and Crew!

Great to work with. I was in the process of purchasing a home that needed to have professional quotes on all the defects that came back on the inspection report to be able to contest the selling price. Oyen came out the day after I called and got the to me right after. Super knowledgeable and willing to do the right thing and not take short cuts. I greatly appreciate their flexibility especially when I had such a short turn around time on needing the quotes by. Couldn't recommend them enough. Sadly I won't be able to move forward with the purchase and using Oyen as I was unable to reach an agreement with the sellers reducing the list price or hiring Oyen to do the work. The sellers wanted to use someone else as the contractor who came back cheaper and didn't offer a long term solution but rather just one that made it no longer a defect.

I cannot say enough about Engle Plumbing! I'm a first time home builder and lets say the process is a little stressful. Jason, Joe and Stacey made it so easy. They explained everything to me, always offered options, EXTREMELY communicative, and pleasant to work with every step of the way. I highly recommend this company! A+++ team!

I had my sewer line replaced a few years back for around $6000 and they told me I would not longer have any issues. Well a few years later I find out they left 3 or 4 feet of the old pipe so now I had to have them remove roots from there .The bill for this was $700 for a problem i paid $600 not to have anymore.So when I reach out to top notch about the problem thier solution is to just totally ignore me and not answer my emails. Be careful with your $6000 and try not to let this happen to you.

We have just completed a remodel of of master bathroom which included a new walk in shower, vanity and lighting. Our contact for quoting, scheduling the work and ordering materials was Amy and she was totally awesome! Our plumber was Brett and his work ethic, detail of his work was awesome as well. Our electrical was Brian and he was also awesome in his work ethic, knowledge of electrical, etc. First time experience with Top Notch and it was a tremendous experience. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I hate to admit, I’m SUPER picky and hard to please at times. However, these men and the service they provided was ABOVE top notch!! Start to finish, just amazing work, and I’m one of those annoying people who watched them almost the entire time too, lol…They arrived a couple minutes early, and worked cleaned, protected my hardwood floors and were very careful not to damage my trim or doors when removing and bringing in the new water heater. They cleaned up completely when they were done. Right down to washing off my back outside cement patio. I don’t normally write reviews, but I am so happy with the work they provided, everyone needs to know how awesome they are!! Honest guys, competitive prices, in fact my end total was even lower than what he quoted me…this never happens! Thanks guys for the quality work you did at our home! Thanks for squeezing me on your schedule! It’s so nice having hot water again!! Thanks soooo much!!

Was very impressed with their work. They bid our job which consisted of redoing all of our old galvanized pipe to new pipes and matched that quote on the invoice. They promised it would be done in 1 day and stayed until it was. They were also very professional, respectful of our dogs and cleaned up nicely when finished.

I had a bathroom vanity delivered to my house. I called Mr. Dalsing and asked him if he would install it. He said sure. I wanted him and his helper John to do it because I’ve used them in the past and was happy with their work. They did an absolutely great job! They had to do some adjusting to get it installed because it wasn’t an exact fit, but it ended up perfect. I don’t believe there is anything these guys can’t do, and do it well.

Neil kept in touch through the entire process of plumbing an entire house from the ground up. He made some excellent suggestions regarding the water heaters that we implemented. Neil also went so far as to contact the water provider about boosting the water pressure to the house on his own. He looked after my project as if it was his own house. I wish he did more than plumbing - an excellent Contractor.

The few times I used them they've been dependable fast and reliable and very reasonable on their pricings I feel for what they did for me I definitely recommend them
